Wont help you unless you have a part number. So if you just have specs,application, thread size, tube diameter, material etc dont bother calling them because they dont seem to have any idea. They must just hold inventory . . .

I would not recommend these guys. I spoke with two people, they both couldnt find my part number and Donovan Who I spoke to had a horrible attitude problem. Im very surprised SMC would let people like this represent them. went to another supplier and found the part no problem with the same part number I provided Orange Coast. I wont be back to these guys.

I’ve seen the way this company runs everything from answering their phones/customer service, to the quality of their products. Hands down you won’t find a better operation in the USA. I think it’s because it’s a 100% employee owned company that everyone feels like it’s a goal to make the experience and products the best in the country.

This was a weird experience. They advertise Festo, but then tried to sell me smc when I called. It was very awkward and they were unclear whether or not they actually distribute Festo or just sell smc. I dont recommend unclear or hard to use sources.

While I have only dealt with their staff on a few occasions, I was always treated well and had my questions/ issue addressed quickly and satisfactorily.

Not sure whom Kelley spoke with or dealt with, but this was probably the toughest SMC distributor I have ever worked with. I received two different prices over the phone from two different employees, Donovan and the other was a woman. So, Im not sure if they even know the price they sell products at. They also claimed to be affiliated with a 40 year old company named Coast Pneumatics, but it turns out they are not related in any way. I reached out to Coast Pneumatics in Anaheim for a re-quote and to express my concern and this is when they let us know they are not affiliated with this fraud in any way. A gentleman named Vince at Coast Pneumatics pointed me in the direction of Steven Engineering to get the parts we needed. We received great pricing compared to that of these guys. If you are looking for someone who wont price gouge, I recommend Steven Engineering for you SMC requirements. Very disappointed SMC considers these guys an elite distributor.

This place is an absolute cest pool. Call for some technical assistance on the application of some SMC parts because these guys are supposedly SMCs Elite National Distributor...if you catorgize elite as a company of pompous, egotistical personalities, then you hit the nail on the head. I have never been treated so poorly when asking a simple support question. This experience involved Donovan Adams, specifically. The guy apparently knows everything about everything, and you get that sense when he talks to you like you just graduated 2nd grade because you cannot possibly know anything about SMC products, little does he know I have been in this industry for years. Want a suggestion? Tell your staff to treat customers better because I will never return, and with a staff like that I do not believe I am the first
