I brought my bike to Jax for some badly needed servicing. The technician was very thorough and took the time to explain to me what he saw and what he recommended as he examined the bike. The shop was backed up so the repair took about a week, but the technician was very clear about when the work would be done, and it was completed exactly on time. My bike was creaky, scuffed, and neglected but thanks to the team at Jax, now its sleek and gorgeous again like the day I bought it! I am so excited to ride more, and I will definitely be back to Jax.

Ive wanted to get back into bike riding for awhile. Its a freedom I enjoy. Because if joint issues I could not do it. With the electric bike recommended, I found a bike that isnt just electric, but requires me to pedal to make it move, without straining my joints. The Jax Rep knew the bikes, heard my wishes and put the two of us together! Its a love affair between my perfect new bike and myself! Im so happy! Thank you Jax!

I like that when I took my daughters bike in for service they treated it like a car inspection. Did a full inspection and gave a list of recommendations. Not pushy but thorough.

Ive taken my bikes in to Jax for years and all of a sudden they tell me they do not work on e-bikes now. As a family we own 9 ebikes and they do need tuneups and stuff occasionally so it seems like a bad call to just stop working on e-bikes altogether. Disappointing. But it led me down the street to Fenix Cycles and they are SO nice, and fair priced! Super glad to have found them and I wouldnt have if Jax didnt make such a poor business decision

During Covid-19 I decided to tune-up the 7 bikes that I had in the garage. My son and I would take one at a time to Jax Bicycle Center and they would repair, replace worn parts, and clean the bikes. I understand that right now they were quite busy they had our bikes for about 3 to 4 weeks they were putting one bike together they were supposed to just be checking another bike that we had already put together and installing a baby seat when we got the bike back that they were supposed to be checking was OK that was put together the handle bars are moving all over the place the seats are not tightened or adjusted on either bike and the handlebars dont stay still so when youre riding the handle bars move I have already fallen because theyre loose and by seat wasnt tightened. They gave me a discount because it took them so long to get the bikes together but I was more concerned about the safety of the bikes.

Buying a bike during COVID turned out to be a “mission impossible”. In Vegas all the bike shops had a 6-month waiting list. You guys were able to put me on a 2-month waiting list and then deliver 1 month head of schedule. You required a fair and fully-refundable deposit. Your terms very unmistakably clear and had zero attitude, unlike the stores in Vegas. You made my long-distance buying experience feel better than any in-person purchase. I sincerely thank the entire JAX team for its passion, dedication and professionalism. Sorry I could not get to meet you and pick up the bike in person, but I will definitely see you when I’m ready to order my next bike.

An interesting store layout, right up the street from home. Staff were very knowledgeable, which I guess makes up for the prices (which I probably shouldnt complain since I havent been in the cycling world for years). Picked up a couple USB rechargeable lights, which were worth the trip.

Fast and efficient service with wonky 11am to 5pm hours and closed on Sunday and Monday. Could be a challenge getting bikes in for repair for the working folks.

Went in to see if my sons cheap bike needed to be serviced or if I should buy a better bike. They could have easily talked me into buying a bike. Instead, the staff were very honest and told me to use the bike for another year before purchasing a better bike and even spent a few minutes servicing his current bike.

The guys at Jax repaired my mountain bike quickly and got it working better than new. This is a shop that has made customer satisfaction a high priority.

The Fullerton team told me to hit up the Yorba Linda location because they had the Bontrager Circuit cycling shoes in my size. When I arrived, James helped me out. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes and the different types that were available. Long story short, I ended up purchasing the Bontrager Velocis road cycling shoes. A big upgrade from the Circuit model and totally WORTH IT!

I purchased a bike several years ago from Jax and am just getting into cycling again. Whenever I go in for help or parts employees always seem knowledgeable and helpful. Also they seemed genuinely interest in helping me restore my bike. No its not the cheapest store and doesnt have the widest selection but its nearby and they get the job done.

This is hands down the best bicycle shop in town. David the manager is one of the most authentic bicycle nuts you will ever meet and just talking to him for a while is worth coming into the store. The rest of the staff are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Not to mention Trek and Bontrager make very high end stuff which I have been extremely pleased with. I have bought a bike for myself, a bike for my daughter, and can tell you that I will be buying many more bikes there over the years as well. Highly recommend.

Bought my bike here 7 years ago and I have kept in great shape. Took it in for a tuneup because shifting was sluggish. They quoted me $200 for cable replacement, brake pads and tuneup. I paid around $700 for the bike so ~1/3 the cost sounded high to me. The guy said people do it every 6 months and it was normal. I dont think so. Went to another shop in Brea and they changed the lagging cable and housing and adjusted brakes and derailleurs all for $24.69 (In about 2 hours). It was a good lesson for my son about getting a second opinion. BTW - the bike is still riding and shifting fantastic!
