Best printing place in Pennsylvania for artists. Professional, fair and honest. I use them to do all my art reproductions and I drive all the way from Pittsburgh to do it! Worth the drive and every penny I spend there. Im not a big account for them but they make me feel like I am evertime Im there. I highly reccomend using them.
Great quality and low prices than Staples
I had to laminate a stack of papers last minute, and they provided prompt and friendly service. The gentleman helping me communicated the various options and ensured I understood the differences in result from all options.
Always very pleased with locally owned and operated Nefra
Last minute, my company needed 1800 color pages printed for a sales conference . I called Staples and they told me it would be 800 dollars for what I needed. I called over to NEFRA and they gave me a quote for half that price. I was able to get my print job done in less than 45 minutes and ready for pick up that same day . THANK YOU so much.
Excellent staff and print shop. I have been a customer of Nefra for many years. Recently I needed to refresh my business cards and envelopes. I discussed my printing needs with Brian. He understood exactly what I wanted. Their graphic designer, Todd Miller, made several options for me to choose from. I personally went to the office to finalize the one I wanted. The result is absolutely fantastic.Another time we worked with graphic artist, Chrissy Wehrle. She has a keen understanding of our company needs and she has the patients to see our projects through to completion. Overall the staff at Nefra is professional and very easy to work with. Great local company. It is a pleasure to work with the entire staff and management.I love the gallery look of the store. They bring innovative ideas for graphics and printing to York. Fun place to browse.Thank you very much for excellent printing services.
Pulled up in front of NeFra this evening not realizing that they closed at 5:00pm, it was 5:01pm. Gentlemen came to the door, unlocked it and asked how he could help. I told him I had an easy job for him, he took my info and said he would call tomorrow when its ready. That, my friends, is what we call customer service.
Nefra is a multi-faceted, high tech printing andgraphic design center on the East End of York, Pa.The owners and staff are not only highly competent and proficient in producing a high quality product, they are helpful and friendly, often going the extra mile for customers. I use them on a regular basis for copying, and assisting me in formatting, binding, and even sending out complex document packages for me. I recommend them highly.
Friendly staff always very helpful. Great products with fast turn around.
So I stopped here to get an email printed down for an appointment I had that day. The lady behind the counter was knowledgable about the price and that was it. As I told her what I needed she barked that cost $5 for just one page. I said okay well I need it so I am good with having you print it down.I never had to have an email printed down for me before. I usually do that at home myself. But that was not an option that day as I was one the road and needed it now.I needed a little help forwarding a file I had downloaded to Nefra do that they could print it. She was no help. She actually looked like I was chewing up her personal time. Needless to say I got it figured out and sent it to Nefra. There was also one other viable employee and he was copying stuff. My point is no one there really helps. They do printing, copying, faxing, make banners, signs and the like. Inside they sell trinkets like pens, jewelry, Nick Nacks for your home. Looks like add on sales stuff.End story got the email I needed, payed the lady $5 and off I went. She did not offer a receipt, did not say thank you, have a good day, get hit by a bus.. Just looked at me, disgustedly .I will not be going back here. I dont care that it cost $5. I do care that they made me feel like a bother, they were not knowledgeable about forwarding and printing or didnt want to help. And to be barked at that is $5, and looked at like I couldnt pay it was uncomfortable . Not everyone that enters an establishment comes in a suit, I came in shorts and was treated like scum. When the man behind me bought a pen for $3 but wore dress pants and a tie and she feel all over him. This place was weird, the lady was snotty, and unwilling to be of assistance. I would never go back here again. In fairness this is the 3 time I have visited this establishment in 2018. And this makes the third time I was treated very similar so... It was time to review!
Had a strange experience. Been a customer for years, then asked to re-print a precious to me photo that came out with blemishes and discolorations, but my request was denied. After emailing and calling, received zero communication from the company. They definitely dont like dealing with complaints from customers, would not business with them again.===After reading a response from the company below, I wanted to add that the only reason the price was an issue is because they never gave me a quote - just went ahead with the job before letting me know. And frankly, the price wouldnt have been an issue if they had provided a quality copy of a photograph. There were no blemishes in the original. I eventually took the photo to Fast Signs, who did a fabulous job.
Personal, friendly and helpful service as well as high-quality print work.
