The owner blocked the emergency exit, which is through his property, to his neighbors. This emergency exit is the only way his neighbors have access if they need to leave their homes or if emergency vehicles can access their homes if the other entrance to their properties is blocked which happens very often. Keystone Electronics has no consideration for their neighbors!!! Shame on them!!!
