Went here based on their good selection of inventory. While under construction we were not put off by the looks. We were greeted promptly by Jacob who was very courteous and genuine. He showed us the Stelvio Ti we were interested in, allowed us to test drive the vehicle and easy to say the vehicle impressed. The entire staff was friendly and inviting and safe to say they made our visit worth while. The fastest Ive ever gotten in and out of any dealership with a new vehicle. Cant recommend Jacob our salesman enough for his professionalism and positive attitude. Thank you Anaheim Hills Alfa Romeo, and cant wait to see the new facility completed.

I had two encounters here1) I called ahead regarding a Giulia. When I arrived, the salesman I spoke to over the phone did the most disrespectful thing Ive experienced at any dealership and refused to let me drive the car until we discuss numbers so he could see if it fit my budget. This is a Giulia, not a Ferrari. He acted as if he was busy. Trust me, BMW Mercedes etc. are busier but dont treat customers this way. Then he was quoting higher numbers for a base model Sprint than a competing dealer was for a loaded Ti. He claimed the trim pieces in the car were plastic when they are indeed wood. Clueless guy. I think his name started with an M.2) I dropped in a month later to test drive the car again to make sure the Giulia was the car I wanted (already worked out numbers from another dealer further away). This salesguy was more easygoing, but asked to exchange keys with my personal car to ensure I didnt steal the test car. Meanwhile, over at BMW and Porsche, they toss you the keys to whatever you want.Both of these guys were dressed like they just rolled out of bed and their customer service skills are akin to a Dodge salesman. To add insult to injury, the dealership is in pathetic shape physically.I got a far better equipped Giulia from another dealership for a much lower price. Avoid this place, they are unprofessional, sloppy, overcharge, and are clueless on how to provide a premium buying experience. If Alfa Romeo wants to be taken seriously in North America they need to clean up places like this.

Anthony at Alfa Romeo was great!! The whole transaction was less than 2 hrs! And it took longer because their dealer is under construction.It was fast painless! And he was great at explaining the settings on the car. Advised me on the service and gave me tips on the car. I will definitely come back and get my next car from him. 5star service!

The service writer John was very knowledgeable and professional.I can tell you that taking your car in for service should be seamless, you will be told what you dont want to hear....lol......the truth. If they find anything wrong with your vehicle theres no sugar-coating, straight to the point! I appreciate this! They will tell you how it is and take care of you. You will not be surprised. Purchased an Alfa Romeo Guilia Quadrifoglio from these guys. They were very fair and worked through confusions we had over the phone easily and nicely. Unfortunately the worst happened after purchasing the vehicle, and it was totalled on the way home from the dealership. My GF needed a new car and somehow she fell in love with the Giulia. My phone is clearly listening because up come the Facebook ads, and I contacted Anthony for information. He answered every question and worked out most of the deal via text (we like that).Upon arrival, Anthony had the car waiting for a test drive (construction has them crammed in to a temporary building which depending on when you read this might not be an issue.) went over the car and sent us for the ride. It took 20 seconds for her love of the car to be confirmed -beauty and performance.Everybody there from Sales to Finance was very friendly and helpful. Id recommend them if youre looking for a beautiful Alfa...or even looking for that BMW alternative with Italian flair.

I was in the market to get another Alfa Romeo as my lease was ending on my Giulia. I knew I wanted a Stelvio but was having a hard time getting the help I needed and a good deal on it. The second I called this dealership I knew I made the right decision. Anthony helped me over the phone and asked me what I was looking for, price point and car. He told me he would get back to me, and in a matter of minutes called me back with almost the exact numbers I was looking for, I was in disbelief. I drove all the way up from San Diego to come see the Stelvio which pictures of the one I was looking at didn’t do it justice, the car is just amazing. Anthony was accommodating and very helpful in the whole process from helping me over the phone to my old lease turn in process. Jason was awesome too, both of them made the paperwork and credit processes easy and painless, in out out just like that. I drove away a happy customer and highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for an Alfa. And if you’re not in the market for an Alfa or never driven one, I recommend you check them out because you don’t know what you’re missing. I have never heard and seen so many lies at one time.They really really are not honest.Do not trust them.

I had ONE opportunity to get my Alfa Romeo serviced here, because every time I called the service department no one ever picks up or returns a message. And that one time bringing it here was through a third party and I could never get a hold of anyone on the status of my car that took 2 weeks to work on just to fix up my bumper. On multiple occasions I needed my car serviced and one of the joys of having an Alfa is no one wants to service it. So having the only service center within driving distance never help me with my car was so frustrating that I ended up just getting rid of the whole car.

What a joke this dealership is. Talked to a gentleman name Maurice and mentioned to him what my trade in is and asked if I need to come down since I live an hour away. He decided to give me to for my trade in 10K less compared to other dealership and compared to his dealership website.

Please don’t waist your time for this dealershipThey have got the highest priceAnd they just don’t care, I find the same car for lease about $150 less per month

Worst Dealership, I travel lot for work and i called Anaheim Hills AR. I negotiated on a price over the phone/via textm with Bree (Bree was Great) and and it was a fair Price. I flew in and when i got to the dealership the price of the car/monthly payment went up. The manager said that the best i can do and said to go buy it at the other dealership. The Manager is very unprofessional, stay away from this dealership. They wasted my time and money.

Worst dealer in Orange County, don’t come here, ever!!!They take their sweet time and don’t care for their customers. Waited 40 min + for my vehicle that was already ready for pick up. Worst dealer period . Service department is a joke !!!

Everything a car dealership should be. AJ was great. The whole team was great. Wonderful deal on a beautiful car and no games or gimmicks or anything like that.

The sales professional that helped me was all about service, he went out of his way. I went to other Alfas stores and none treated me as this place. If you are looking to be treated like a customer should, ask for Josh.

If you want bad customer service this is the place to go, if you wanted to be treated like a valued customer i sugest you go somewhere else

The service here is bad. They are working in a tent. The lady said they don’t have models to test drive. The rep wasn’t understanding my questions. I don’t recommend this place at all.

They have 200 alfa Romeo at a parking lot 5 miles away, but only 30 on site and not a single physical building. I literally had to sign my paperwork in the back of a tent.
