Best bagels Ive found in PA, the staff is friendly and they have a great variety. They need to update their menu on their website, which does not currently list their bagel flavors. They dont taste like a true NY or NJ bagel, but they are way better than dunkin or other chains.

I have ordered here a total of 3 times. First time was great, second time they forgot a sandwich, 3rd time.. They forgot sausage on a bagel sandwich. After the second time i tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy? Short staffed? I cant be the only one that experiences this from this place. It happens way to frequently.

Stopped in for the first time in a few years, used to work at the shrewsbury location. Forgot how good everything was/is. My personal go-to is a Swiss melt with veggie cc.

We are regular customers so when I say service has gone to the way side I mean it. This morning, not wanting to go home and cook a breakfast or lunch I stopped in to get a sausage and cheese on a toasted plain bagel. I got an egg bagel with cream cheese? They said they did not understand me? So I reordered my original order and got cold sausage and cheese on a cold untoasted bagel, punishment for asking for what I had paid for? Oh thats right, she said she only charged me for what I did not order. Twice they messed up my order. I came home and had to cook anyhow so I did not get sick from the cold sausage.

Just had the spicy Italian on an everything bagel and CRIED. It was so mother-bleepin-good!!!! Fantastic. Love it. I’m coming back and bringing friends!!!

The cherry cheesecake muffins are amazing. The Swiss melt with sausage and cream cheese. Love the quality of the bagels and muffins. We are also fans of the turkey and ham bagel sandwiches. My husband also says the coffee is pretty good.

Was traveling and didn’t want fast food. This was a wonderful find! The everything bagel had a good texture and the lox cream cheese had nice big chunks of lox. Yummy iced coffee. Staff was kind.

I had lived 25 years in the real Big Apple. This shop is very expensive by NYC standards, with so-so bagels, mediocre presentation and inability to follow basic requests.

I loved that things were made directly in shop for the most part i also appreciated the staffs response and friendliness I just wish that some of the food wasnt as hard as a rock, and that the dog biscuits were a bit more tasteful considering my dog took only one bite and didnt like it at all.

I came for all the good reviews, and because I was craving a lox bagel, which I hadnt had in a while. I was hoping to find “my” lunch spot — unfortunately, this just is not it.I started looking at the menu. After the lady rudely told me that she was leaving in a few hours, I rushed to order anyway. I asked if it came with capers, and a gentleman, I’m assuming the manager, replied that many have come in asking for capers, but he just hasn’t picked them up yet. Who on earth doesn’t want capers on a lox bagel? And what business man doesn’t listen to their customers’ consistent requests? 2 bucks a jar at Walmart.Topping it off, my bagel was burned.Just can’t go back.

This place did not live up to expectations, OVERRATED. Bagel had no flavor.. they use precooked bacon and I was sick immediately after eating here. they wanted to charge almost $1 to butter my bacon egg and cheese bagel after it was extremely dry. no thanks

Found this place online and have NOT been disappointed with the 🥯. I realize now this place is a chain, but Ive never heard of it before. The biggest surprise was the assortment of muffins. They seem to really specialize in every type of muffin infusssed with cream cheese, which is pretty good..... If you can get them fresh. My family has been there a few times and the muffins lacked the softness of a freshly baked muffin. So while the muffins are hit or miss, the bagels are a sure bet and you should not leave without one, two, or a bag full.

This is not a busy location. This is a good place for a quick and inexpensive lunch that is actually quite good. We had great lunches and the service was good as well. They have some beautiful art on the walls that is for sale.Stop in and check it out. Clean. Fresh food. Nice people. Two thumbs up.

So have I been coming here now for sometime but this morning makes me wants to rethink coming here all together. The lady who took my older was rude and seemed like she would have rather been some place else. I am sorry but I have been in customer service for several years and the one thing I know that you should always make your customer welcome not like they are bothering you which is what I felt like I was unwelcome....well I did enjoy coming to your place of business every Sunday but I will now search for some place to enjoy and hopefully not be treated so poorly

Food is good when its fresh. Most of the time its not. Ive witnessed on multiple occasions where an employee went to the bathroom and didnt wash their hands before returning to work, handling food.Every time Ive come in, Ive had to wait for the employees to finish their personal conversations before tending to the customer standing at the counter.Personal comment, next time I have to stand there and wait and listen to your personal conversation, Im getting what I need, which most of the time is just a drink, and leaving.

Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese is my go to! If you have not yet been here you are missing out! Dont just think bagels either have a look for yourself.

I am from NYC and have been trying to find good NY and or Jewish Bagels in York county. These bagels are OK but do not compare to NYC bagels or Goldbergs Bagels in Washington DC. Not even close and its sad. The bagels were high priced and a little under baked. We did like the Swiss Cheese Bagels a bit. Also the in store bagel spreads were quite good and reasonably priced. We tried Jalapeno and Cheddar & Bacon Spreads to take home and were very tasty. Basically the bagels needed work. Also the girl at counter mostly stared in our face and i felt i gave her ample opportunity to get involved with us being first time customers but she didnt. That is probably a culture and management problem in this store. We saw three other workers towards back of store who glanced our way that were older but seemed engrossed in their own conversations. What a shame. Typical Pennsylvania behavior unfortunately not realizing the history and importance of a REAL BIG APPLE (NYC) BAGEL. 😢

So... got a sandwich that was not supposed to have cheese and they put cheese on.I did not know it until I got back to my office. I called them and told them and the girl personally apologized and drove out here after her shift ended to give me a new sandwich. This is great customer service...and the new sandwich was DELICIOUS!

First off, service: Cashier was not only rude, but also really impatient (like we were wasting her time, not like its her job or anything to ring us up...) the guy there seemed to be pretty nice (Im assuming hes the manager/owner) but just kind of stood there while the girl was giving us an attitude for no reason.Food: We ordered bagels with 2 eggs each over medium, bacon and cheese... after 10 minutes we finally got our food, with egg patties... patties, we ordered over medium. They dont do any other style... ya think the cashier would have said something about that?! Nope, not her job I guess. The bacon was soggy, I dont even know if it went on the griddle.First and last time we go there.

Love the bagels and sandwiches. For some reason their check out system is horrible and they must walk halfway to the back to run credit cards. Insane in this day and age. Im looking for Android pay and they are walking to run a credit card and need me to sign.... Worth it though...

The selection of bagels and sandwiches and varieties that you get of those is really good at this shop, however, just the store itself is old and dirty and the bathrooms are friend is. The staff are pleasant when I deal with them and I dont really have any problems with the quality of food thats offered there.

I came in on a slow Wednesday morning looking to get a dozen bagles. I simply asked the casheir if a particular bagel had egg in it. I was told they all have egg. When he is making them he uses eggs. I asked for an ingredients list and both the cashier and person in the back just stood there offering zero help. I am quite sure they have bagels that do not contain egg. They are also required to have an ingredient list on hand at all times. So I had to just leave. I see why you are hiring.
