I just purchased a beautiful bedroom set from Golden Woods Furniture. Tianna and Tyrone were awesome from start to finish. They delivered and assembled all 5 pieces, and even called to check on me to make sure everything was working out fine.

Bought furniture in Dec of 2019, I still dont have that furniture and the company stopped responding. Its been two years and they wont refund my money either, even after agreeing to do so. They instead sent me substitute furniture, which is no where near the quality of what I actually purchased.

I was browsing for a particular loveseat, came across Golden Woods Furniture and I am so glad I did. Not only was the sofa loveseat a very affordable price, the customer service was on point and professional. Ty delivered my sofa same day as purchase and handled my furniture with care and experience as if it were his own and was very professional. I will be recommending their business and keep them in mind when shopping for future purchases.... awesome job thanks again everyone!

I wanted to come back and do an updated review. Although things started off rough, I must say Ty is a man of his word. When he said you are a valued customer he meant it. And he made me believe it. He truly went above and beyond exemplary customer service to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I wont mention how because I dont want everyone thinking theyll receive the same services but he definitely made my issue his issue and handled it with the utmost priority and care. I am so grateful. Ive never had a business go as far as Goldenwoods Furniture did to make this experience as pleasant as they could for me and I am so grateful. Thank you guys for everything!

Ive been waiting for furniture I ordered 6 weeks ago. All theyve been doing is giving me the runaround. Initially I was told it would take up to 3wks which I had no issue with. Now Theyve given me around 4 different delivery dates and each one comes and still my furniture is nowhere to be found. The finance company had to stop my payments because I was paying for furniture I still havent even seen. Customer service is a joke! I literally am wondering have I just been scammed. Id never recommend this place. This is literally the worst customer service experience Ive ever had

Awesome customer service. My wife and I bought a mattress this past week and it was delivered 2 days later. So after one night we felt the mattress we bought was to soft. So I called them the next day and they brought me a new firmer mattress the very next day. All I had to do each time was watch them. They did all the work. They were respectful and quick. I will be supporting this company forever. My wife and I are very happy with out new mattress and it was simply a great experience.

Professional and friendly company! They opened their doors to us during off hours so I could come in and look at a sectional I saw online. They delivered it to my house the next week. I would recommend Golden Woods Furniture to anyone looking for great quality furniture at a reasonable price!

Very disappointed no communication here. I found them on offer up spk/w a sales women asked for a full size bed she stated can place half the money down and will be ready Saturday morning. Once that Saturday came called in to see if this bed was ready bed was never picked up. I then requested a supervisor she stated will call me back in about 10 mins never got that call. Waited the next day of business Monday I called in manager seemed he didn’t care but that bed will be there the next Saturday he then called me Thursday to tell me the full size is not available I am so upset communication sucks here even with managers. I then canceled my order and had to wait for my money back smh. Would not recommend this place.

Got a beautiful queen bed set and frame from them, Very soft and very clean . Not only did they help bring it in to my second floor apartment But they also helped me BUILT it while they were there . Great place . Recommend to everyone !
