Manager was VERY helpful picking out matting and frame.Was a bit surprised at final cost. More than I had ever thought - $173.00 for a 17 x 14 cross stitch. Can pick up in 2 weeks. Cant wait to hang it. Was very impressed with the computer app that actually allowed you to view what the needlework piece would look like completely finished with different frames and sizing of matting. Should have taken a picture, but was so enhanced with results, I completely forgot to get my phone out and take a picture.

They always have what Im looking for. They had all their Halloween stuff 50% off before Halloween!

I placed an online order to pick up at the store. Never received an email stating my order was ready but got one asking to rate the transaction and one staying my order was cancelled since I didnt pick it up! The cashier did honor the 20% off coupon after I found the items in the store when I got there.

I love taking my grandkids. Its a great place to pick up something for them to do besides watch TV, or spend their time on the cell.

Michaels! Michaels! Michaels! I love Michaels. Granted, they are a bit pricier than AC Moore. But, I personally think they have more variety and better quality in many items. They are also stepping up their game with better sales and coupons.I shop at both Michaels and AC Moore. But, I get most of my craft paints and stencils at Michaels. Their staff is also very nice and helpful.Im redoing the back room of my apartment with a sea theme and I have found some great sea and mermaid stencils at Michaels.Take a look!

Michaels, sometimes I really wish you werent so expensive as I really do enjoy your store and since the local craft store near me closed up, I have been coming to you more and more. Your prices are a little high although you do have practically everything I think imaginable pertaining to arts and crafts supplies. I love you I just wish that you would be more affordable especially during times like these.

This store is very well organized and clean. The two staff members I encounter were very nice. One was extremely knowledgeable on product placement in the store and the other was very eager to find out where the product was in the store. It was not busy at all on a Monday afternoon. The only part of this location that I dont like (but cant do anything about) is the parking lot.

Clean store, always busy. Curbside pickup was closed but the button for pickup inside wasnt working, had to find an employee to help. She was helpful by getting my order but no care there was a break down in there system. Beem a few times with wife, always seems to be a pricing issue, either sale signs not up or not taken done. I came in for the paint, I left with a sense of ambition and childlike wonder, a renewed passion for the magical world around me. I looked in my bag, and there was paint. It was all only paint.

Michaels always has what my creative mind needs and more. You can spend minute or hours at Michaels. There is always something in every isle to put in your cart. People are happy and helpful and plenty of supplies.

This place has everything you need for any kind of art or craft. Also a great selection of picture frames to spice up any home decor.

The prices are just a bit outrageous considering Amazon. If I absolutely cannot wait two days for something, I may consider paying the premium that Michaels asks. Otherwise- Ill just pop in to see something in person, and then order it from amazon, if I bother to go to the store at all. It was a nice pass time in this case. I only went to feel out prices and kill some time. Employees were friendly and the store was clean and very well stocked.

This store has a whole aisle of Cricut machines and products for them but not one staff member knew anything about the machines or the other products for it. I had to ask other customers questions as well as Google information. If youre going to sell a product...know the product. Ill go to Joann Fabrics from now on.

The stores clean staff that I have interacted with were friendly. but I dont shops here much unless Im having trouble finding something I need for a project. since their prices are on the higher end for some things.

I went in looking for silly string. I could not find it, so I asked a clerk, she sent me down an aisle that did not have anything but craft supplies. I asked another clerk who looked like the manager and she said sorry we dont sell that . So I must say that my visit was not good as to being sent to look for something that they dont sell by one clerk then to have to go find someone that could give me the correct information.

The store itself along with its employees is lovely. This place is clean and well organized. Michaels itself has me a bit concerned. The quality of their seasonal and holiday decorations has gone downhill. They look great until you get up close and inspect. Cone to find they are cheaply made. Glue blotches, what looks like resin turns out to be painted styrofoam etc. The quality just isnt there anymore. I used to look forward to Michaels for the holidays (strictly referring to seasonal and holiday decos) now I just go for craft supplies and frames.

I tried curbside delivery after ordering on line. I told them I was on my way, called when I got there and they said someone would be right out with my order. After 8 minutes I went in and asked someone to help me. He found my order in a few minutes and apologized for the wait. I love this store and used to work there, but I would not do curbside delivery again. Just wanted to try it, but it failed. Going in next time to explore all the great things this store has to offer.

Michaels is a great place to go for crafting ideas. Today it seemed that their stock for Christmas ideas was a bit low and sparse.

Found some amazing products but had difficulty finding somethings due to a smaller selection than normal.

I am very displeasedA with your sale signs. At the head of the isle 60% off of spring/summer flowers. I worked on an arrangement; had it all in place in my hand...etc. i went to pay and it was all the original price. I did not buy them and was very upset. How was I too know that hydrangea are an all season flower... they only bloom in the summer. Very sad.

Fair pricing and a decent amount of promotions and deals. Staff is always pleasant and the lines are usually handles quickly. The online order experience is pretty great too. They accept competitor coupons which is a huge plus. Overall I prefer their store to A.C. Moore, but it depends on your craft of choice which is the more competent store. My wife does polymer clay crafts, and the price point at Michaels in comparison to JoAnn and A.C. Moore is better.

Always have what I need for my latest crafting project. The lines were long today but they have a massive clearance event going on so not surprising. Staff was friendly and worked through the crowd as efficiently as possible.

Amazing products, however some of the staff was rude. i misunderstood how curbside pick up works since the email i received about my order didn’t give too many details and when the staff came up to my car i got nothing but a nasty attitude. i apologized for misunderstanding and she told me to leave until my order was ready. we are all new to this social distancing and curb side pick ups, everyone is stressed, the last thing staff needs to do is be unnecessarily rude.

I love their bead collection. It is so extensive and I think they have actually saved my sanity during covid.

I like Michaels assortment of art supplies, and I had way too much fun in the Halloween section today.Usually they arent my favorite because their beading section rarely has what Im looking for, but overall it is a fun store that sometimes has great sales.
