The guy who helped me was very friendly I wish I had remembered his name he did a great job at researching to figure out what the best windshield wipers would be for my car and after finding the perfect ones for my price range he continued to put them on for me! I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back next time I need wipers!

I called the Auto Zone store #5545 in Yorba Linda looking for an AC compressor for my CRV. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone that was so knowledgeable and helpful her name is Kristin she is the store manager at this store. She went above and beyond to find my AC compressor it was brought from another store and once they had it they called me to pick it up that same day. At.the store Kristin continued to be very helpful and ensured she had answered all my questions. It was a 10 plus experience!!!

My headlight went out after a year of purchase here, and the warranty was out. However, the female manager was very nice to replace a new one for free. Rudy was very helpful too.This manager is awesome and is always very helpful and responsible. Thank you!

I went in for brake pads and Kristin helped me. She looked up my car and got the parts. We went outside to check my car and she checked my air filters and fluids and added what was needed and put in the new filters. She also changed out my windshield wiper blades. She was great and I will go back for all my auto needs. That is why I gave 5 stars.

I just had the best customer experience ever! I have a rare tire size and needed tire chains. Instead of giving me a size that “should fit” and sending me up the mountain, Assistant Manager Kristin personally came outside to the parking lot, in the rain, and tested/installed not one but five different sized tire chains until we had the perfect fit. Ive witnessed the employees coming out of the store and assisting customers as they are able. Its nice to see them going above and beyond. The staff are happy to assist and answer questions. You may experience a brief wait because of this but it is worth it.

Both Kristin and Clint were amazingly helpful, friendly, and customer focused throughout my entire visit. They identified the problem, and fixed the problem with my brake light. It was far more involved than most cars, requiring the entire housing to be removed, which I was not looking forward to. Thank you, Kristin and Clint!! Had the right parts for us at a great price!

My car was having a tough time starting, so I jumped it and brought it to this location. Kristin promptly helped me out by testing the battery several times as well as the starter and converter in my car to make sure we werent missing anything strange. She was knowledgeable and patient with the process and quadruple-checked to ensure the battery was the problem. I ended up purchasing a replacement battery and everything seems to be in working order now. Fantastic service!

AutoZone employees are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about various vehicles and motorcycles. Not just that but also different fuel purifiers and fuel injector cleaners as well as Radiator cleaners and various items like those. Every time Ive gone there they have been very helpful and Ive always gotten extremely great Advice. About my vehicle and what I need to do in order to either fix it or enhance it. I will definitely come here over and over again. Whether it be for my current vehicle or any vehicles I have in the future! Also I love their lifetime warranties because they actually honor them! There is no hidden agendas or hidden obligations that they didnt tell me about at the time they sold the items to me. Got to love that! Theyve also help me do small things such as put on new windshield wipers or put in a new light bulb for absolutely no charge in the parking lot as long as there was not a long line at the checkout. They wouldnt even take a tip when I offered! They said that if they did they wouldnt feel right doing so.Wow! Now that is unheard of!Thanks AutoZone Employees!!You Guys Rock!!!! 👊😄

The employees were super kind and courteous. They helped my with my car diagnostic and were quick to help me find the most affordable solution.

The prices here are not spectacular but they do have free tool rentals and that helps a lot when Im doing brakes.They dont turn brake rotors here (no lathe). Despite all that, their customer service is great and theyre always willing to help even if they dont have the item in stock.

Great store. They dont have the most product in the world, but I bought some tail-light bulbs for my car and the guy came out and put them in for me for free! Im not sure how you beat that!

Mike is a relatively young man for being a serious hot rod guy, including building his own cars. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. The rest of the crew are also helpful about finding things in the store - when you know what you need.

I havent needed to go in to this AutoZone before, but on my only visit they were unable to fulfill my somewhat ordinary request and didnt seem to necessarily care about looking to hard. I ended up exploring their inventory on their poorly optimized website and was able to go to the store one city over for the parts I needed. Unimpressed.

This will be the main Auto Zone I go to. David was very helpful and did something for me that he didnt have to do. I bought a starter from them back in Dec. of last year. It went out a few days ago. I took it back and, even though it was out of warranty, he gave me store credit and cash for it. Great customer service!

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I stood waiting to be helped with items in 1 hand and a baby in the other and everyone walked right by me even when i asked for help. I called to speak with the manager and was on hold FOREVER until i finally hung up. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!

Seriously, these guys are awesome. My family and I were in town for Disney vacation when the brakes on our truck failed completely. I limped it over to this location and they had the parts I needed for a full brake pads/rotor replacement and let me borrow the tools I needed to get the job done. Only after I pulled everything off the truck did I realize I also needed to replace the Caliper too. They didnt have one, but one of the guys was awesome enough to get it from another location nearby for me.I was stranded and these guys did everything they could to help me out. They were understanding and really cared to help me, and I really appreciate it!
