Well.....went to buy some early Christmas presents for my husband. One T-shirt was $44.00. ONE!!!And it was made in China.Also bought a sweatshirt. $72.00!!!The selection on the hooded sweatshirts was pretty limited.The staff was very nice though.

Amazing place to work with. This was my first time stepping foot into this dealership. I inquired about a specific motorcycle online and got a call back from the dealership (Tracy). I told her exactly when I would be coming in to go over the numbers for this particular bike and did so. Upon arrival she (Tracy) greeted me and invited me into her office to go over the rundown of the numbers. I supplied her the information needed being a Harley-Davidson employee and she provided me with all the information I needed and the final numbers. I walked out of the dealership not putting a hold on the bike and applied for financing through my credit union and was approved. I immediately called the dealership to disclose this information and asked if I could get a copy of the bill of sale with the exact numbers for the motorcycle. Tracy wasnt available upon my return to gather the documents needed for the credit union, so I was assisted by Heather. She provided me the information I needed and she put a hold tag on the motorcycle for me. Later the same day I returned with the check from the bank and showed it to Heather and informed her I would be in on Tuesday of the following week to finalize the deal. When I showed her the check she switched the hold tag to a sold tag. Everyone I encountered while at the dealership was very professional, polite, and courteous to me. This is a dealership I would definitely recommend and will return to in the future.

Very nice and helpful people that work there. Im not one to give reviews but it was probably the friendliest place I been in a while. Service was also quick. No complaints.

Employees and management are exceptional! Extremely attentive but not overbearing. Have been bike shopping and I appreciated the fact that they treated me with respect (Im a woman). They also have a wonderful selection of clothing and accessories - best in the MD and PA area!. I will be doing all of my Harley-related shopping at this location from here on.

Called them about a sissy bar for my bike. Was told they had one that would fit my bike. When I went in to purchase another employee told me the sissy bar should work but it’s not refundable. So when I get home I find out this sissy bar isn’t for my bike at all and that they ripped me off. I ordered the same one from Harley directly for my bike. Once it arrived it clearly was different then the one they sold me. They just wanted to get rid of something they couldn’t sell. Don’t buy parts here.

I want to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Clint, Tiffany, Amy, the rest of the staff, and especially Todd for taking time to assist with installing headsets on my helmets, as well as giving me a tutorial on how they work. everyone made me feel welcome and was very friendly and helpful. Nice store. This is an older dealership so not as fancy as the new ones. Heather? Was quite informative about the new bikes. Like most dealers right now it seems the pickings are slim for bikes. This is also the only dealership that I have been in that doesnt have towers filled with dealer t-shirts.

On the road I needed a repair on my HD MC. They were concerned and ready to help. My bike was repaired in a few hours. They even found a few minor problems that I didnt know about. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business.They have a museum hall, that is very interesting.

Just to clarify, I did not buy anything when I visited. Just stopped in to look around. All of the employees were really friendly. Not too pushy in trying to get me to buy anything. The store is very well maintained. Lots of nice bikes. A really neat thing was the Harley museum they have in the back of the store. If I were local, this is the place I would buy my bikes from.

Never have I been in a dealership that was so attentive to their customers. Sales staff were very helpful with the purchase of the new to me trike I bought there. It might be, however here at 1st Capital...it means Take care of the Traveler!Lemme tell you...THIS Service TEAM KNOWS how to keep serve, the root word of Service at the TOP of their vocabulary!Julia in Service went ABOVE & BEYOND when my Possè and I arrived from the Shore area of NJ describing my Stator may be bad.Let me have one of my Service Techs get it to see whats going on. Julia tells me. To the Head I go to wash my hands. I go out to get my phone from my bike and it is already in the shop being troubleshot by one of her techs.Yup, itss the Stator Julia says.Julia informs me hers has been on backorder for several weeks. She sees the dismay in my face and begins to call several dealers in the direction we are headed. One had it, however, could not schedule a Traveler in at this time; again she sees my face as no dealer is going to be open and able to get me I. The road again.Julia then hatches a utopian plan! Her parts driver is picking up parts from one location and asked said driver to go to another dealer of which has the Stator in stock; she purchases it and tells me her service tech is willing to stay late and put it in! Are you serious? I say.The plan is in motion! Said tech is tearing down my bike preparing for new Stator arrival.It comes in, tech completes his mission and the bill is almost $250 LESS than I was quoted!Julia and her TEAM are, again, keeping SERVice at the TOP of their vocabulary!GREAT JOB JULIA, SERVICE TEAM, & 1st Capital Harley!THANK YOU!AAW

I was there for their open house and demo rides. Its a great place to go to look at bikes and to buy. I talked to many that have bought bikes there and everyone has very positive things to say. This is not your typical Harley dealer for Harley riders only. They promote riding, whatever you ride. I do not in a Harley, and I always feel welcomeFast forward a few years....Clint and Heather went out of their way ensuring we had a great purchase experience. I felt as though they celebrated with us, making it fun! They both seemed willing to hang and chat, not rushing us out the door. Heather even ran to the service area for a zip tie so I could attach the HOG gremlin bell before leaving the dealership!Wonderful people!

Stopped in today to pick up a new tire gage and look at the new bikes. Great staff in parts and sales. I know I will be back even if I have to come over the river to get there. Much better atmosphere here then locally.

Just had my bike inspected here, and couldnt be happier. Super fast service, not overpriced, and extremely friendly staff. From service department to show room floor, everyone was very welcoming, and Ill be returning here for any needs I have.

It was my first time being in the store and service department. I had an issue with my front end and my idle was a little low. The service guys got everything squared away. While I waited for the service I talked with the guys in the parts department looking for some pricing on things I want to add to the bike. Very helpful. I also ended up purchasing a new helmet and vest. The ladies at the counter were super helpful and were very pleasant to talk to. I will be going back for future service and parts.

My brother suffered an unexpected accident while riding through York Pennsylvania and the bike was towed to 1 st capital Harley.I drove over to see the bike and get some information as it related to any fee’s for storage and shipping information to get the bike back home to Florida.The staff was very kind and asked how my brother was doing and seemed genuinely concerned. The service manager Julia was great and answered all my questions and was very helpful.What a great experience at this Harley location.Thank you all.

The staff was friendly and immediately asked if there was anything we needed help with. They have a great selection of merchandise and clothing and i think the prices are a little better compared to other dealerships.

Great friendly nice staff .Everything was great with my 1000 mile service it was even a little cheaper than quoted over the phone. I had a few general questions and they called around and got me the information I needed I didnt buy my bike there but now I wish I did and I will be using them going forward.

I have meet friendlier sales staff. Since the change of ownership I think the quality of the service has dropped. I did not feel welcomed the last time I visited. (It was slow there was only one other customer there at the time.)

I bought my last bike from Heather. She was great at her job. They have a good size store with bikes and clothes and parts. They have a nice service center and a cool little museum with some old bikes (not all HD).

I tried to get a job there I made the mistake of trying to do my drug test early when I Had not drank enough water before I’ll admot I messed up. But I had tried to contact them plenty of times about if I could redo the attempt and make sure I drank enough and nobody contacted me back. The next email I see is i don’t meet the requirements. Very unprofessional.

As dealerships go, this is a small one, but their service is as big as you can get anywhere. I bought my Sportster there, as well as a few other things over time and have been happy spending every nickel. I would definitely buy another motorcycle there, and will too.

Called for a new tire for my husbands road king, talked to 2 guys on the phone, one in parts, one in service. Both were total jerks. The first one was mad because he had to actually look up the part number (which I thought was his job) and then got hung up on by the service guy because I decided to pass getting the tire changed there because he was booked out pretty far (not a big deal until I just got hung up on). Both my husband and I own multiple harleys and we will no longer be coming there for anything.

A great MoCo dealership. Honest, fair and took their time to answer all my questions, on multiple visits. This has included sales, parts, apparel and service. No pressure team that seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. This makes for a very unique experience and is the reason that this is now my only stop for parts for my current ride and any future HD motorcycle purchases.
