Friendly and helpful employees. I came in as a dad who wanted to help with his daughters Halloween costume and wasn’t quite sure how to accomplish the task, but the employee heard what the desired outcome was and gave very helpful advice on how to put together the costume.

Love this place 🙂 nice greeting when I entered the store. They have reduced the size of the table where you look at patterns. But a nice selection of fabrics.

What a great store! They have more than just fabric, they also sell some really cute home decor and crafting items. They even offer classes to teach you how to sew, decorate cakes, knit, etc for a decent price. And the coupons, so many coupons! I rarely pay full price for anything. I buy snuggle flannel every season to make new throw pillows to match my holiday decor.

More expensive than Michaels everyone saw you can get a good enough discount with their coupons that makes it worth going in there, if youre using fabric of course its a place to go its like theyre specialty is other than that main crafting its not as good equipped as Michaels

I dont have a problem with Joanns. Back in the day they sold various Christmas village pieces. They dropped the price to $7.35 a piece from 25.00. one Christmas I got 7 village pieces. They have so much cool stuff for crafting. Another favorite place.

This is a nice store, its very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of sewing notions and fabrics.I spend time in the beading section and found several lovely strings (discounted!!) of beads for a necklace. I also bought a book on jewelry making at a discount.There is an assortment of beading items, but if you are looking for a huge assortment this is not the place.If you are into fabrics, and sewing I would highly recommend coming here.

Great selection. Only thing I would make better is clearer signage for sale items and clean up the clearance section. Other than that the employees are helpful and friendly.

This store is subpar compared to other Joann fabrics store. They carry basic craft supplies and fabric.I did not feel welcomed at all, and that led me to look around and leave. I decided to purchase at another fabric and craft store with a better atmosphere and way better pricing.Pricing here was very very high. Even their sales items were $2-$3 more then other stores. I will not be returning. Limit selection, lack of customer service and unfavorable customer service as well as prices were my determining factors here.The store is old. Needs restocked very badly. Lowering prices and knowledgeable staff would increase sales here.

Good options and supplies for crafts and decorating! If you need it, half of the store is all different kinds of Fabric. The staff is always kind and helpful and they have some really great sales and coupons on their website/app!

I have never been there

This particular location is extremely lacking compared to other JoAnns stores. Its a very old and outdated store layout and they dont carry the selection that many of the newer stores do. After moving to the area less than a year ago, I dont bother making a stop here to shop for seasonal decor or for my crafting needs after visiting this location about 2-3 times total.

Good prices

This store is addicting. Love all the pretty, fun craft ideas. The fabric is so fun to look and feel and shop for. Ladies helped me to find a deal and to help me male informed decisions when I was trying to make my own cloth diapers and needed materials and sewing advice.

Have to go when the sales are good.

They have a good variety of fabrics and good service. There are always plenty of people to help! Always clean and well-maintained. They have reasonable pricing and usually have sales going for particular products.

I have had very few positive experiences in this store. We are so thankful that Hobby Lobby is now close by. Gone are the days when we had to come here for fabric.

Its fine but... Hobby Lobby is the bomb. Everything is cheaper and they have so much more than Joann. I needed some upols try material but it costs so much then I found the exact same material at hobby lobby and it was 20 dollars less per yard. Just saying it like it is.

No matter what we go in for they either dont have it or the price is way too high. Its very difficult to get help from an employee if you need it. So if you dont know where something is or have a question good luck. They just act like there are no customers in the store. I have full blown sticker shock from the prices. So many better choices around. Two thumbs down for me on this place.

I love this place. If you download the app you get coupons all the time. Ill spend hours in here, easy. Ill also spend a ridiculous amount on fabric because their selection is awesome and I cant stop. Lol

Ive been going to joann fabric . In South York for almost 15 years. Its clean, pretty well organized, nice selection of fabric and craft supplies, good seasonal selection; it could use some more diversity; usually a crumby selection of Chanukah supplies, or less obvious holiday/ cultural fabrics. Thist is not a reflection of this particular location- Joann is a huge chain, and the people who work there have little or no control over what fabric or supplies show up in delivery.Joann has good sales, coupons are always readily available and the wifi works to access the coupons on their app. The cutting table service is very good. The majority of the people working there are proficient and efficient with the measuring and cutting process. Many times whomever is cutting will ask about what Im making, which is something I really like. It makes for a friendly, enjoyable environment.

Very helpful workers, clean store. In and out no hassles, very organized store. Will be back next weekend.

Black Friday shopping. I got most of my purchases 50-70% off. Saved a ton. I had gift cards that paid most of the balance. Paid $7 on$93 worth of stuff.

This whole company has been going downhill for years, but the final nail in the coffin was when they started marketing fabric as cosplay oriented... Whatever the heck that means. Pretty sure costume makers have existed for years and have been making things that didnt require the word cosplay to be put on the label for an additional up charge, and all because McCalls insists on employing negative role models for young adults.Its even worse given the fact that a lot of these fabrics are made even worse than the fabrics that were essentially the same (some even with the same exact prints) from a few years before. The bridal selection has been getting hit for years, with Fabrics like poly shantung and dupioni going out the window, and even the stretch satins are a pale comparison of what they used to be. Everything feels more like cardboard now, especially all of the Yaya Han brocades. Seriously, this is the lowest quality line of fabric I have ever seen sold in a store including WalMart, and this is after years of playing with tissue lame.

Wife has too much FUN HERE...She always findswhat she needs.... Her projects are stiching beautifull...

Out of alot of Fall stuff, most of the stuff was for Holloween. Disappointing this trip but theyre mostly a really nice place to shop.

Sometimes when its really busy and you have to wait awhile the staff Ive encountered have been apologetic and very pleasant. Love this place and love mostly the discounts on my app!

Some great stuff but some of staff need attitude adjustment. Been dismissed ignored n talked to rudely so far. Waited 10 for someone to help me get some fabric. They walked past me n looked other way. Store wasnt busy to be ignored. Also to get the coupons u have to download an app n when u do that u get bombarded w bs several times a wk. I only go once in a while now cuz dont need to give them my hard earned money to be treated like dog poo. Too bad cuz have stuff i want.

Ive been here a few times and find the employees not very friendly but went on Sunday and no one was at checkout. I waited a few minutes then went to look for someone. I turned the corner and lady was walking towards me. She never said a word. She walked to a station other then the one I had my stuff at. Still not a word! So I moved down to where she was. She rang my purchases and said heres your receipt Seriously ? Worst customer service EVER! I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go either! Would give a zero rating but wouldnt let me!

I hate this store. Very poor selection and messy store. The associates are so rude. They dont greet you when you walk into the store. They seem irritated when you ask them a question like youre interrupting something. And they dont offer you help when youre clearly looking for something. I hate going into this store because I feel unwelcomes but I was trying to waste time while waiting for my prescription across the street. Bad experience.

Im a regular customer, get the flyers, always used my phone for coupons, and now because of app not recognizing my password I had the line backed up and finally said forget it. Very annoying. I guess I have to keep my paper coupons in my pocket at all times! So much for spontaneous buying
