Needed some help getting old oil out of my house. Nobody local was willing to help and the tank had started to leak. I contacted them asking for help and they were willing to come out of their service area and hook me up. They were polite, professional and I couldnt have asked for better service. The cost was 100% fair and perfect. Great Company!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Long story... two years ago I prepaid for my oil; I had a full tank, thought I was moving, and didnt want buy more oil then needed so I went with Edris, prepaid for 300 gallons, two deliveries, all was good. Fast forward to a year later; didnt move after all, need a full seasons worth of oil and automatic delivery. I called the Operations Manager who helped me last time, explained that I wasnt moving, need a season worth, etc. I filled out two forms, one contract for the oil, that clearly stated I needed/wanted automatic delivery, and a credit app that stated that I HAD to have automatic delivery. So this week I noticed my tank getting pretty low, I called, Amanda told me that I wasnt on automatic delivery, I explained that this is what I requested. She said well its not what my system says, Ok fine but its what I asked for. I explained the above scenario she says, how was she supposed to know what was going on in my life, I moved, didnt move, I was flabbergasted. She was very very rude, treated me as if I was at fault. I explained to the company what I needed and filled out forms explaining what I needed, and THEY REQUIRED, but its my fault that she doesnt know. So I decided to go elsewhere for my oil, but have to wait a few days before they can come out. So here I sit without heating oil. I have a pregnant wife and 4 year old daughter, and its 0 degrees outside. I emailed the person I initially dealt with pointed out the mistake, told him how I was treated rudely and his response was...sorry it didnt work out... how will you pay your balance. Not sorry how can we corerct this... is your family OK. Jason Flohr and Amanda.. you are rude, inconsiderate people. I hope no one else utilizes your business.
