If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my son a 4wheeler from them and it was the most stressful experience ever. We had the four wheeler home for four days and it kept shutting off during rides constantly and would only work with the idle so high that it would move the atv if the break was not on. They guy came to my house twice to look at it and told me it just had to be broken in and to ride with the idle high for a couple days then put it back down, I told him I wasn’t comfortable with the idle being that high for my so, it’s literally moving by itself with the idle that high and it didn’t seem normal to have to let it cut off while riding to be broken in, I asked for a mechanic to take a look at it and dropped it off at their shop Tuesday, after calling and texting with no response he tells me Thursday night that the guy couldn’t find anything wrong with it even know if turned off twice when I brought it up and the girl rode it inside so at this point I just go pick it up because clearly I’m not getting any help or answers from them, when I go to pick it up I ask a guy who happened to be the mechanic (they only have one mechanic) if he could get it for Me, he informed me that he never even looked at the 4wheeler so if there is only one mechanic and he didn’t look at it then who did? Now I’m thinking they guy that put it together who is not a mechanic looked at it or no one looked at it at all but it is not normal for a brand new 4wheeler to shut off constantly in the middle of riding or have to be on high throttle. I feel horrible because my son was so looking forward to this and barely got to ride it and is super bummed after waiting a month to get it. I have contacted them about a return and refund but have had no response yet. I would not recommend buying from them, spend the extra money, do research and go to a reputable dealer atleast if the product is not good they should be willing to help make it right and be honest.

Had a appointment to look at a atv, got there guy said 10 mins and itll be put together, stood in shop for 40mins so we left!
