This company is the worst. 3 years ago they were great and a joy to work with. Now that they are transitioning management nothing is being done and my ring is no where to be found. No one is available by phone, email, or messenger. This company is a sham and I do not recommend doing any business with them.Update: I finally got my resized ring back after 6 months of no response. I bought my wedding band from Tungsten World. I work with my hands everyday and my previous platinum band was very scratched all the time. I read that Tungsten was the most scratch resistant so I researched all the tungsten ring sites. Tungsten World had the best selection. I originally ordered a Black Tungsten ring with engraving and when I got it I decided to go with the Titan White Tungsten with brushed center. LOVE! AH! I got the the mens PRISM ring I had ordered just a few days ago for my fiance today and it is BEAUTIFUL! I love it, he loves it! Its perfect! The prisms reflect light that catches your eye from across the room. The package consisted of the ring inside a very nice ring box, a small black gift bag to put it in if you want, metallic silver tissue paper, and a coupon. I actually had to call the customer service before our order shipped because there was a problem on my end with previewing the engraving I wanted. The man who answered was helpful and polite and made sure to have the right info down for us. Shipping took about 3-4 days shipped from California and I am on the opposite side of the US in West Virginia. I am VERY happy and so is my future husband! Thank you so so much!

At first I was hesistant buying online, but after reviewing the return/exchange policies, I felt comfortable proceeding. the ring arrived within the time frame mentioned. I went with the Aquarius model which features a single diamond on a domed style tungsten ring. I felt the variety of rings and styles was one of my main motivators. Living in a small town, vendors with a decent selection are few and far between.Upon placing order, a customer service representative contacted me to verify my order and discuss that I felt comfortable with the size I had selected.The only area I could see improvement is that there is no confirmation on engraving. My ring came with free engraving, although there is no mention of the engraving or lack thereof on the invoice or subsequent account tracking information. I would suggest that you verify this when being contacted by the rep following your order. Not a huge deal, and not enough for me to send it back, because it does fit great. Just something to keep in mind.

Its super annoying when you try to be a pleasant dissatisfied customer and the sales reps are the ones with the poor attitude. I placed my order on Dec. 15th, it didnt ship until Jan 21st. Not exactly the 1-2 wks processing as stated on the site. I had to call so many times for the status that I honestly believed the site was a scam! When I finally called and got a person (best time is mid morning) I was promised shipment within the week. The ring arrived 2 weeks later. I Skyped my husband (stationed overseas) to show him his new ring (which was actually a nice ring (Brutus design)). But he had a surprise for me... he had bought his own ring by then! I returned TWs ring and kindly requested that the processing fee be waived seeing as how I was returning the ring because their processing was inconsistent with their guarantee. Lisa recited the return policy and refused the $20 waiver. Her supervisor, Carlos, did the same and refused to take any responsibility for the companys horrible communication and late shipment. He actually tried to convince me that it was shipped within a week when I had the confirmation info right in front of me! But it didnt end there. Even though I was still within the 45 day time frame for returns, he made a statement about ME waiting so long to ship the ring back! To describe the customer service as poor would be a gross misrepresentation. It was deplorable! Get your ring from Tungsten Affinity for comparable prices, great quality, reliable delivery, and reps who are honest and care about customers. My husband ordered his ring weeks after I placed my order with TW and received it much faster. Not to mention, theirs is the one he chose to keep after seeing TWs in person.
