Bought a 200 dollar marine battery used it maybe a dozen times it swelled up like a ballon and they said it was my fault and didnt honor the warranty. This was about the 10th battery i have bought there and will definitely be the last!! Dont buy here FALSE WARRANTY AND RUDE ASSOCIATES

In the past we have had our cracked screens fixed here and they are always quick and do a good job so when my son broke his headphone off in the audio jack of his laptop I stopped in to see if they could do anything to help. They quickly pulled it out and did not charge me anything!!! I so appreciated their kindness and highly recomend their services.

I highly recommend this store for any phone repair. I went in and got my screen and battery replaced in my phone, it took them about 30 minutes to do. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to what an Apple store quoted me. Apple told me it would cost at least $400 for just my screen to be fixed. I got out of the door at Batteries Plus for half of that, plus a battery replacement and a new case and a screen protector. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend this store to any of my friends or family that need help with a phone repair. Keep up the good work!!

Poor experience. Dont waste your time or money. Bought car battery and it failed. Had to get the car towed and replaced the battery again. Batteries plus bulbs will not honor Warrenty. Never buy there again and will not recommend to anyone. I will spend my money with the professionals and not here. Should be called Battery plus excuses!

Disappointed. Went in with my key fob opened up and showed the employee what new battery i needed. Got charged $12 because he put it in instead of just a couple bucks for the battery. Seems dishonest

If i could i would give them a -50 rating..just because their reciepts say warranty does not mean that they will warrant it..i bought 4 wheeler battery in dec...it says one year full warranty..it was dead by april..with less then 2 hours riding time..they would not warrant it..bad bad customer service and complete a--holes about it !

I love shopping here, the customer service is always excellent. The guys are always so friendly, polite, and courteous. Only trouble is I rarely need to go because my batteries last a good long time! Today one of the guys even tried to drill a badly stripped screw out for us instead of insisting on a whole new fob.

I made an appointment online beforehand. The staff was friendly and easy to work with! They were training a new member and I appreciated their patience with him and watching him learn. My phone screen repair was done in 45 min (as they projected), and my phone was good as new. They even put on a new screen protector that I bought elsewhere. Much appreciated!

The two gentlemen working this day, Sunday March 8, 2020 were more than helpful, 2 steps ahead of me through the entire sales process and extremely efficient. During the very short time it took the one staff member to change my battery, the other took the time to explain not only the battery I just purchased online, but also gave me an overview of the store and what part this particular store takes in the community business to include the for departments. Disappointed that even after calling to verify when we could come in that they wouldnt replace the phone screen we put a claim on and wanted to charge me $150 to do it.

I later came in for the repair only to find out that my screen was not cracked. Barton the store representative showed me that it was only a crack in my screen protector. I wanted to place this review as a warning to those who replace their I phone batteries. 6 months ago they replaced my battery with this store. Everything seemed great. Three days ago I started having issues with keeping my phone charged. It would basically die within an hour of being completely charged. I called today to find out I was 3 days past the 6 month guarantee. Here is the worse part. I decided to take my phone to the Apple Store. They told me they could not replace my battery because the metal clips that held the battery had been broken off, and the battery had been GLUED in the phone. Apple wouldn’t even touch my phone. I ended up having to buy a new phone. It would had only been a $50 cost with Apple to replace a battery. I learned an expensive lesson.

Absolutely outstanding. Best prices by far, and the staff at the York store were awesome. I arrived late (due to the dead battery) - but they made sure I got taken care of and safely able to be on my way before declaring the job done. Previously this store had excellent customer service, I had accumulated 8 or10 watches that needed new batteries, manager was kind enough to give me a break on pricing, I paid $50 instead of $80 or $90. Tried the same today with 8 watches & I was actually laughed at by the idiot behind the counter when I asked for the same treatment!! After I even said what great customer service I had before, that I had to come back again. He then informed that the helpful person was probably fired for giving me that good service! REALLY? Had battery replaced in an iPhone 6S. The staff was very friendly. When I called to inquire, Ms. Laughman told me to schedule online to get a $10 coupon. When I arrived, she offered to put a new screen shield on the phone which was reasonably priced. She got the job done in 1/2 hour. Its like a got a new phone for a lot less than buying a new one!

Online ordering was easy. Picked up at the store quickly. The battery terminals for my motorcycle did not match up to the tapped hole positions on the new battery. It came with cheesy spacer washers, but that would only lead to more corrosion surfaces and loose connections. I had to bend the one tab on each cable terminal so it would fit. Otherwise, I think it will work fine.

On my email receipt it says We look forward to performing your free battery installation that you requested when you come to the store. Great, except that the clerk at the store told me that I had to schedule an installation. I told him that the website said installation was included, and he said again that I had to schedule it.
