We absolutely love our pond!! The staff goes out on nice days and sits on the porch and listens to the wonderful sound of the waterfalls. We are in the process of trying to figure out the planting of the area around the waterfalls to enhance its beauty. I love the fact that the wildlife have found the pond and in the mornings or late evening. Weve spotted deer drinking from the pond. What a relaxing place the front porch will be for the cancer families coming for their stay at the Haven.We were amazed at the speed and the efficiency of the gentlemen who installed the pond. Matt and his crews are amazingly artistic. Our pond and stream installation was completed in a timely manner, with mastery and quality. Splash Supply constructed our pond about 6 years ago. Love my pond! We contract with them for a spring clean-out annually which gives the pond a great restart for the season. We buy multiple plants from Splash Supply to keep the pond environment natural and the fish happy. On a few occasions we have needed service and Mark & his team are very responsive.

Splash has been assisting us with our spring and fall pond maintenance for years. The staff has always been professional and responsive to any and all inquiries we have. This year we added a Boulder bubbling fountain and love it. Our pond and fountain area is our happy place and we get many, many compliments. We will continue to rely on Splash for all our pond needs.

Weve been working with Splash for more than 10 years. Theyve built us a large pond, a 70 foot stream, one of the largest labyrinths in the world, and a spectacular waterfall. They are extremely creative and have outstanding workers. Cant say enough about them! Great to work with!

The Splash crew was out in May to clean the small pond on the property I purchased last year. It was very dirty. Only 2 fish survived the winter. The crew of two worked so hard to clean the pond as they even commented on how dirty it was. They left it sparkling and since that time, I have added more fish and am maintaining it per their instruction. Its amazing how strong the waterfall is now since they replaced a part in the skimmer.I hope to have them out to help me winterize and plan to schedule a pond cleaning yearly. This place is awesome! No pressure sales. Very informative. Lots of options for backyard water features and they also sell plants and have some goldfish and koi! Would highly recommend stopping here to get some ideas as well as have them steer you in the right direction. I saw a sign out front stating they are celebrating 30 years in business. She (Becky) did inform me that the turtles were not for sale. I could not help to take some snaps of them.They have areas of indoor and outdoor browsing. Very relaxed environment!

My kids love when its time make a Splash Supply run for pond items. The dozens of demonstration ponds and water features are living proof that the natural approach to healthy and beautiful ponds advocated here works. Great advice can be had here for the beginner and veteran alike. Beautiful pond side plants and classy stone and metal lawn decorations as well.

Splash recently did a clean out of our pond. I can’t express enough the great job they did. Our waterfall area needed some work which the rebuilt for us as well. They did an amazing job.

My husband and I have been caring for our own pond for a while and thought we would finally make the investment to have professionals help us out! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR POND. We had a mix of koi and gold fish of all sizes and ages before our service with Splash Supply. The day after the service, every single fish had died. All of our fish, dead (I would say about 40 fish, again all different sizes). If you dont want your fish to die, DO NOT USE SPLASH SUPPLY. We tried talking with Mark about any possible resolution or refund, as this service was a large financial investment, and he had nothing to offer and took ZERO responsibility for what had happened. He claimed our pond was in poor condition. Which is exactly why we hired them to help!!?? Also, the fish were obviously alive before they came out to service our pond, then they ALL died the day after. Mark somehow did not see the coincidence. I am truly disgusted with the lack of professionalism of this company after a clear mistake had been made.

There are many things that can be said about this place but amazing should definitely be one of the top words. I have been a happy and loyal customer for probably 8-9 years now, and even now, I’m so thankful for Becky and her whole team at Splash, I had my pump malfunction and was worried as to what my choices were. They took the time to spend a few minutes figuring out a way to make my older pump fittings work, even though it’s no longer available. It’s the little things like this that separate them from the competition. Regardless of how big or small your project is, their experience, expertise and knowledge mixed with great customer service will leave u with a great experience as well. Thanks for being a great local business!!!

They are there to help everyone no matter your need, they cover everything from DIY to full installation service. If you are considering a water feature of any size or shape do yourself a favor and visit Splash for ideas and all your supplies. Absolutely great people here and as huge bonus they always give back to our community by gathering food for the food banks. You simply dont get this kind of service from a big box store or online, they support everything they sell 125 percent! No matter your need they will be there for you and make sure you have what you are after. 10 stars in my book!

This year was the first time I attended one of Splashs seminars. It was a very enjoyable and helpful experience. Mark took the time to answer all of my questions. I was given much needed advise to correct the problems I am having with my natural pond. You cant help but feel relaxed while enjoying the outdoor ponds and gardens and watching the beautiful fish. Even if you dont have a pond of your own you should just come and enjoy the ones at Splash, they really are beautiful.

So far, an excellent experience. Mark spent quite a bit of time educating me about ponds and proper care. Then, met his wife Becky who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt assured that I was making a good choice with Splash Supply Company. The team came in and installed a beautiful pond in 4 days. Kudos to the installation crew! The staff was more than willing to take dedicated time to talk to us about our pond. We had little knowledge about how to fix our pond and we were in good hands. Although the prices are a little higher than online, the knowledge you get is worth a few extra dollars.

Splash put our pond and waterfall in 10 years ago days before my nieces wedding in our backyard. It was an amazing day and it transformed the area into an oasis. My niece was so surprised when she arrived from Ohio as she had no idea what we were doing. It’s hard to imagine not hearing the waterfall and watching the fish is so therapeutic. Great experience and results with these guys! I started with Jack, who tried to solve my issue, when he couldnt, he sent me to Mark. Mark contacted me within a day, listened to my issues and asked me to send a picture. Very shortly he called with a great solution. I figured it would take weeks to get the work scheduled, but was thrilled when they were able do it in a few days. The guys arrived when they said they would, completed the job and left everything cleaned up. They even reset the stones around my water feature. Splash has cleaned my pond in the past and cleaned out a clogged pump on my water feature. I have always been very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work and highly recommend them.
