I have been calling the store since they have opened at 12pm I now one is answering. I went into the store on August 14th to get two pair of sneakers. They didn’t have the sizes I wanted so I asked to can it be ordered and sent to the the store he said yes it will be going on two weeks and no one has called me to let me know me order has came in!! I called the store 10x since 12pm that it has opened and no one wants to answer the phone.

Got both my girls some Jordan.

Worst employees I’ve ever met, especially the females....not even sure why the come to work...they stare at you like your not good enough to be in their store....might wanna think about replacing the dead weight...will never buy footlocker product if this is the quality of employee y’all look for just sayin....

Best customer service experience Ive had in a long time! Super friendly and helpful staff (a woman greeted us and started helping, then a male completed our order).Went in to exchange sneakers purchased online for a larger size. Asked for 11.5 in place of the 10.5 wed ordered. She got a pair of 11s they had in another color just to be sure. They fit perfectly! Saved us from having to make a second exchange. They didnt have size 11 of the desired color in stock, so they quickly put in an order to have them shipped to my house. Would have cost $3 for shipping, but he informed me that if I signed up for their free VIP card, it would cost me nothing. Extremely quick and painless transaction.

Although the place was clean I was disappointed to learn that they no longer do the 4 t-shirts for $25
