Bought a phone case for my sons new 13 pro. I was given the wrong case. I went back to exchange and I asked if they can activate new SIM card. He said he couldn’t and needed to change it online. This is why I will continue to buy everything online moving forward.

My parents lost their SIM cards while traveling. The guys were very helpful. Shoutout to Tony who was very patient with my dad who thought that SIM cards tracked his data and stole his photos. Sometimes T-mobile will surprise you and this was one of those times.

I just left the T-Mobile store about 5 minutes ago (5:30pm 5/13)I’ve had the worst weekend, my wallet and phone was stolen so I had to go in for a new SIM card.The guy was very patient. Thank you whomever you are.He definitely made my day way easier.

Terrible store and employees. Went in to change my parents from Verizon and the employees were completely clueless. We were in there for almost 3 hours and Miranda k tried to up sale the 55+ plan by 40 dollars a month. Then acted clueless when I caught it and said thats wrong. Also, the workers had to keep calling the manager to ask how to do things and then kept talking about direct deposit for their paycheck that night. To make it worse, they couldnt even port the numbers from Verizon. I gave them the password and they said it couldnt be a word and tries the numbers associated with the word. Which failed. I called t mobile when we left the store and they put the word as the password and the numbers were ported immediately. Do not go to this t mobile. Horrible service.

10/14/19 update: there were a couple of mishaps with my plan and promotions. However, the reps provided more customer support to resolve the issues than I ever received from AT&T. First, Lorena spent over an hour with customer support to resolve my T-Mobile app issues. I appreciate her efforts (and military service). Second, Emmanuel did everything else to ensure that the promotions and commitments were honored. It is refreshing to have a team that works so hard to honor their word and show their appreciation.I was a lifelong AT&T client but made the switch to T-Mobile last week. There were a few hiccups with getting the accounts set up due to system issues, but Lazu and James were very patient. Once the lines were set up, the system was not showing the advertised discounts. It was already closing time, but Lazu called corporate because he wanted to ensure that I left the store happy and with the plan I signed up for. Needless to say, it took corporate a while to fix the issue but Lazu was very patient and stayed an hour past closing to ensure the issue was resolved. One minor hiccup was that they did not include my free Netflix access to my account - I had to call customer service to get that hooked up. Other than that, I was very pleased with Lazus customer service. I hope more folks physically get out to the store so that they keep the location!!!

My husband and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a couple of weeks ago and Lazu was very accommodating. I was 9 months pregnant and he gave me free pizza while we waited. Lazu had hurt his ankle the day prior and was limping around and still he did it with a smile. I was disappointed to discover that T-Mobile does not allow their employees to sit down during working hours. They also had only 2 working computers that 3 employees had to fight over. I have since given birth and Lazu is now my first borns favorite uncle.

So me and my wife had been getting tired of Version for several reasons. 1. The bill was a bit higher than we were likening. 2. I (myself) The husband was get sick of dropping calls, not receiving call, not being able to look up stuff one the internet wherever I wanted. But what really Flipped my flapjack was on 04JUL19 around 1800 me and my pregnant wife went for a walk to go see fireworks. This is our first kind and all was going well but that night my wifes feet started to swell up really bad. We knew that this might happen so we were not alarmed. We had our dinner and watched the fireworks and we were going to call an uber or lift but we couldnt call, text, or use any of our unlimited data for some reason. I could not even call 911. And this scenario had happened to a few more times after that. So me and the wife went to T-mobile to just talk to and see what they had to offer. We were greeted as we walked through the door very enthusiastically by one individual in particular. Lazu was his name l think that is how you spell his name. He was tall well dressed for having to wear that T-mobile garb and asked if he could help use. I said yes but you have to talk to me wife about most of this stuff she is the one that handles the checkbook. I also said the we were just looking at what yall had and he said that was fine and he would be more than happy to answer any questions we had. So Lazu and the wife talked for a long time witch was good it gave me time to go around and play the Robin hood whistle song one all of the demo phones they had. To side track a bit I found a few things odd about the store. 1 they had five computers but only two were operational. They primarily had these tablets that they tried to use but were constantly dying and not connecting to their stores Wi-Fi because I believe it was broken at the time. just because youre a wireless provider company does not mean you yourself have to Go Wireless. 2 there is nowhere to sit down except for a very uncomfortable bench. It would have been nice to have a few chairs to sit in while we conversate about the cell phones and the plans and I feel like the employees would greatly appreciate somewhere to sit as well. 3 the Landscaping outside was subpar. The storefront should be just as important as inside the store irrigation hoses going over bushes and bricks and all sorts of other things. Irrigation line should be one foot on the ground. 4 there was no bathroom. Back on track now. After an hour me and the wife decided that we were going to in fact switch carriers that day. It took the remaining 2 hours to figure out which plan and what phones we were going to get and we had no trouble whatsoever with Lazu by our side. He was very helpful and professional he even got us a slice of pizza. I would recommend Lazu to anyone that wants to switch to T-Mobile. He is got to be the employee of the year for all of T-Mobile buy now.

Reviews for the Yorba Linda Branch: bad customer service. They screwed up my trade in and took me long time to straighten out with Tmobile. When I called the beach, they werent even willing to find out why I didnt get the rebate on time, not to mention apologying.
