If your reference point is other Smart & Finals, this one is stellar. Much larger with a bigger, more varied selection of food and other items than your standard Smart & Final. If your reference is a regular grocery store, this Smart & Final, like all Smart & Finals, lacks selection variety. In this case there is only one grocery store occupying this spot, and so thats what we got. This store has particularly noteworthy fresh produce, meat, alcoholic beverage, and baked goods departments than your standard S&F. The staff isnt superlative, nor are they horrible. The store is relatively well laid out, bright, and clean with ample parking, so bonus points for those. The real, secret hidden gem of this store is its day-old baked goods section. You can get some really deals there, and that particular department is dedicated to, and succeeding, in keeping several pounds on my bones and several inches of girth to my waist. They are a small price to pay for the pleasure one receives.

I havent been to many smart and finals so I cant compare. But this store is huge and has everything I was looking for.

I only go to Smart and Final for a quick trip of only a few listed items. The prices are not always the lowest. I do like the roasted chickens but I am not a fan of the rest of the meat departments offeres. Not top quality. However, I genuinely like the staff at the Yorba Linda store.

Very good selection, excellent prices, great service. All and all an A+ shopping experience. Got what we needed, in and out 5 minutes. Love this place, covid-19 conscious shopping in a laid back relaxed environment. Lots of aisles open for checking out.

Good selection of products at good price; especially bulk items like cups, containers, plates that are typically overpriced at other stores.The one issue, as was mentioned by many others, is the slow checkout process. I would implore the management team to consider adding a bank of express self-check registers to expedite the checkout process.

Great store with large selection of food items. They have a small bulk section. Got a great deal on whole wheat pastry flour. Store is clean and well stocked. The only negative it can be challenging to find associate on the floor to help if you have a question.

Alternative to Costco and Sams Club for bulk items. Small QTY ok too. Some items are at competitive prices too, alternative to Sprouts. Good service. They keep it nice and clean. Recently added organic grains area, like Sprouts. Good strategy. Hope they can compete and consumers benefit.

Great store, always had what I need and if not will get it. Fresh produce, great meats,.clean neat aisles. Renae at checkout is a sweetheart.

I love this store. Great items, produce sushi, restaurant supplies, bulk items, its great. But I worry that its shopping base will continue to decline because of how time consuming it is to pay for your groceries due to a lack of open registers. Frequently I have, upon entering, turned around and left when I see, yet again, only one register is open and there are 10 customers in line looking annoyed and frustrated.

Great prices. The cooked foster farms whole chicken is in the back of the store for $4.99 (refrigerated section) . I think it tastes better than Costco whole cooked chicken.

Horrendous checkout line. I waited 10 minutes in line to purchase one item. Not convenient at all.

Aisles wide enough for your cart, personnel available for assistance, friendly cashier. unadvertised weekly specials were a nice surprise!

Local store which is very clean. Friendly employees! There is a bakery in the store. Produce is very nice and plenty of it. The meat and seafood section is alright though they only had 1 package of the quarter chicken legs that was on promo on the first day of the weekly ad...not good! I ended up getting 4 packages of other cuts of chicken that was more expensive than what I originally came in for. They do have a large wine/alcohol section too. Plenty of parking available.😁👍

Good alternative to Costco for deals. But limited staffing means wait times can be long to get anything from meat to checkout.

Prices are great people are nice they have almost everything and usually in bolts very lovely I recommend going there kid friendly they have restrooms easy access lots of parking
