Selections are good majority of the time depending on donations. Check out is now self serve. Prices have increased and expect to pay higher cost for premium/name brand labels. Staff smiles and laughs to each other, but when you ask questions/help they act like Im bothering them.

1st time ever going to this savers location. Its pretty big. Tons of stuff. Id definitely recommend it to a friend and Ill be back for sure.

Always find such great clothes and name brands! Get pretty much get all my clothes here now for the past few years. Everyone who works there is always so nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Cristine, she was awesome!

Our family purchased a new Christmas tree, 2020, with the lights already attached and ready to light up. We needed to get rid of our old rather huge tree that is heavy and reaches about 7 feet tall. I called a number of places that I have made donations before and none would take the tree. I had to drive to the Yorba Linda Savers because no one would answer their phone. Once I arrived Bryan met me at their donation point which is just to the side of the front of their store. Bryan had a wonderful attitude and was professional. He accepted the tree which made me ecstatic! TIP: Donate your Christmas tree October and November, I was told.

Savers always kills it with their great deals, I havent had a day where I come in here and dont walk out with something, they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, furniture, and more. If youre looking to browse to find some intresting items this place blows goodwill out of the water.

Dope thrift store, they always seem to have great stuff AND the organization is wonderful (especially with the books). Staff is really friendly too.

If I could be anywhere it would be savers. The prices are the best around. I love buying my son clothes and books. You can get a free book after buying so many. It is definitely a place to check out. I bet you will come back time after time.

Definitely the Savers I visit the most. Very clean store, I always find something worth buying at this store. I kind if hate to give it away but they always have a good selection of books. Ive been getting kids chapter books for my nieces but also for myself Ive been able to find a good amount of JRR tolkein books and many others. I always head to their book shelves first thing when I enter the store.

The store was neat and orderly. The line outside took about 7 min. The Xmas trees were priced medium high.

I was there this weekend and had a bad experience. Firstly, the young ladies at the front door were incompetent; they were not keeping accurate record of the recommended occupancy and the flow of people. Throughout my entire time shopping the store was not visibly at its occupancy. I even heard a group of staff ladies joking that there was “literally nothing to do.” I repeatedly saw a group of staff members gathering around, talking, joking, and even browsing through the clothing. I was SHOCKED to see a group of them hide clothing they weren’t allowed to buy yet bc items where freshly placed on the floor. Overall, there’s a huge group of young female employees that are immature, don’t follow their rules and lack customer service. So sad. I will stick to other second hand stores, this one unfortunately, is over staffed with what appear to be high school children.

I love shopping at Savers for my miscellaneous items. Need an extra blanket for the dog beds!? Go to Savers. While youre there youll find cute earrings, makeup bags, and even a funky belt that would cost $50 at Express or Brighton. The restrooms are clean and the attendants are friendly and helpful. I donate all the time so I always have a 20%off coupon which is nice to know they want to reward donating and shopping to support a good cause!

I hadnt been to Savers in quite a while and used to love going there because of their prices but I probably will not return because their prices on clothes are crazy. I thought that some clothes at Goodwill were overpriced but Savers has taken overpricing to a whole new level. I saw mens jeans priced for just about as much as they cost new.

I live about 20 miles from this store and I drive the distance because this is the best thrift store Ive ever been too clean good prices well worth the drive

Horrible experience at this store today. Looking at baskets all priced $2.99 to $4.99. And one small basket was priced $29.99 ...not kidding folks. When as cashier if price was correct she called the manager who indicated that basket was high end / name brand and they price by who much items goes on eBay and then priced below that. She offered $19.99 for small basket which was just crazy. Told manager store is a thrift store. How horrible and they Savers claims to help communities. Will no longer shop there or donated anymore items to them.Pass it on folks.

Very clean and well organized store! Mens, womens & childrens clothing. Housewares, toys, books, records, jewelry, furniture...clean restrooms and there are changing rooms. You can drop off donations too. Theyll give you a blank tax receipt and a discount coupon for shopping in the store. VERY nice employees.

Great thrift store! The store is large, clean, and well organized. A good selection of general used items such as housewares, toys/games, electronics, books, and clothing (which is the biggest area in the store).

Great secondhand place. Its very organized unlike others. The staff are very friendly. I do feel like some items are overpriced a little, not too much, but i do believe the extra proceeds go to making a better shopping experience.. still found a tv stand for $20 though, awesome.

I take back an earlier review I wrote about their great return policy. Its terrible. My husband bought a broken bookshelf from them. I realized it was same bookshelf my neighbor had curbed a few days earlier I didnt want it for free why would I want it for 20.00. I told them my husband would need help unloading it when returning it as he is disabled The male manger told me bring it back but that I could only exchange it which was fine. I came back the employees unloaded it as they promised. I shopped for 30 mins because store had just had a big sale and merchandise was really picked over.I get to counter and a young Asian woman who said she was the manager grabbed the receipt and underlined their no return policy in red . I didnt see that before. In fact they told my husband he had 7 days to return it when he bought it.I have donated thousands of really great items to them. Ive bought thousands in merchandise. They just lost a great customer over 20 bucks.

So first off let me say that I love savers. Im saddened that the Anaheim one was closed. The Yorba Linda savers is really nice, but the reason for the lower rating is that for some reason the prices here are arbitrarily higher. Ive been to the riverside one and the boys closed Anaheim one, but for some reason prices are just marked up higher in Yorba Linda. Theres still bargains to be found here, but if you have the time and inclination, go to the riverside location.

Very service, very helpful and nice employees. Many years of thrifting, this my absolute favorite. Great bargains galore and size sorted!!! Cant say enough about this place.

Glad to see a Savers in Yorba Linda. All Savers I have been to are great, but because of the location, I do notice some very nice, gently used items, furniture and clothing here and a little more on the higher end at a low price still. Love Savers.

Im going to start off saying that this a great place to shop. The employees are nice, its a big location and lots to see. HOWEVER, the prices have consistently increased higher and higher since they opened a couple years ago. There are some things that are priced more than what the items would be if they were new. $7.49 for a casual shirt from Target, $5.99 for the aluminum lanterns from Ikea, in used condition. $9.99 for worn shoes. Unfortunately, you need to really watch for sales.

This is one of the nicest thrift stores that Ive been in, and Im not too keen about thrift stores. Things are kept in order and they seem to have nicer items here.Each time you donate a box they punch a card. Six punches saves you 30% off one item.

This Savers is well organized and has nice items. Some items are on the pricy side but the 50% off,color of the day is helpful. There are usually very good sales during holidays as well. Signing up as a member is worth it to get the pre sale invite. The staff is always helpful.

Found an excellent Wrangler teacher for only 299 so 322a taxes and then if its thats good and my girlfriend got a new pair of furry boots that she likes so that was pretty cool.

My favorite thrift shop because of how wonderfully organized they are. They even hang the pants so that its easy to read the inside tag and everything is well organized by size and catagory.

Everything neatly displayed versus other thrift stores and great jewelry assortment.

I love this place, almost always find more than one thing and its so much more organzied than typical goodwill! Everything is organized by category and size so its a lot easier to find clothes that will fit and way less chaotic than stores that organize by color. Also like that they have a rewards program and give 30% off coupons if you donate stuff. I would highly recommend for thrifting, especially clothes and homewares/craft stuff.

This is s small savors. Not as clean as the othes savors. The employees are friendly. They have good prices. They parking is not as easy to find since they hsvr the 24 hour fitness their.

Everything here is too overpriced. Decent brands like Columbia and Ralph Lauren Shirts are over $10 most of the time. You’re better off buying from Ross or Marshalls.

I love thrift stores, but these are definitely not thrift prices. Extremely expensive for used goods. You can get a lot of the clothing for the same price at the actual store.

Findings are great... second hand stuff and brand new items are super cheap and in like new condition.

Some tracks are too full, clean, nice dressing rooms.

Prices are going up such a shame, the best time to go is there half off sales.

Donations are in the front so driving through and/or parking can be hard sometimes. Inside is clean and they have some really nice vintage jewelry.

I really love savers in general and still can find a deal at this one sometimes but man their prices have really gotten out of control. They should really get over themselves. Either their pricing dept is incompetent or they are trying to pull one over on customers. Either way not a great situation. Especially for the fact that they are not really a non profit. Although you can donate to the charity initially that is all....do not be fooled into thinking that the charity benefits in any way from their high prices. I find it sad that someone would donate what is apparently a very valuable table.... for the charity to only recieve maybe 10 bucks for it and them turn around and try to sell it for 1500! Also btw just because something is listed on ebay for 2500 doesnt mean its WORTH that much. Things are worth how much people will pay for them and not a penny more...so I guess as long as people keep paying their inflated prices they will keep up their obnoxious pricing.
