Dont even waste your time... please....Bought 200 in parts for my build. Ordered more parts they told me it would be 2 to 4 weeks. Its been 4 months... went to get my money back since I couldnt use the parts they did have... only to find out they dont do returns... even tho the receipt clearly states that they do.... dont waste your time or money please..

Went here for the first time today and was completely blown away by the selection. The people I felt with was super friendly. I have been to rc hobby shops all over the state of Pennsylvania and this one is hands down the best.

I drove 3 hours one way to get here. Trains and RC cars are my hobby and this was the place to find it all. Picked up some used train goodies that are right next to the new items so its almost like a garage sale in some ways. And the prices are very good. There are a couple of large train layouts in different scales . They have about 60 percent trains and 40% RC cars and 10% RC planes. There are three race tracks one outdoor in the parking lot one upstairs indoors and another woman ground-level off the parking lot that is a rock crawling obstacle course very cool. Wheres the trip from anywhere

Great place, its an hour plus of a ride but well worth it the new crawler course outside is sweet.

Super helpful. We werent sure what the boys wanted and they got three styles lined up for us and went through each of them. Each boy got what they want but Ill have to wait to get my crawler.

Great hobby store. They have a great selection and plenty of OEM and aftermarket parts. Great crawler course outside and the rates are easy to pay. $8 per person for the whole day to use any of the three areas that they had. If you within a couple hours I would go at least once.

One of the few real hobby shops you can actually visit! I loved it but wished they had MORE plastic models! Consider putting out an add BUYING un-used kits from people and re-selling them at a profit - you would be amazed at the people this would bring in! Overall great service, limited selection of plastic models, and good selection of paints. Very happy with my visit.

Very cool hobby shop, has most of the things you are looking for, I only gave it 4 stars because their model rocket inventory is limited, other than that if you are into RC cars plans and boats this place has it.

If you need a hobby shop that carries trains, models, or RC cars...this is your place. Friendly helpful staff and a large supply of probably anything you are looking for. Plus you can probably catch someone playing on the outdoor course.

Love this hobby shop, the people know their trade and are very helpful, plus their prices are better than online on some items and that is hard to find these days. They are well stocked and have lots of different hobby items to choose from remote control cars to race tracks and trains. Come stand see for yourself, you won’t be sorry.

Went with friends for crawling competition. Staff was helpful, offering tips for peoples next run or what to do with the rig. Nice corse. Shop looked like it could be more inviting as the lighting was very dim. Overall, good experience and will come to crawl again.

Great store to find all your hobby train needs. Large selection of HO track,trains and scenery. Friendly and helpful staff. They even have a corner with kids train set to keep them busy while you shop.

Semi impressive. This shop has all kinds of awesome stuff, for that, its a five star review. However, I ordered an item there to the first time a week ago, and chose Two-day Air shipping. But still havent seen my item. Kind of a bummer to have spent $20 on shipping

This place is a wonderful RC Hobby Shop. I love there service here and the established community seems nice. I would advise against buying used from their shop. Which leads to my only complaint was that they sold me a used Maxx that had a broken servo without informing me of such and charging pretty much full price.**UPDATE** Ive just seen they are not requiring masks in store. I am sorry to lower the rating for this, but please, wear a mask.

Only 1 out of five employees can assist you. Waited for employee for 20 min only for him to walk away. None of the other employees knew the products let alone assist a customer. Store was busy on a Saturday. Saw another customer ask for something and they said they dont have it then customer found it on shelf. Will not be back.

Decided to change my review. Prices are very competitive, amazing crawler course, good selection of replacement parts or upgraded parts. But trying to get someone to help you in there is almost impossible if their busy or not. They never ask how may i help you, or need any help they just act like they dont see you and wait for you to try and get ahold of them. Sucks for such an awesome place

Completely awesome, they even have an on-site indoor crawler course. And after all these years of me saying that I will never buy a Traxxas I finally broke down and purchased my first one a TRX4. Will be back shortly for upgrades.

I took my sons Traxxas car to look for parts since a wire had broken to connect to the battery. The employee looked at it and told me to wait for a bit. He took it in the back and fixed the wire instead of just making a sale for a part. Of course, they also have the most amazing selection of RC stuff, so I had to buy a bunch of stuff to show my gratitude! This place is huge! Cars, planes, trains, slot cars, boats, models, you name it. I found my new favorite place.

Got into rc bashing and love it. Guys here at white rose are friendly, knowledgable and great to talk too. Will keep going back whenever I need parts for my truck.

Finally made it here...wanted to buy a bunch of crawler accessories. Unfortunately the RC guys, who dont wear masks, couldnt be bothered to break away from their personal conversations long enough to ask if I needed anything as I was standing in front of them trying to look at behind the counter. They are obviously trying to make a statement by not wearing masks, and not acknowledging my mask-wearing self-which is pretty freaking selfish toward their customers. Dont blame the internet for killing the LHS, look at yourself in the mirror instead. Ill just order online. I wont be back.. At least the kid at the register gets it.

Went in looking at a couple diffrent 1/5 scale rc trucks. They were a great help. Answered all my questions and helped me make a decision. A ton of stuff in stock to choose from. Left with a traxxas x-maxx and couldnt be happier. They have lots of parts and accesories for future needs on my purchase. All around great experience that you can not get shopping online.

I wish I would have discovered this shop before. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I took 2 trains into the shop that didnt work. Andrew troubleshooted both and replaced the bad parts on the spot. I am very happy and going back to the shop to do more business. I highly recommend

Had been looking for a hobby store in the area for sometime. The closet place I had to go to buy quality paint was around the Baltimore area. I decided to make the 20 minute drive here and could not of been happier. Everything I needed in a one stop shop. Very friendly employees, good prices and a wide variety of models, paints, rc and trains. Love this place and will be becoming a regular here

Visited this store for the first time and it was WORTH the trip! The guys staff were extremely friendly, answered a lot of questions, especially from a mind blown 🤯 12 year old and didn’t make us feel like we were holding them up from other customers. Gave a lot of good advice for first time HO hobbiest without a sales pitch and made us feel extremely welcomed. You don’t see that kind of customer service often, so they’ll have our business going forward. Thank you for a positive experience!!!

I love that they have a lot of stuff from HO trains all the way to RC they sell Ready to Run and Kits they sell oe parts and aftermarket parts. Im just glad to have found another hobby shop that has the same interest as me. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly so dont be afraid to ask questions if youre in there. I am sorry that I did not take pictures, I was just too overwhelmed by how great the place is.

I have been going to hobby shops since I was allowed to peddle my bicycle on the street. (I will be retiring in about 2 years) Most hobby shops around YORK have been going out of business. BUT there is a new location for a previously existing hobby shop that is GROWING! (theyre in the old barn near the intersection of rt. 30 and rt. 116--I think it was called the Mega-Barn) I was looking for piano wire. THEY HAD IT! They seem to be trying to have EVERYTHING hobby related. They were originally a train shop, but have been feeling the pull of customer asking for various products.IF you remember being inspired by just walking into a hobby shop, (you know who you are) you MUST visit this shop! I am also thrilled that the shop is in THE WEST END of York!I did NOT receive any compensation for this endorsement. But you hobby people know what its like when you cant find or get what you want or need. Mail order is slow. You want SEE it. You want to talk to a FELLOW HOBBY ENTHUSIAST! Staff is friendly. I like the idea that you can walk around and not be harrased constantly. Ive always been greeted when entering. someone is always willing to help, just have to speak up and ask. Patiently waiting for more G scale train items!

I over paid on a used idem. Didnt know til I got home and looked it up..def wasnt worth what I payed.. When I payed with cash I gave an extra 20 bucks by accident and when I watch him count it 3 time I seen it and I ask to count the money myself. He refused to hand it back to me and his buddy also caught it and pulled him up on it.. Not very trustworthy.. Also when u order something they dont have and tell you 2weeks its more like 2months
