Technically, its an online company, but they were more than willing to let me meet them in person to pick up a gift for a family member. I purchased a product online and emailed them to ask if I could just pick it up in person since they are located near me. The product was as advertised and they even put it in the box it was to be shipped in so that it wouldnt be damaged. Id recommend these guys. Completely honest and upfront about all products.
