When u make a purchase & tell the person taking ur order that u want ur fruit wrapped up plus u want it placed in a bag. Then when it is sent it doesnt have a bag! U never purchase something without receiving a bag! Y not?

I was super nervous about ordering the other day. It was raining and I read on line that everything needed to be kept refrigerated. I had originally planned to order strawberries for my dads birthday and have them sent to his house. But then I read more and saw that you delivered to businesses. It said on line that if the recipient wasn’t available they would leave them at the front office and instruct the receptionist to refrigerate immediately. My father called to thank me for the gift but regrettably told me they were not kept refrigerated. His receptionist was never told to refrigerate the box and my 50$ gift was ruined. Thank you so much to whomever delivered the gift. I will not be purchasing from this location in the future.

Due to the circumstances of the pandemic, I love that the staff is still going to work every day. I know someone who works here and I have been told how insanely busy they are. Their arrangements are always so beautiful and even though they are overpriced; it was crazy to find out how much work truly goes into making them. This will be where I order gifts from now on!

Last 2 times I ordered from them, they forgot cards, stuffed animals and balloons. This wouldnt be a big deal...if they weren’t overpriced and about a third of my bill. Going back to Sherry’s Berries, at least they include everything they charge you for.

First time ordering an edible arrangement. Looked great poor quality! Fruit was not ripe and very hard with no taste. Honey dew was hard as a rock, strawberries look fine but again no taste. Cantaloupe was also tasteless. Pineapple was the only item that could be enjoyed. For $103... go out and put your fruit together yourself. Allow the cantaloupe to ripen on the counter with the honey dew for a fraction of the cost. Dont know how they stay in business. This was a gift... I felt like a fool.

Had a great experience with Edible Arrangements! The staff is always so helpful and friendly; the fruit delicious and fresh; and most importantly, the strawberries taste like strawberries!! SO GOOD! Definitely will be back!

This was my first time ordering online and it was very easy. I paid through my Paypal to be safe and got an email of payment. I waited all day yesterday and this morning with no email from Edible Arrangements. I thought I would get a friendly email with a status at least, so I knew when it was going to be delivered. So I called the company just to double check and a very sweet girl answered and helped me out. She was right on it which I appreciate and reassured me that is was in transit. I like this company but I think it is time to upgrade the system so that customers are aware of their order and the status all times. Such as where, when and if it was successfully delivered.

They should let you know whats their cut off time instead of taking your payment then get a phone call telling u they cant deliver. Not good at all

A gift delivery was to be made to our home. Delivery person delivered to the wrong address, left the pkg on the porch and by the time the elderly person got to the door the driver had taken off in a hurry. Thankfully the person who had wrongly received the gift, took the time to put it in their car and deliver it to our home...135 vs 45 street number. As a result of this unacceptable customer service we will not select your establishment to make some gift purchases as we had planned to do to thank several people who have helped us during a medical sitiation.

I went in today last minute to buy my sister an arrangement for her birthday. They didnt have much left, as it was the end of the day. When I mentioned to the gentleman that my sister was a vegan and wont eat anything that has chocolate he went to the back and made me what was left of the fresh fruit. It was excellent customer service and I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day to be delivered in Jacobus even though we were in California we could order the arrangement and it was delivered on time. It was delivered on a Sunday holiday. Our mother said it was delicious and beautiful!! Thank you for taking such good care of our mother.

Horrible don’t do delivery they straight up lied to my mother on her birthday about her not being home and then they came back cause they got called out

I stopped into the East York store this Morning to buy My best friend a Birthday arrangement...the girl at the front desk was very rude to me...I had to pick one out of a limited variety of Mothers day items even though I told her it was for a Birthday. She was even rude about the delivery. My husband buys arrangements for me on every Holiday...with service like I received today maybe our Money would be better spent elsewhere!!!

Current manager highly unprofessional!! Said arrangements were delivered and signed for and fiancé said otherwise. Manager told us to check with neighbors to see if they have it!! Umm we shouldn’t have to,that wasn’t address on slip!! An not sure how much I’d enjoy food that was deliver elsewhere and ask for it back..high unsatisfied,,save the money and order elsewhere!!!! Long story short,asked neighbors if they had it,they said no,so apparently driver forged signature and left between door!!!! Manager should be demoted!!

The customer service was horrible.I placed an order over the phone over a week in advance to Valentines Day. It was to be delivered to an Elementary school, however they had no notes of this. I spoke to 3 employees and yet it was somehow my fault that they had no notes stating it was going to a school or a business. The product was not delivered. Absolute waste of time and money.

Fiancée had to wait 30 mins after her work closed for what was supposed to be a surprise for Valentines day. I ordered in advance and selected a school. They said itd be there by 3pm and it didnt arrive till 3:30 pm. It was also 41 degrees and somehow the chocolate was melted...will not use again

All if the arrangements are beautiful and unique. It is however too pricey for my taste.

Placed an order online to be delivered the next day..But it was a no go due to an accident that totaled their company vehicle..Decided to give them a try despite the horrible rating they have..First and last time that I’ll make an arrangement with this specific store..No money taken off or apologetic gesture..Smh..Unhappy customer because the arrangement is for someone’s birthday and now they won’t receive it on their special day..Save your money and pick a company that have four or more stars!!!
