Great product and embroidery! Never had issues with any product. If there was I was informed and they corrected it before I even stopped to pickup the order.

I have ordered jackets, shirts and hats from Rob and Mom yearly for the last 10 years. He has always provided quality materials and timely service at a great price.

I got the name from a family friend when I had asked where to take my lab coat to be embroidered, saying her daughter has used embroidered image in the past. Though I was told it may take a little while that they had a large order dropped off for christmas, they could do it. I called 2 weeks ago and it was still not done, but they said it will be worked on that week. Its been 2 more weeks and I just called explaining that it had been 42 days and that Id like to come get my item. The woman who took the calls response was WHATEVER.... I said maam I wasnt being rude I just simply need my item, my business has been open for a month now. Totally unprofessional and clearly unorganized if I couldnt have been given a time frame. Maybe if they have such large orders they need to be staffed properly.
