I went in about 2 weeks ago to find the perfect supplies for the most magical Unicorn party ever for my 7 yr old and the ladies working were so very helpful from the front cashiers to the persons filling balloons. Very sweet, professional. Will definitely be shopping there again.

I came in with balloons I had ordered elsewhere to be inflated. Every employee was sympathetic and helpful to my balloons being faulty and I was not charged for the ordeal. However, the lone male employee present, when one popped stated well theres 8 now and laughed about it. I was browsing at the back of the store and heard him. He also was half inflating them so they had to be redone which is when he popped them. Very unprofessional.

They have the best selection of balloons and specialty balloons.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for here and customer service was full of life and so bubbly, sure looks like a fun store to work in

I had ordered curbside pickup on an item and payed already for it. All I had to do was come pick it up. The item I wanted was no where close to me and the closest place was this Party City. So I had to drive an hour to get there. When I went to pick it up a few days later, they had already sold my item to someone else even though I arrived there when it was still being held for me. One of the women I spoke to about the situation was also very rude.

If you need party supplies....this is definitely a party store. No atmosphere to speak of, it feels a little dark and chaotically laid out (I have found this to be the case in the Phoenix locations as well), but they have a lot of variety...And their balloons are definitely superior to the dollar store. Definitely thicker and less likely to pop with slight overinflation.

The employees were great and very helpful and attentive which is rare for a big chain store. The one employee was an older teenage boy and I was just shocked by his politeness and customer service. There is always so many themes and colors to pick from for any type of party are having.

Nice selection. The helium balloon prices are pretty steep in my opinion. The big problem we had was that our balloon order was finished almost a full hour after the scheduled time. My husband said there seemed to be a problem which set them back and a lot of angry customers. So, I cant be that upset. They were really nice to my husband and ended up giving him extra balloons for his wait, which was nice.

I ordered a balloon for pick up tonight and thought they closed at 9pm. Turns out they closed at 830. I called and talked to a very nice manager and i told him that i was on my way and i would be there in 5 minutes. He told me that they would have someone there. They were and the girl, Angie, was wonderful and very polite! Great experience and amazing customer service!!

The young lady named Ariel is TERRIFIC! Shes personable, outgoing, nice! I would recommend this Party City just because of her! The store itself was neat, clean and organized.

I thought I could save by going elsewhere, I was wrong. Next time, Im just going straight to party city. Instead of going to Walmart plus the dollar store plus the card store, Ill just go to party city. Turns out their prices were better then I thought they would be. Plus the staff was helpful and got my balloon order made on the spot!

I bought a guest book for my wedding . I decided to return it as it was not used and we decided on a different one. so less than a month later I tried to return it still in the package never used but I didnt have my receipt so they would not take it back. not even give store credit so basically I will never buy any thing from them again now that I know there return policy.its stupid and they really need to rethink there business model if they want to keep customers.

The manager, Kerry, went above and beyond to help make my son’s bday special. After buying a piñata, we discovered it was broken so I brought it back to exchange it, and they only had one more of the one my son wanted and it was dented pretty badly. Kerry refunded half my money, and when I got home, the new piñata didn’t have the hole for me to put the candy in. Anyway, it was a hassle running back and forth to the store, but Kerry made it right. Thank you, Kerry!!

Didnt have what I needed in stock even though their website stated there were 2 in store. Talked to a cashier who said they just got a truck in today and were putting inventory out. I came back the next day only to find they still didnt have it and when I talked to someone stocking shelves I was told Maybe someone stole them. Next closest location is an hour away. Needless to say I chalked the whole thing up as a loss and went home.

Was promised they would have balloons for playoff team which is a local team and in a week they didnt even order any pathetic management.

I was disappointed because a place like this should have the characters the kids are into. I understand they put kids movies out one after another but when I can find Trolls items at Walmart or Target but a store designated to birthdays thats just sad. The staff is not very helpful either and they could use an attitude adjustment.

No workers asking to give any assistance to customers, alot of other customers ask about a product and the only answer they were given is oh just go online and you can buy it there. Everyone who works at this location seems disconnected and dont want to talk to anyone. The plus side is that this location is clean and well orgaized, nothing strewed about or on the floor so there is no tripping hazards.
