This review is long overdue. A year ago, I was scrambling for a small ice-cream cake for my dads birthday. I called the baskin robbins location near me (2 other ones) who only had the bigger size for a high price. This store had the perfect size and at a very reasonable price. The manager/owner was also really nice. I return here as often as I can but will definitely make it every year to purchase my dads ice-cream birthday cake! This year, I was able to pre-order (48 hours in advance) his favorite flavor- butter pecan. Thanks you guys!

The guys working there Saturday (today), were so nice and polite to everyone. We had a couple of extra needs and they were happy to help. Ice cream is always so good even on a cold day. They had quite a few ice cream cakes to choose from along w/ unique ice cream treats.

Love it. Awesome Banana split ice cream. I had them pile on the peanut butter chocolate, pralines and cream and rocky road with all three toppings.... Awesome flavors. Great customer service and friendly too.

I used to come here, but not much anymore. I think the space needs a makeover. The outdoor seating needs to be washed & cleaned. Then hopefully, it will attract more customers to sit outside.

This is my favorite Baskin Robbins! Bright, clean, cute! The owner is a super nice and friendly guy, so much better than the BRs near my house!

Best Baskin Robbins ever! It gets busy in the evening but they handle it well and customers are patient. Love the snickers ice cream. Sooo good.

In this general vicinity, there are two Baskin Robbins - the good one on La Palma/Imperial and this one. Been here a few times with the kids when theyve had friends along and it usually smells of feces. Dont know where they find employees but they manage to find the lowest wattage dim bulbs around. Hot and dirty in the store with a neglected franchise vibe to the place.

Even though it was packed, both employees had a smile on their face and were doing a great job keeping the line moving.

Had such a negitive experience here with my pregnant friend this Saturday. She is 30 years old and pregnant 2 months. She is super careful on what she eats also. As we came in with our kids a girl who seemed like she was new greated us with a non so friendly face. She didnt even know how to make my friends shake. She grabbed her drink and tasted it and tasted that it was watery. I told her to immediately give them the drink back. They didnt put as much ice cream and more milk. She gave it to the other employee and she didnt seem like much more help than the first girl. As they were preparing the new drink the girl sprayed windex on the lid because she was cleaning. Very bad taste in payback for returning the drink. The health office would not be pleased. I never have had such a bad experience than here. I was super mad because she is a close friend. In the end my poor friend just threw it away. After that horrible experience I will make sure to tell everyone I know there of this. I myself will never return. Because of their attitude I didnt buy anything. Because people go to consume...they eat. Im not paying for horrible service. Plus it looks like a very old location, very dull feeling as soon as you walk in. Overall bad, negativity in this old location.

Run of the mill Baskin-Robbins, pretty small, ice cream is ok, but somewhat overpriced.

Pricing could use a rework. Overall the service was good and the place was clean.
