I was recently at the Yorba Linda rite aid, where the employees spoke bad about other employees in front of customers, followed me around the store, and were very very rude. They made me feel like a common criminal! I have been going to that rite aid since I was 14 and I am 50 now. I didnt appreciate the way they treated me. I told the manager and he was very docile and basically ignored my complaint and did nothing. It is a new batch of employees than what I am used to. The middle Eastern and the African-American employees were the ones following me around. Also the African-American employee complained about another employee right over the aisle the week before.she should be dealt with and let go I will never come to the store again and I spend a lot of money in there.

Had an appt Pharmacist denied me (88 years olds) covid booster shot even after I told her my antibody test came back negative and doctor recommended me get the booster ASAP. She said I have to wait until September 20. I wonder if she would make her own parents wait. Shame on her. I asked why the website allowed me to make the appt she said bc in 10 days you can get the booster. I had to get my children to bring me down and wait just to be sent away.

Had an appointment for 2 weeks to get my covid vaccine and they canceled on me when I got there . Didnt even call me and stop me from coming in and wasting my time. Completely rude. But they decide to cancel mine. I specifically scheduled my appointment for that time because of work. Unbelievable. Thanks for Wasting my time.

Brought my older inlaws for the 2nd vaccination.The pharmacist here is a bit distracted. We sat around waiting then checked to see if we were going to get the vaccine. She said she forgot that she had NOT given the vaccine to them yet.Dont wait to ask. UgggDont go here if you dont have to.

Great store. Usually well stocked - but for some reason this store just does get ransacked on holidays. Advice: ransack earlier. Over and out.

I love that location, clean store. Majority of Rite Aid stores are now remodelled and all cookies cutters - with same stuff. I miss older ones which used to carry more different items at different locations and lots of clearance. Still find some things on sale. Obviously, award winning ice cream a must.

Friendly store, always have useful things i need. Yummy ice thrifty ice cream!
