The Yorba Linda Fitness 19 gym is clean and organized. The staff is always helpful and respectful. I just need to work out more at this great gym. Keep up the good work and Thank you, Fitness 19 for being there during these difficult times. I needed it.

I signed up for this gym before it had even opened at the top (elite / premium) level and have maintained membership payments ever since. I stopped going to the gym when COVID hit, but continued to pay faithfully each month in an effort to support a local business. Today I visited the location and asked to have my membership reduced to the basic tier going forward. They said I would need to pay a $99 initiation fee to drop to the lower level. I asked to speak to Phil, the owner/franchisee, who had signed me up originally back in 2019. He refused to waive the fee, offering only to drop the initiation fee to $49. Why would I pay an initiation fee for a gym Ive been a member of for over two years? This place is ridiculous with horrible business practices. With many other options in the area, it was an easy decision to cancel and never look back. There are enough other reviews citing similar issues to make anyone with common sense to think twice. If you are considering this place, based on my experience and other reviews, I would recommend finding another gym to join.

Wow! Fitness 19 Yorba Linda is one of the nicest gyms Ive ever been too. They have such a huge variety of of machines and equipment and its all really spaced out. The place is huge! They have like a 50 yard stretch of turf and sleds and big tires to flip with TRX stations and all that. Makes every workout super fun. Highly recommend this place to anyone plus staff is always so friendly

Really like this gym, i mean $15 a month? Sweet. Only downside to going here is it gets pretty busy and you have to work around getting your workout in depending on the machines that are occupied. Also i wish they were open until 10pm on weekends kinda sad about that since I dont have time to come in until later when they are closed

I come here every day and don’t plan on ever cancelling my membership. Everyone is so nice. Everything is properly cleaned. For the most part it’s never packed and the staff do a great job in making sure everyone is cleaning and keeping their mask on.

Ive been going here for about two years now. My main complaints would be that the weights are not well organized. The dumbbell rack is fine, but the plates are scattered. 5 pound plates are the hardest to find. The lights will noticeably dim from time to time. Its kinda weird the first time you see it happen. This place also attracts a lot of high school kids. I dont know if thats really a complaint or just something to note. Besides that, it is of decent size with a good variety of exercise equipment. Bathrooms/Lockers are clean.

I’m always here with my friends and we always get in a great workout. There are a large variety of machines and we are always able to get all of the lifts we have set for the day without waiting for an empty machine. The trainers here provide great advice and will assist you if you need help using a machine. Thank you Fitness 19 for getting me ready for summer!

I live right up the street from this gym and have been coming since they opened. I’ve noticed that they have really stepped their game up with the cleanliness of the gym as well as adding new and recommended equipment by the members! Fitness 19 has easily won its place as my favorite gym!

I’m here almost everyday and the workers here are amazing. They will always help you out or give you a spot when you need one. The selection of drinks and protein bars is great as they have something for everyone!

Love working out here. Ive never had a 30 minute workout feel so great! Not to mention the trainers are wonderful, encouraging and push you constantly to get stronger.

Gym has been a great environment. Staff is great and extremely helpful from the first day onward. Only gym I could find over the last six months that stayed open during Covid and kept everything clean and cared about their members safety. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and fun workout environment

I love this gym and the staff! The hydro massage is perfect for after my workout to relax my muscles and I use the tanning bed religiously since summer is coming up. I’d give this gym 10 starts if I could!

Nothing but good things to say about this gym. Very clean and new equipment. Nothing beats the price at only 9.99 per month! The workers there are very friendly and welcoming.

I switched to here temporarily when 24 hours fitness (where I’ve been a member for over 30 years) closed because of covid. I was not only happy to find an open gym, but they are respectful of everyone’s choice whether or not to wear a mask! The facility is kept nice and even offers a kids club. I was only paying $10/mo at 24 and was planning to return when they opened, but now that they have, they are still requiring masks, and from what I hear, they are not on stable financial ground, so I’ve decided to quit 24 and stay here. They are closer to my home and most of my friends from 24 have also moved to fitness 19 too! It’s a nice, new facility with lots of work out options. Plus they offered me a great deal so I couldn’t resist.

Been a member since it first opened. Fairly new gym and better than your typical 24 or LA fitness. Has everything you need - 3 benches, 4 squat racks, huge free wright section, all of your cable, plate loaded, strength stack, and cardio machines you ever need. Doesnt get as crowded compared to other gyms. Price is comparable and I think even comes out a bit cheaper on a per month cost compared to a 24 hour costco pass (or close to it but I dont mind paying the difference). Also, shoutout to Andrew for signing me up.

I was charged for a yearly renewal fee and am additional month of membership even though they were closed due to COVID and they’ve promised me they’d refund my account however they still haven’t and it’s been over a month now. I have a new baby and both my husband and I are furloughed so this $70 really matters. What’s most frustrating is there’s been no reply back from the owner who was in communication with me back in June but stopped responding. I won’t ever do business there again.

Way too many people loitering around and not using the equipment. Requested to cancel three memberships and still been billed now going on three months since our request. No customer service. There is a FITNESS19 where we moved but NO WAY signing up with them after this experience.

I LOVE working out at this gym! I live close by which is super nice since I can jog to the gym and do some other workout. Everything is super clean and all the machines are still new. I really like the Hydro-Massage bed, on certain days I would just come in and use the bed. Super helpful and friendly staff.

New modern equipment and clean environment

Fantastic gym, Ive been coming for close to a year and since then Ive gotten several of my friends to switch over from 24hr fitness. Super glad that they have squat platforms now, that made a huge difference. Its something their Brea location doesnt have and thats why I choose to drive to this location. Overall, Im much happier coming here than any of the previous gyms I had memberships for before this.

I don’t think there are words to describe how much I love this gym!! Only been working out here for a couple days but I love working with JR (my personal trainer), he is a huge motivation to my workouts and makes me feel so comfortable! I also praise fitness 19 for their front desk associates; they all acknowledge me and make me feel a part of their gym! 10/10 recommend checking out fitness 19!!

I enjoy coming here. Phil, Aleene, Russ, Andrew and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. Signing up does not take long and everything is explained to you. There are many classes available (Zumba, Yoga and a bunch more) I really love the hydro massage and also use the tanning booth and red light to finish off my workout. See you there! Tom

This gym is great! Has a great variety of equipment and all of the employees are super helpful! They have great deals on membership and were very detailed in explaining the terms of my agreement. I love working out here it has a family vibe where you know everyone and it’s like showing up to workout with a group of friends! Also my daughters love the kids club and the massage beds are really relaxing! I also really like the spin classes!

Yorba Linda finally has a gym that has everything I need! The first thing you notice that sets the tone for the atmosphere is great music, and a smiling staff. The classes are a true workout and great for all skill levels. The trainers and instructors here are top notch, and really care about educating their members.Another thing thats great here is overall cleanliness. I always see staff members going around the gym, cleaning, asking us if we need help, and just making sure that were comfortable overall. The equipment is brand new and you can tell! I always have something to do when I get my workout in.I cant say anything but positive things about this facility!

This gym is easily the best gym I have been in. It seems like it’s around 30,000 ft.² with all of the new features you could want in any gym! Green Astroturf and functional training area, Squat racks, Hydro massage beds, Tanning, red light therapy bed’s, spin room.They have a ton of parking outside. This is probably the nicest gym I have ever been in.And you can join for as little as nine dollars a month? Pretty shocking!

Extremely well taken of gym. Most of the other gyms Ive been to have been dirty and would always have wet rags on the floor. I also love using the turf area for my cardio and body weight workouts. They have some machines I havent seen anywhere else before. I totally recommend coming in and seeing what the place has to offer. Definitely an upgrade from my membership at LA Fitness

I haven’t been a member of a gym in over a decade and cannot express how impressed I am by this gym. The facility is clean, you never wait to use the equipment which is new and top notch. The only thing better than the facility is the staff who always greet you with a friendly “hello.” A special acknowledgement to Lisa and Aleene for making all of us feel so welcome!

All I can say is “Wow!”. I’m so blown away by my experience here. I came in with a ton of questions and their patience and effort to help me understand my options was so appreciated. I had a membership at another gym that I was unhappy with and was paying wayyy more for, I was at a point where I definitely wanted to switch. It was so easy with the employees at Fitness 19, they made me feel like I was part of a family and very comfortable. Best gym and the best employees I’ve had the opportunity to get a membership with. Staff is friendly and helpful. All my friends and family in the Yorba Linda area will be switching to this gym for sure.

They wont cancel my membership. Havent been in the state for 4 months. And i just received a $75 charge along with having to pay the monthly fee. Very unprofessional

Nice to see a gym that has all amenities you need! Has tons of free weights, lots of cardio machines, and not only that but has a kids room! Has everything you need. You don’t have to worry about a babysitter when they have it covered! Can’t wait to start asap.

Im glad they opened this one up! I frequent the ones between Orange and Brea but this is my preferred location now. Closer to my house. Staff seemed nice and its super clean and the machines are nice and new. This place is huge too! Loving it!

It’s never overly busy so machines are pretty much always open, also very clean and staff is always very friendly! I switched over from 24 hour in anaheim hills to fitness 19 and couldn’t be more pleased :)

The gym is new and clean, but lots of surprise fees. Things that were not mentioned by the particular sales person I signed up with and not clear in the written contract. Very disappointing. If you break it down with all the fees Ive paid since the gym opened 4 months ago its basically like Im paying $60+ a month. If youre looking for a low cost gym, beware.

I am so happy Fitness 19 just opened in Yorba Linda! This place is huge and has everything my family needs. Tons of cardio, huge free weight section with olympics style benches and squat racks. The gym is practically sparkling when you walk in with all the new equipment. They also have kids club for my daughters and the attendants in there are great with my girls. I’m very happy with this location and the customer service I’ve received 5 stars all the way!

My wife succumbed to high pressure sales techniques by fitness trainer who talked her into trying 1 month of training. She was verbally assured the training was for 1 month as requested, but Fitness 19 charged her for 4 months of payments and then refused her a refund. They of course blamed her for not reading the fine print. I do not approve of high pressure sales techniques that take advantage of senior citizens. Fitness 19, you suck.

This place is awesome! Its huge and everyones really nice. The price is right and the classes are great.

I purchased a so-called LIFETIME GYM MEMBERSHIP 6 years ago which was recently terminated as retribution for questioning senior management over unauthorized funds withdrawn from several of my bank accounts using credit cards that were never originally used for the gym membership fees. Prior to this profound recent discovery, I had been a happy customer for 6 years.However, I can no longer in good conscious recommend Fitness 19 to any of my family, friends nor acquaintances (people). I feel really bad and quilty because over the past 6 years Ive referred many many people that became gym members. However, I recently discovered money missing from several of my bank accounts and when I brought this to the Fitness 19 senior management attention they became irate and belligerent and accused me of lying and called me a Liar.Well the banks did a comprehensive investigation and concluded that the funds were embezzled unlawfully using a blank bank document that contained a signature that was NOT MINE. There was also some other falsified statements on the form.I should have read the contracts over the years which is very difficult to read because the 2 page legal sized papers contains words and letters that are so small I had to use a microscope to read. I thought I was was dealing with a forthright and honest business with ethics and morals and character. As I found out the hard way, my perception WAS WAY WRONG.Now that Fitness 19 retaliated against me and terminated my LIFETIME GYM MEMBERSHIP I lost all of my hard earned money and holding nothing more than: A WORTHLESS PIECE OF PAPER!After reading many other 1-Star reviews, there are literally hundreds of former customers with similar tales of funds being taken without their knowledge nor permission up to a year later and many of these stories go back over a decade ago!

This gym is well worth the cost and each trip you make for your workouts.There is a lot of equipment and amenities that cater to your different goals.Busy times are usually in the mornings before 9am and afternoons between 4pm-7pm based on my membership experience.Pros:+ Large Selection of Classes+ Affordable Price+ Opens at 4:30am on weekdays and closes at 11pm+ Lots of Equipment for your upper and lower body workouts+ Turf Area is nice and good for your cool downs or field practices.+ Hydromassage and Red Light TherapyCons:- Closes fairly early on the weekends. Wish it were open until at least 9pm- The Personal Training is good, but the cost is a little more expensive and the paperwork required is a little concerning. Recommend doing a couple Personal Training Sessions, then moving on to Classes or doing workouts on your own.-Dont know how often the turf area is cleaned.-TV Channels on the screen feel very limited. Wish there were more channel options during my cardio workouts. Dont like constantly seeing a single set of Fox News when I could be watching a diversity set of news options and other TV programs. I dont want to keep on having to bring my iPad to all my Cardio Workouts- The wifi is pretty bad, dont get the premier membership if you just want the internet amenity

Easy 5 🌟 the management and staff are great. I live closer to the brea 19 which i go too on my days i work. But go to the YORBA Linda GYM 2 to 3 times a week. Its alot farther but worth the drive. I had alot of friends JOIN after i told them how great it is. Even some of them left the Brea 19 for YORBA Linda because of certain reason. YORBA Linda management runs a great GYM.

Im not sure how there are fitness reviews already when I just got an email today that it was open. There are no specials, same prices are everywhere and online. I signed up and was told it would open in the middle of feb, its now the end of February. I have the elite so we will see what they have. Also when you call they seem to have an attitude. Hopefully the staff is friendly-er in person!Update on review.First day opened, staff was sitting around (interested in more memberships it seems) First time checking in and trying fitness 19 (I got the Elite pass) Ive had LA fit and 24 hr before. Greeted by front desk, given a keycard. No tour given. New equipment, nice AstroTurf, large cardio, cool weight room. Only 2 hydro massages, one not working and rn they are letting everyone try it not fair to elite members. I seen only one water fountain. Bathrooms and bike room seem small. Staff needs to be more customer oriented and helpful. No Sauna or steam room. This seems like a Planet Fitness. Ill definitely give them a shot and try them out and see what they have to offer but first impressions not so great. I dont really see the benefits of Elite membership. Hope they create a great friendly environment for all members!

Aerobic exercise with a lot of exercise equipment. You can do all muscle movements. The place is also spacious. shower facility. There is also drinking water. The staff are friendly too.
