I am absolutely not happy with the way things turned out. They gave me my car back not even finished, said I’d have to come back to get that part replaced. They had my car for about 5 weeks. They gave me my car back making nasty noises it didn’t make before. They gave me back the car with the air conditioner blowing out almost warm air, which my air conditioning have nothing to do with what they were fixing. I am very displeased with the customer service aspect of it all either. All around terrible experience. I will never go here again, and I hope others won’t get sucked in either. I don’t feel my deductible was worth it to pay but I had to. I really wish I could give negative stars.

Dropped my new Elantra off for a new rim and four wheel alignment and they just cant seem to get it right. They have done excellent work in the past. So I dont know what the problem is now. I do hope this forth time in they will be able to fix it proper.

Took my car into collision center to repair rear fender, bumper, and wheel caused by an accident. Bill was very helpful, professional, and informative. Paint and repairs were perfect. Will use this place over Apple any day; since we have had very poor service and work done by Apple on other cars.

My car was stolen and unfortunately suffered extensive body damage. Steve and his team at the collision center were awesome. Customer service was great. Highly recommend after this horrible incident!

If I could put a negative I would. I will never take my vehicle or refer. DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE HERE. Had to take 2011 Ford F150 in for replacement of tailgate, rear bumper, and rear side panel touched up. (my truck was rear-ended while parked) Was not completed on time said it was part issues however they had 3weeks notice of what needed to be replaced. Then told us the vehicle was done BUT we need you to bring it back after the weekend. Okay so first a time line of 3 days which turned into a week. Wanting paid for work that wasnt even completed. The rear bumper is not lined right. Space on one side of rear light larger on right side. Never did the touch up paint on the side panel. And never added the new compressor arm to lower tailgate. I have a longer list but dont want to waste anymore time in this business.

They were very professional and they surprised me with how they went out of their way to accomodate me. They are nice people to talk to which surprised me. Most places are just concerned with the payment. But Jack Giambalvo was condiderate and that means a lot to me. Thank You Giambalvo cause your work is exceptional.

Professional service. Kept me informed about the repair each day with a text. Bill was very helpful. My front license plate was damaged and they took the time to flatten it and repair as much as they could. I would recommend them.

Had a repair done on a front end collision. The repair was well done, however they had to replace an AC Condenser and ever since, the AC is not working properly. Had it back in, and they said they charged it, that it was low on refrigerant. Same issue. It works for a while, then it stops working. Worked fine before the car was fixed, even with the damage to the condenser.Problem is now, I cant get anyone to return a damned phone call. The Service Adviser is blowing me off. I tried calling and just get the run-around. I wouldnt buy a car there, or get any more work done there. Next call is back to the insurance company.

Utterly deceitful company. I will simplify my experience.They estimated $500 in total; and I agreed this number seemed accurate.Pick up day: Oh we saw an email that showed you got a $1600.25 insurance check directly to your account. Your new bill is $1600.25.Me: How did my estimate triple?Center: What does it matter? We already saw the exact amount confirmed to have been deposited in your account by the at faults insurance.I was in shock, and completely blown away by the blatant dishonesty/thieving happening before my eyes.Please save yourself, and find an honest hard working deserving company to help you.

These place is great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If they make a promise they will keep it. Quoted me a price and stuck to it, even though there ended up being a big mistake that wasnt really their fault. I had to wait an extra few weeks until they could correct it but they stuck to the estimate price even though they had to order another, more expensive part. And then they rewarded my patience and trust with a significant discount. They messed up but they made it right, even though they lost money on the deal. Would highly recommend.

I will never go back.I would not recommend.Do not take your nice car here.Body repair work was fine, actually very well done. The office staff were friendly and easy to work with. So from that stand point, no issues.However I dont believe they take care of you vehicles while in their care.New Chrysler 300 SRT8 in for rear bumper repair. Clearly was taken for a joy ride based on the condition of the vehicle once returned. Very dirty, tire and wheel damage done. Claims manager even point blank said oh yeah, the guys couldnt wait to drive this thing. ... Seriously???They did then repair the damage at no cost at a subsequent visit. However, and I should have known better, on the subsequent visit, the vehicle was driven over 8 miles, and burnt through a quarter tank of gas.The 6.4L V8 can burn that much gas in 8 miles, but you would really have to be hammering it. Clearly another joy ride ...Not how I want my vehicle treated.

Walked in wanted to get a quick estimate on just a bumper repair. I was told I would have to have an appointment....really?? several guys are just sitting around talking amongst themselves like you couldnt send somebody out to take a look at my truck for a few minutess and send me a qoute??? Apple did with no problems!!! Poor way to do business!

Recently had an issue where a tire, rim/wheel detached from the hub (?), lug nuts pushed out, tire wedged up into the wheel well putting pressure onto the fender, quarter panel and door, resulting in some body damage and of course alignment and axle damage. I had the car towed to JGCC, and was connected with Bill Weiss (Sp?) at the collision center. I had originally filed a claim with the company who had installed brand new tires, a few weeks before, but as expected, the claim was denied. I then filed a claim with my insurance company. This ended up being a fairly lengthy process due to the claims issues and every time I reached out to Bill to provide information or when he contacted me with updates, he was nothing but amazing! Very pleasant and excellent customer service! The entire process went smoothly and I was definitely pleased with the service. (☆☆☆☆☆)A few days after I picked the car up, some type of noise developed and seemed to be getting worse, so I called Bill and he directed me to bring the car in because he wanted to ensure, if the concern was caused during the repair process, that it was corrected immediately. During all the chaos, I realized the inspection had expired, and since I was taking it back to JGCC, I asked if it would be possible to have it inspected - I was connected with Ryan Hess, in the service department, who was extremely helpful and said he would take care of the inspection by close of business the following day. As promised, it was ready the next day. (☆☆☆☆☆)When I dropped my car off and was explaining the reasons I was there, the woman I spoke with was rather rude - she answered a phone call, while waiting on me, she put the caller on hold, but then while I was trying to finalize everything, the woman blatantly disregarded what I was saying, picked up the call she had placed on hold and said nothing more to me...I found her actions to be extremely rude and disrespectful! Then, no more than five minutes after I left, the woman called me - I refused to answer her call as had she paid attention to what I was telling her when I was in front of her, there would be no reason for her to call me!! (-☆☆☆)Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at JGCC, but the customer service area needs professional development with how they interact with customers.

Bob (the manager) treated me so rudely I will be contacting Hyuandai Corporate to discuss his behavior. I had to call eight times in a row before he finally took my call, and twice no one answered the phone at all. They were just ignoring me it seemed. When he finally did answer he was extremely rude. He constantly interrupted me while I spoke. Then he told me to stop yelling when he was getting frustrated. I told him I wasnt yelling. I had him on speaker phone, my wife and I were in shock at his attitude. He told me Im old enough to be your dad. Who speaks to a customer like that? This jerk has no idea who I am. I also have no idea what his age had to with anything either. The whole time he spoke to me like I was trash and acted as though hes better than me. I feel sorry for those that have to be around him on a regular basis. I can only imagine how he treats his family and co-workers. I also gave him my opinion concernimg my wrecked car. He told me that I didnt know what I was talking about and he bragged about having 40 years of experience. Too bad he has zero years of customer service experience. He could care less about helping customers, and he made that very clear. Ive never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. I finally just hung up on him and his rudeness. Apparently hes just some miserable loser who likes to take his own lifes misery out on others. I hope I see him when I go about my smashed car I had towed there. He needs to learn to show respect to customers. If I was Hyuandai Id be ashamed of this disgusting person, and if it were up to me hed be fired. There are no excuses for his behavior. I wish I could give zero stars. Please take my advice...save yourself the stress...avoid this place like the plague.
