Good luck ever reaching out to the shop via phone. And dont get me started on responses to emails. Called 5 times the other day, just for the phone to ring and ring. You cant leave a voice-mail because their mailbox is full. Personally called the store owner to explain i couldnt pick up my dress at the time originally stated. Crickets. This shop must not want any business. Had a friend try to pick up the dress and they nearly had the cops called on them? Even though I tried everything in my power to contact them to change the time? This boutique is a joke and they have terrible service all around and try to use Covid as an excuse for it.

Went in today to find my wedding dress and we were greeted by Beth! She was super helpful from the beginning and listened to everything I was looking for! The first dress she pulled, was the one I decided to say yes too! Even though I tried on more, it was too stunning to pass up! Im so in love and cant wait for my big day!!!

Our experience with John and Beth could not have been more perfect! We went to a few shops before Renaissance, but none of them had as beautiful of a selection of wedding dresses as they did! I showed John a few pictures of some dresses I liked at previous shops and he immediately knew what to pull. The first dress I tried on was the one! We tried on a few more, all of which were beautiful, but came back to the first dress. John was so knowledgeable and made the whole process just perfect! Thank you guys for everything💕

A couple of days late but I wanted to review anyway. I had been to over 6 wedding dress shops before my appointment with Renaissance. The reason for this is because I didnt want something that was bland or found easily at any given bridal shop. Im so happy that Renaissance was able to deliver that show stopping dress for me. John was the best with assisting and talking me through my clouded thoughts for my dress on my big day. Not to mention the overall atmosphere was beautiful and really delivered on that Renaissance theme! I have been watching the video of me in my wedding dress everyday since I SAID YES TO THE DRESS and I cant wait to stop the show in it. Now that I think about it even my dress gives that beautiful elegant Renaissance ball feel. Super happy!

I have been to renaissance bridal 3 time now (prom, bridesmaid, and wedding dress). I have always had a great experience which is why I keep going back! During my bridal appointment, I had a pleasure of having Jon! Jon was very easy going, easy to work with and talk to. Made the appointment very comfortable and stress free. He focused on the details of what I liked and and didnt like to help me find the perfect dress! I highly recommend going to see Jon and going to renaissance bridal to go dress shopping!

I absolutely loved my experience at Renaissance Bridals!!!Jon Smith made my experience much more fun!I loved how personable the appointment was and the individual attention I got from the staff! I was dreading shopping for the dress and John made it fun and exciting!!! And I said yes to the dress!!!

When we arrived at the door we called and the lady opened the door and she was immediately rude. She did not say hello and instead had a rbf and said “you need a mask I said that in the email”. She did not ask nicely for us to put a mask on and instead acted as if we were bad people for not standing there with a mask on. We went in and looked at the small dress selection for homecoming dresses. There were not many left and she told us we could not get the same dress style if someone in our school already had that style. She acted like the dresses there were so good that we were not able to buy them. We chose a few dresses and tried them on and all the ones we said we didn’t like, she said that those were the best for us when we straight up told her we didn’t like them. She kept giving us dresses we did not like and did not fit. She said “oh you can get alterations” which cost and extra $500. My friend had her mask underneath her nose and the lady was so snappy and rude to her and said “put it up!!!” My friend felt super awkward as well as the rest of us and uncomfortable. She then started paying attention to other people who came in and when she came back she said “which did you choose?” And put us on the spot instead of helping us decide. We both said we didn’t like the options she gave us and said they were out of our price range. And she asked what our price range was and we said under $200. After that she stared us up and down and said “we usually don’t let people who would pay under $200 try on these dresses”. She continued to make rude comments like “who buys a homecoming dress for less than $200” she made us feel uncomfortable and it was embarrassing too because she judged us like we were poor. The $500 dresses we tried on we not very good quality and we’re almost like you could buy them at the mall or kohl’s. After that she rushed us out of the building so fast so that she wouldn’t have to deal with us anymore. Would not recommend if you were buying any type of dress. We found better quality and cheaper dress on lulus.

Even though I was looking for something a bit out of the ordinary- he picked up very quickly on what I was going for. Jon is AMAZING! The shop is GORGEOUS! I found the dress of my dreams, I felt like it came right off my vision Pinterest board, I didn’t even know it existed! Jon called me ahead of time for a consultation which was such an awesome touch and had dresses hand picked out for me upon arrival. He was so helpful and made sure my feelings were respected and that I felt confident and beautiful through the entire process. The first one he pulled was IT but I still tried on many beautiful dresses to confirm my feelings, the whole experience was truly incredible. Thank you to Jon and this beautiful shop for existing! Renaissance did a great job at helping me find a dress and exceeded my expectations! Once I found my perfect wedding gown they were able to get change a few things and fine details to make it exactly what I wanted! For example I had buttons added to the back of the dress and had the sheer sides filled in. I worked with John and Beth, they were both always very easy to get ahold of and pleasant to work with. I would not change a thing about my wedding dress shopping experience and would highly recommend Renaissance Bridals to any bride and bridal party!

John was a pleasure to work with. After speaking with him he knew exactly what my style was and pulled amazing wedding dresses for me to try. We had an amazing experience at Renaissance Bridal. My consultant, Jon, listened to what I was looking for and was incredibly patient and helpful in every aspect. After going to a couple salons in Lancaster, it was very clear to me that he knew what he was talking about and looking out for my best interest. It can be overwhelming but we had a great time at our appointment and every dress he brought out was just as lovely as the last. I felt no pressure and was able to sleep on it and text him two days later to commit to my perfect dress. Id definitely recommend Renaissance to any bride. Thanks!!

Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. the guy was very unpleasant too. dresses were extremely overpriced. they clearly wanted us to leave when we were deciding on a dress and rudely rushed us into a decision. would not recommend

I purchased my prom dress from this shop, and my cousin purchased her wedding dress from this shop. This was the only bridal salon that I REALLY wanted to try dresses on at, and I live over an hour away. I called to make an appointment and was told Im only allowed two guests and got some attitude. My mother called after to see if we could work something out, and Beth yelled at her, excuse me, we are in a pandemic!!. I understand rules to keep people safe, but I have not talked to another bridal shop with this low of a guest count. I will be taking my business and four guests elsewhere. I will never recommend this place again after how my mother and I were treated over the phone by Beth! Brides already have to deal with enough stress, and these tears were not necessary. Beth is also one of the owners, so dont go here if you want to be treated poorly!!!

Came here with a Bride and the owner is so kind! She opened on a Holiday morning so we could pick up a dress. The dress is beautiful and well made! The owner even provided recommended seamstress close to the brides area.

I am not a dress person, at all. I went in looking for my wedding dress just to see what might look good on me and Jon put me in my dress almost right away. I couldn’t believe he was able to find the perfect dress for someone who hates dresses. He was so kind, made me smile, laugh, and he eased my mind. I had dreams about getting this dress!!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Renaissance Bridals. First, Jon is extremely professional and really knows what he is doing. He called me in advance before my actual visit to get an understanding of what Im interested in so that he could already have some dresses lined up for me for when I arrived. I would never recommend this place to anyone but especially any plus size brides. The dress I got from them was absolutely beautiful but the service I received was horrible. It made the dress shopping experience something I wish I never went through. My favorite example is when they kept thinking my bridesmaid was the bride and said “oh wow really” when I corrected them. When I went in for my pickup, they were so quick to dismiss me and even brought in a bride with her family into my room as I was getting changed. I felt so disrespected and humiliated several times. I searched for weeks for a different location that sold my dress but they were the only ones who had it. Yes, great selection but horrible to those who aren’t perfect.

After driving an hour and a half to shop for a prom dress for my niece, we were greeted by probably one of the rudest sales people (come to find out in other reviews, the owner) I have come across. Due to a misunderstanding on our part, we were 15 minutes late for our appointment, but we fully understood that time would be deducted off of our appointment. But then, (I should mention there were four of us in the group) after the first 2 of us walked in, she looked at the 2nd 2 and said, “Um, so do you have an appointment as well??” We told her no, we were all together, and she said, “oh no, only 2 people allowed, it says it right on our website”, in fact it does NOT say that on the website, but nice try, and I’m sure they’ll quickly add it. So, I volunteered to go wait outside even though we drove an HOUR AND A HALF to get there... but before I even got to the door she said, “And you WERE 15 minutes late, you could have at least called!” *I wish I could portray the tone of this woman🙄*. We said, “Well, we thought our appointment was 11:15, not 11:30... so we didn’t think we were late!” We told her, don’t even worry about it, we’ll take our business elsewhere.... she proceeded to yell out the door, “YOU WERE LATE! MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHECK YOUR EMAIL!” Ohhh lady, you should have let it go! “I turned and yelled back, maybe you should check your reviews!” I’m sorry, you just can’t treat people that way... working in a small business myself, turning people away is the LAST thing you should do. I’m not surprised at all, that most of the negative reviews specifically mention Beth.After our not so lovely encounter, we got in the car, called David’s Bridal, they were happy to fit us in for an appointment right away, they were EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Beth, maybe you could learn something from them💁‍♀️

First off, Jon is the best. And I mean that in the most sincere way. As soon as I walked in the door, I immediately felt like he really wanted to make my appointment THE MOST personal, joyful and beautiful experience.But with being in such a stressful time and not being able to run business as usual due to the virus, he somehow turned that into an incredibly positive experience! He was able to sit down with me one-on-one to really understand what I was looking for so he could help me find exactly what I had envisioned (and more). The fact that we got to be the only bridal party there at the time made it such a relaxing and easy-going experience! It also felt really safe, because they are very careful with masks adorned, and keeping everything very sanitary. You can absolutely tell that they care deeply for their customers.The most impressive part, is that I could tell he really cared and was giving me his undivided attention, because the very first dress he pulled was the dress that made me say YES!Im one of the most indecisive people. He wasnt pushy, and made sure that I was coming to my own conclusions about what I liked with each dress. He asked me questions per our consultation and let me come to my own conclusions about what I wanted. I had struggled at an appointment at another bridal salon for not knowing what I wanted, but here, he helped to make it the most enjoyable and easy experience.Lastly, the building is absolutely gorgeous. Fiancé had an appointment for Saturday the 22nd. Due to a scheduling mix-up Renaissance thought it was scheduled for the 21st (but did not have her name on the schedule for Friday either), and when my finance showed up she was told that because of this mix-up sue would not be able to look around. This was fine, however the shop manager was extremely rude and refused to accept any responsibility for the confusion. The mix-up was understandable and a result of both parties not communicating, but the flat refusal to admit any wrong-doing and aggressively blaming a client for the shop’s mistake meant we were glad not to do business with Renaissance. Being nasty to cover your mistake doesn’t make you right, just petty.

Very nice place and full of beautiful dress at a great price. These are just a few dresses I was looking at for my daughter sweet 16. Weddinf dresses here are amazing wish I would have gotten mine here.

Worked with Jon on Friday and he was absolutely fabulous! He listened to what I liked and didn’t about each dress, and pulled dresses that fit my needs and style. I would recommend Renaissance Bridal to any future bride! You will be so happy with the experience and selections!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jon at Renaissance Bridals. I bought my prom dress at Renaissance back in 2014 and just knew I HAD to be a Renaissance bride too. Renaissance took precautions due to COVID and made sure that it was a safe environment for everyone. It was clean and welcoming. The whole store was reserved for me and my family members during our appointment, which was wonderful. I had somewhat of an idea what I was looking for going into my appointment, but I was willing to try anything just in case I changed my mind! At my first appointment, I thought I had found a perfect dress but decided I needed to sleep on it and try again at another appointment. Jon literally got me and my family members in the next day, and I found my perfect dress at that second appointment. Jon was so gracious and understanding and took the time to make sure I was a happy bride. I am so thrilled to be a Renaissance bride and could not recommend their store more!

This place is the best. I got my senior prom dress here in 2017, it was Jovani and it made me look like i was on the red carpet! i’m now engaged and i went to look at wedding dresses!!! John worked tirelessly to find me that perfect dress, and boy did he! he was so personable, honest, and helpful. if you want to find that perfect dress, look no further!

I would highly recommend Renaissance to any bride to be! I had the privilege of working with Jon. My mom and sister came along. We called when we were there, he met us at the door with a mask on, took our temps, and took us to a room that we had entirely to ourselves. He had a number of dresses pulled and ready to go. He completely listened to what I wanted, but also pulled a few “wild card” dresses. Let me tell you, I had no idea that I was going to fall in love with a dress that was pretty much the exact opposite of everything I thought I wanted! I felt like Jon knew me better than I knew myself!! I bought the sample size, which they sold at a slightly discounted price. I was so nervous about going through one of the biggest experiences of my life during a pandemic, but it was actually nice having less people along for the appointment and Renaissance handled everything wonderfully. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Jon!!!

My mother and I had an amazing experience here today at my Bridal appointment with Jon. We called when we got there and he met us at the door with our masks on. The store is taking safety precautions and you can tell they are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting constantly. When we got there, Jon had already pulled some dresses for me based on a call a couple days prior where he got to know the styles I was looking for. He helped ease any of my nerves and I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic can be a little bit crazy. Lots of unknowns. But Jon helped my mother and I feel that stress disappear and just focus on finding the perfect dress for my most special day. And I found my perfect dress in my budget! Thank you Jon!!

Wish I could leave them less than a 1 star. Beth is SO unprofessional. Emailing back and forth with her was a horrendous experience trying to schedule bridal appointments. After FINALLY getting an appointment, I was rudely met at the salon by a consultant. I described the dress style I was looking for (I had been to another salon already, so I knew what I liked). She kept pulling all these different dresses that I clearly stated I DIDN’T want. She got annoyed and said “why don’t you just go out and look for your own dress since clearly what I am picking out isn’t what you want.” I found a dress I liked and wanted to schedule another appointment for family to see it. I was told if I scheduled as the last appointment of the day, I could have as many family come as I wanted (COVID rules). When emailing Beth to set up this appointment, she told me I could only have a max of 3 guests. I was SO disappointed with them so I started scheduling bridal appointments elsewhere, disregarding this salon. Between the time of this appointment and the newly scheduled one, I found a dress elsewhere. I will NEVER go back to Renaissance Bridal and would absolutely never recommend it to anyone else who wants to have a good bridal experience. Worst salon I visited by far! Don’t waste your time.

If I could give them more stars I would.When my fiancé and I got engaged in July we were so excited but we quickly realized that planning our wedding would look totally different that we could ever imagine… Much like so many big events this year that everyone has postponed from weddings, big vacations and holiday celebrations. We were looking forward to having our friends and family around us during the entire planning process.Renaissance Bridal and Prom made my dress shopping experience so special by making us feel safe and locking out all of the problems of the world (even just for 2 hours). Upon entering the store we had our temperatures taken and were provided hand sanitizer to ensure that the store remains a clean area. Jon (one of the store’s owners) helped me feel like the beautiful bride, finding the styles of dress that fit my body and wants best. Additionally, he made me, my mother and grandmother feel right at home in our one-on-one appointment. My dress shopping experience was better than I could even ask for even without being in an international pandemic. Since my family and I were the only clients in the building were the primary focus having the opportunity to try any dress that we wanted and having Jon’s undivided attention.I would always recommend Renaissance Bridal and Prom!

My daughter and I visited the boutique yesterday. This place is very beautiful and elegant inside. Our stylist Courtney was amazing. They have a huge selection of beautiful gowns in different styles and colors. I would definitely recommend this boutique.

He did a fabulous job from calling me before my appt to get to know me, temperature checks & Covid procedures prior to entering the building, and picking stunning dresses to try on. Jon and my mom even sparked a conversation up about living/growing up on a farm. Very personable. I highly recommend checking out Renaissance Bridals for all your wedding needs!

Before arriving at Renaissance, I had no idea what I was looking for and had absolutely no intentions on finding “the dress”. Abbie was so helpful in finding dresses that fit my vision, was within my budget, and made me comfortable. She did amazing making this experience less stressful. I was also very thankful for the other consultants who also made this an enjoyable experience. To my surprise I absolutely fell in love with a dress that was everything I ever wanted, and at a great price way under my budget! I will definitely go back to look for my bridesmaids! Renaissance has so many beautiful gowns with a variety of styles to choose from! I had bridal appointments at two other stores – neither had a selection quite like Renaissance. My consultant, Abbie, was so kind and patient (I had an entourage of six people!). She made me feel comfortable, not to mention she also had great advice. Once I selected my dress, she helped me make decisions on the accessories, which was very much appreciated. I am so excited to have found my perfect dress, and I will highly recommend Renaissance to other brides!

Gabe, Kendall and Gabby were the most amazing ladies to work with! They made the dress experience fun for three ladies. Their input and experience far surpassed what I ever imagined what I would find in a dress shop. They kept my girls in age appropriate prom choices and who knew a black wedding dress would actually be so sophisticated??!!Kudos to Renaissance Bridal for having such an amazing staff and beautiful shop. We will be returning for another afternoon to settle on choices of dresses.

This place is awful. I was informed my dress would come in about 7 months and then I could pay my balance once it arrived. It came in one month and then they forced me to pay for it during COVID when i was told it wouldn’t have to be paid for awhile. The owner is extremely rude and doesn’t care about your feelings at all. She was 2 1/2 hours late delivering my dress during the pandemic. I was worried something had happened to it and she never called me to let me know she was late. I will never shop here again.

This place is like a dream come true. I went to different stores all over PA near and far. They have the best selection very elegant dresses very different. I went here through covid-19 and it was very clean. I had the shop all to myself he had gloves and a mask checked my temp and sanatized. Thank you for being so professional through these hard times! This is the 3rd time we have been there. Every-time the service has been beyond exceptional. My daughter has gotten a beautiful homecoming dress and today found the perfect prom dress. They are true professional with such a personal touch. It is so worth the long drive. They treated my daughter such patience and kindness. Again I just cant say enough about our experience there.

After having a literal experience from down under at another bridal store, my maid of honor recommended Renaissance Bridal. I was down and had zero ambition anymore to look for “the dress” after what had happened to me. I called and made an appointment, the owner answered and was VERY easy to talk to - I have him some of my back story and the time crunch I was in since the other place failed me. I met Abbie, and let me tell you, she is a heaven bridal gown ANGEL! Completely blew me away, made me happy and excited again about dresses for my wedding and finding “the one.” She picked styles that I didn’t think I would like and ending up liking them to which I had to choose which one! She was my absolute life saver, WEDDING saver at that! This boutique is phenomenal! I highly recommend to go there for ANY occasion! The owner, John(sp?), sat in on some of my appointment- he’s amazing as well! This place has SAVED my wedding. Please go and ask for Abbie, I PROMISE, you WONT BE disappointed! They will find you whatever you like/want! Speechless!

These people will gladly take your money during a pandemic, but will not do anything to make it right. My daughter bought a $600 dress and will never be able to wear it since proms for 2020 have been cancelled. The dress was never out of the bag and we bought it like a week before everything happened. Basically their response was sorry about your luck and screw you since we already have your money. It was a brand new dress and they could have easily sold it again. I will never go back here and would not refer anyone to go here. Obviously they dont care about their bad reviews since they dont make any comment.

We discovered Renaissance Bridal today shopping for a homecoming dress and we will never go anywhere else! This store is beautiful, the gowns to die for, and the staff...absolutely the best! The owner is in a league of his own with his hospitality and care for each and every guest that walks through the door! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Renaissance Bridal! I LOVED THEM SO MUCH!!! I went today to find the perfect prom dress and the owner was very friendly and made me and my parents feel so welcomed and when we went down stairs on the lower floor for the prom dresses they had a nice selection of dresses and they were aligned by sizes and it was nice because there no sad faces when I saw the sizes in my section! When I went to my section there were a group of nice and friendly girls waiting to help and two lovely ladies ( I wish I remembered their names!) greeted me with a smile asking what I was looking for and I showed them a picture of the dress that I wanted my dress to be similar to and one was on target with this lovely dress she picked out that had the same shape and design and I didn’t have to pick any dress cuz none topped that one so I left with a smile on my face with the dress she picked out! I will for sure be coming here more often for dresses for other occasions! Thank you so much to the girl who hit it right on target with the dress!!!

My experience was amazing!! I came into this appointment with a dress to beat and Bree rose to the occasion. She blew that dress out of the water with every pick! She did an amazing job of grabbing gowns that suited my preferences and helped me pick the one for me. She was great with my family and the whole process. For anyone whos looking for that flashy show stopping gown, this is the place. Their dresses are full of drama and glitz, I was in love with almost every gown I tried on.

I cannot express how awesome the whole experience was. I had been to try on dresses At 3 other places prior to my visit to Renaissance Bridal and even tried to order dresses off line. I was honestly starting to feel a little hopeless about trying to find a dress. I am having a destination wedding and thought, I just want something lightweight and simple so why not try online retailers or even prom dresses. Total fail each time the dresses would arrive at my door. From beginning to end this was by far the best experience I had. I had the opportunity to try on wedding dresses at this shop. I was nervous that my experience would be less than perfect due to COVID, but I was very wrong. Jon contacted me before my appointment, and assured me that COVID couldnt take this special time for me. I was surprised how much I loved the intimacy of my appointment. Jon gave his full attention to my party, there was no running back and forth to other clients. After meeting me, he choose a dress that I fell in love with and offered another appointment for the rest of my party to see me in it. Like an expert, he choose a beautiful vail and hair piece that brought the look together. Jon made our appointment fun and meaningful. Im so thankful for him and the lovely shop. If you want the perfect dress and an incredible shopping experience… LOOK NO FURTHER! My crew and I had an amazing time at Renaissance Bridals, and created special memories that will last a lifetime! If you are not only looking for the perfect dress (which I promise you will find here as they have a huge collection), but that memorable and sentimental experience, this is the bridal shop for you! I went to three other shops before going to Renaissance, and not one of them had what I was looking for. Dont get me wrong, I tried on a lot of beautiful dresses along the way, but I felt like each shop either did not understand what I was looking for, or did not have the types of dresses I was seeking. Needless to say, I was discouraged and losing hope. I had quite the opposite experience at Renaissance. I sent over a couple of pictures and descriptions of what I liked before my scheduled appointment, and the only place to look at them before my arrival was Renaissance. In fact, Julia already had a bunch of dresses pulled based on what I sent to her, so she did not waste time! I felt like a VIP! Upon our arrival, they offered us mimosas, and created a very relaxing yet exciting environment to try on the dresses. Julia was amazing! It is so obvious she really has a passion for what she does… and is great at it! Within the first 3 dresses, I had 3 dresses I could have walked out with and been happy! She took her time and put me in each of those 3 dresses multiple times! I never felt rushed or pressured! She truly cared more about you feeling amazing in what you were wearing on the big day and less about making a sale. It was clear they wanted me to know that it was the perfect dress for me! Not to mention they stayed well within my budget. I said “yes” to the dress, and am so blessed to have done so at such a great place with such great people! I would recommend to any bride, bridesmaid or mother!

Very nice people. Even tho I didnt buy a dress from them we called in and they were very nice and answered all the questions we had. Answered if they had prom dresses, if there were some around 200. We got there and they were welcoming and polite. Asked if I wanted a ball gown or fitted dress and they took me to what I want. Showed me where all the sizes were and let me look through them. They helped pick out dresses they thought looked good on me. Very nice place 10 out of 10 recommend

From the moment my family and I stepped into Renaissance Bridals it felt like everything was taken care of! We were greeted by store owner, John, welcoming us! Once I checked in at the counter my stylist, Abbie, welcomed us into a private dressing room with seats for your guests, an area to try on dresses, and a large all around mirror! She sat with us and got a feel for what I wanted in my dress. She offered us mimosas or water while she was pulling a few dresses to get us started.Now it was time to get going and try on the gowns!! I put the first one on and walked out to see my familys reactions and finally saw it for myself. WOW, it was stunning! Abbie went to get a belt to add and John brought in a veil for me, so I could get the total look. WOW again!! We all were in love, but it was the first one I put on, but definitely a front runner! After trying on a few, nothing was comparing to that first dress! Once we tried on the other gowns I put the first dress back on and I knew that was MY dress!! The whole look was so prefect and I was doing the bridal wiggle as Abbie called it!I just want to thank Abbie & John for making this experience so memorable and allowing me to find the dress of my dreams!

I had an appointment with Julia yesterday afternoon. She was fantastic. She made it so much more than trying on gowns - she made it a wonderful experience for my soon to be mother in-law, my aunt, and myself. She was personable, honest, and funny! She helped me find the perfect gown and I couldnt be happier.

Probably the best selection of wedding gowns in the Lancaster/York area. I worked with Julia to get my gown--she was amazing! She was very helpful with understanding what I was looking for--even when I wasnt sure myself--and presented a beautiful array of options within my price range. I actually started my wedding gown search at Renaissance first, then went to about 10 other wedding gown shops which along the way I changed my mind on the style that I wanted, and then finally went back to Renaissance, where I had the best customer service and selection to finally find my gown, which I love!

Julia was absolutely a joy to work with. She gave me her undivided attention and helped me to feel comfortable taking my time looking at many different styles. We had a private room full of all the gowns in my size range. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Julia at Renaissance Bridal as your very 1st stop on the hunt for your dream gown.

I was so happy my daughter chose to go here. We had Abbie and she was patient and so helpful. She picked all the right dresses for my daughter. We ended up truly loving 3 very beautiful dresses. I was amazed by the prices. Dont let the name fool you. The prices are within the budget. I can not wait to see my daughter on her wedding day wearing one of these dresses. What a beautiful salon with wonderful staff! I had been to 3 other places looking for my wedding dress and didnt fall in love with anything. I fell in love with a dress at Renaissance though and bought it! I had Julia as a consultant, and she was excellent. She asked me what I liked and didnt like, and she went and pulled quite a few dresses for me to try on (I didnt go shopping on my own). Then she helped me get in them. She was not pushy, and it didnt seem like there was a time limit on my appointment. Julia didnt ask for my budget, so be sure to make that clear to your consultant there. The dresses are expensive, but I think youre getting high quality. I imagine my experience at Renaissance was like the Kleinfeld experience on TV!

I drove over an hour to get to the shop and it was so worth it! I loved my bridal experience. Mindi was unbelievably helpful and communicative with myself and my family. The whole place is beautiful, like out of a movie, and they care about how you feel in your dress. They made me feel so special I cant recommend them enough!

We came to Renaissance today with very high hopes of finding that special dress for my daughters senior prom. Very disappointed with our visit. We were matched up with a girl who was very little help to my daughter. Instead of bringing back more styles for my daughter to try, she just stood there and hung up dresses she tried on. Did not even try to help my daughter find some other styles she may have liked. All the other helpers would be bringing back other styles for the girls they were working with and actually took an interest. Not our girl. After 30 minutes we left frustrated. I will NEVER waste an hour drive to this place again:(

I had an exceptional experience finding my dream wedding dress at Renaissance Bridal. All of the staff made me and my guests feel extremely welcome! The shop is beautiful, and Abbie was able to pick out a variety of dresses that meet your expectations. I ordered my dress about 1 month ago and it already arrived, because it did not take the 6-9 anticipated months, they were very willing to work with me to figure out a simple payment option! I also received a personalized letter from my Abbie, which solidified by exceptional experience thus far at Renaissance Bridal. I am so glad that I chose to purchase my dress here, as the other boutiques I visited did not come close to the experience and expertise!

Excellent service! Unparalleled selection of prom dresses!My daughter purchased her dress yesterday. We drove a hour from Westminster to Renaissance bridal in York Pa.When we arrived, we were welcomed and given a stylist to help with our selections.They were busy, as this was a Saturday. But we never felt rushed.My daughter tried on many gowns and styles. All were beautiful, huge selection. We purchased a gown, unique and stunning.If you are looking for a Prom shopping experience, this is your place.Thank you to the owner and staff!

Great place! I was initially leery about coming here. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Happy to say my daughter found a dress and they never made her feel like she was a pain...they genuinely wanted her to feel good abs love the dress that she chose.

I made an appointment with Renaissance Bridal during a wedding showcase purely because the girls seemed really nice and because they spoke about how they select each dress individually to add to the store. It shows! They have beautiful dresses. When I came into my appointment I didnt think I would be purchasing, but thanks to the attentiveness of the owner who truly listened to me, I found a beautiful gown that I am so excited to wear on my wedding day. All of the interactions I have had while there have been positive as well- everyone is so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Amazing experience! My sister fell in love with a dress here, but didn’t want to say yes to the dress without me seeing it first. We called at the last minute and asked to stop by and see the dress since I was in town. The staff at Renaissance Bridal was extremely friendly and accommodating. John, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Cant say enough about the wonderful staff and great dress selection!

Really nice place.. super cool old historical building!! Huge selection. Comfortable separate rooms for mothers of the groom. Julia was very sweet and was very helpful to me. I would definitely recommend this being your One Stop Shop for your wedding attire.

Hannah made my experience at renaissance bridals very memorable. I walk in the door and first thing I see is her bright smile and already asking me if i needed help. My daughter and I had only had 6 weeks until her boyfriends Prom. We are from Maryland. We started in Maryland and ended here at Renaissance Bridal & Prom in York, PA. In 3 weeks we visited 12 stores. In all 12 stores we found a maybe dress as a fall back in Westminster, Maryland. Then we came to Renaissance and found 3 dresses that we had a hard time choosing from!!! This place is amazing! The staff was super helpful without being pushy, the selection is the best! Honestly, I wish we had just come here first. We couldve saved so much time and energy.

I cant say enough about the wonderful experience my daughter and I had today at Renaissance!! The shop had an abundance of beautiful prom dresses in a variety of colors and styles. The customer service and individual attention given to my daughter and her friend made us feel welcomed and valued. The two original young assistants remained with us the entire time helping to advise, zip, unzip, and rehang dresses. They never tired from finding and carrying numerous dress selections. Katie also joined the two assistants and helped to open our eyes to new style possibilities that our daughters would never have picked on their own. The friendly owner, John, introduced himself and circulated around his store frequently offering advice and ensuring we were receiving the best service. We simply had a delightful afternoon. I only wish the price of the dresses was not a factor, otherwise we would have purchased several! We look forward to returning to this unique and friendly bridal and prom store again!! Very helpful!!! I spent over two hours trying on dresses and the young lady helping us was very patient. She spent the whole time us, made wonderful suggestions, and pulled a lot of dresses for me to try on. They also zipped and unzipped every dress for me and hung all the dresses up for me making it a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone including my mom who otherwise would have had this job. The shop is very beautiful, and the owner even reminded us to check the meter, so we did not get a parking ticket.
