From the first time I contacted M&P Amusement it has always been a pleasure working with them. They are quick to respond to emails, very knowledgeable and you can tell they take pride in their work. I ordered two Hydro Thunder games as this was my favorite game growing up; I wanted to share the experience with my daughter while she was visiting. The team at M&P amusement worked tirelessly to help get this done and out to me while she was still her...you should have seen her face light up. The quality of the job far exceeded what I expected of machines made in 1999 to be...Im pretty sure these look better than the ones I used to play on back in the early 2000s...not to mention the new LCD screens they put in. Absolutely fantastic job and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Ive purchased 5 different games from M&P over the last few years. They are great to deal with, provide excellent communication, and are always there to help with any questions after the sale.My latest purchase was 2 larger video games and a sit-down driving game. The staff from M&P that came to deliver and set up the games were super careful, friendly, efficient and they treated the games (and my home) as carefully as if it were their own.

Fantastic experience! Super professional. I purchased a refurbished machine and you can see the hard work that was put in. Repainted, parts replaced, and super clean. I have dealt with other refurbished machines and this was the best one that I have received when it comes to operation and aesthetic of the machine. Also, it did not go unnoticed of how helpful and friendly Gene and Jay were. I forget the other mechanics name ***SORRY*** but they were all fantastic. We had a slight bump in the road with the card reader but they did not allow me to leave the facility until it was fixed and in less than 20 minutes they figured it out and was good to go. Emailed them a couple days later about installation of additional parts on the machine that I wanted installed and promptly responded with DETAILED explanation of how to install myself. Will be coming back to do business for any and probably all my further needs in the gaming industry and I am from NYC. That should speak volumes on its own. Thanks fellas! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Communication was great during the build process, delivery was on schedule, and also included installation and startup. This is a great addition to our game room and M&P did a great job! We wanted to add an arcade grade skee ball machine to our rec room. MP& Amusement was a hit from a Google search, and Im so glad that I contacted this company. From the first inquiry I made through M&Ps website to keeping me updated throughout the process, Gene and Sherrie provided excellent customer service. They always provided prompt responses to all of my questions. The restoration was beautiful, and Johns outstanding custom colors design matches our pool table and complements the rec room perfectly. Philip and Taylor provided outstanding delivery and installation service, and gave me a great orientation to assembly, maintenance, and trouble shooting. The Ice Ball Alley Roller will provide my family with hours of fun for many years to come. Top notch team who provided a great quality product at a great price! We would definitely use M&P again.

The Holy Grail of Pinball machines was delivered yesterday and I couldnt be more pleased. The machine was beautifully restored and at a very fair price. Gene and Sherrie were both very helpful with the purchase and delivery. The guys who delivered it were very professional. They managed to squeeze it through some tight spaces, never doubting they could get it in. I would love to do business with these folks again, I just need to find some room.

Gene and his team were amazing. Made arrangements for me to pick up my skee ball machine on a day they were not normally open. It was raining and they had wrapped everything in additional shrink wrap to make sure no water got to the boxes!I would recommend them to anyone

I purchased a refurbished alley roller skeeball machine from M&P amusements, and it was a fantastic experience from the start to end. Gene, the owner, was in touch with me after I sent an inquiry about how much a refurbished machine would cost and how the logistics of shipping and delivery would work. I sent him some pictures of the delivery location and logistical route through the house and he confirmed it would not be a problem.After placing my deposit with Gene, I waited a couple months while he refurbished a machine to like new condition. He kept me updated weekly (sometimes daily) through the entire process via e-mail.Finally, a week before delivery Gene called me with a problem. My machine was accidentally shipped to someone else!!! however he advised that he was quickly refurbishing another machine for me so I wouldnt miss my delivery date.Delivery was seamless and the men were incredibly respectful of the house. This was a very large machine and a very complicated delivery, but the delivery men handled it all incredibly well. They set up the machine and explained every aspect of how it works.Going above and beyond, Gene called me after and advised that the machine I got did not have his standard refurbished scoring area, because of the rush to make my machine. The next week his team came back out to me just to swap the scoring area! What a great experience from start to end!

Highly recommend working with M&P Amusement if you are looking to purchase a game system. I recently ordered a refurbished full-size Skee-Ball unit for our home, and I could not have been happier with the entire process from start to finish. Gene and Sherrie were extremely responsive via email, informative, professional, and organized. I ordered the game in July and they projected 8-10 weeks until delivery, and it was ready to go ahead of schedule in early August. They delivered it on the exact date that I wanted and the delivery team was very careful with bringing the game inside, setting it up, cleaning it, and then ensuring it functioned properly prior to leaving. The unit itself is in excellent condition and looks brand-new. It was very refreshing to work with a company with such excellent customer service and attention to detail. Nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience, and if we need any more games in the future we will definitely go through this company.

I have worked with m and p amusement twice. I bought used arcades for rental cabins. Both experiences were excellent. Arcades were beautiful and I have had no issues with them. The arcades were delivered by their staff to the cabins and were set up on site. The staff was very professional and gave great instructions how to operate the machines. I am a very satisfied customer.

I purchased about $15,000 worth of games and could not be happier. I visited the showroom before I bought 5 games and the place is a real working restoration game facility. I bought a restored skeet ball unit off the floor in mid restoration and it came out awesome! The pinball game I purchased (Terminator 2) had some issues with ball loss and lights which were serviced this within days. Also, I had a brand new arcade legends game lose power and it was a simple reset switch in the cabinet. All items work great under heavy use. Two techs came to my house and were excellent on the repairs and showed me tips on how to remedy any future issues.Jay in the tech department (who was there on delivery to go over all the games) is top notch. He can help you through a diagnosis over email and actually helped me fix an issue (not quality related) through email, which is nice to have documentation for any future issues. Gene and Sherrie were great during the sales experience as well as the service.I saw the negative reviews before I bought, but once I saw things for myself personally and worked with M&P, I would give them 6 stars if I could.As a note to all, and a person who grew up in the 80s playing these machines, it is best to go into this purchase knowing that there will be issues. My favorite games at the local bowling alley ALWAYS seemed to have issues back in the day. If you are patient, knowledgeable and work with M&P service, you should be able to resolve any issues. Actually, you will probably learn more about the games inner workings than you had ever planned and I believe that is a good thing!

Over priced games 3 times what you can buy it from anyone else. Poor workmanship on repairs. Lied to me about adjusting something that didnt function correctly because they didnt want to fix it. I Had to fix things they damaged due to their carelessness and sloppy work. I would not recommend purchasing from M & P amusements, they are not trustworthy or honest. Beware!
