I bought a 2011 Jeep Patriot in January. I found out in October that the sub-frame was rotted out, and the rear differential broke. I called to inform the shop of the issue, nd was told I bought the vehicle as-is and that they would not fix this issue that their techs missed upon inspection. The shop already had my trade-in vehicle torn apart by the time I signed for the purchase. And they told me at the time of purchase that I could bring it back and they would fix any major repairs at the time. The sub-frame was a major issue. I told them I had a family and needed a vehicle that was reliable. This issue put my kids at risk. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

I want to apologize for the miscommunication, we are all humans and make mistakes. Nick the boss is a very nice and understanding guy. He went above and beyond to solve the problem we were having and I’m glad that that was able to happen. Nick seems like a guy who really care about his customers and the work he does. Great people at American Auto Center! They assisted me with my first vehicle purchase and treated me soo well that I brought my mom in to get her a new car. They didn’t have anything on the lot she liked so what did they do? They went and got exactly what she wanted! Since my purchase a few months ago I have brought my car back for a oil change and a good once over. They went above and beyond for me and my mother!

I just recently moved to town and I wanted to trade my car in. A gentleman named Nick assisted me. He gave me a very fair trade in price and there was no hassle at all putting me in a new car. He was very professional, seamless and organized! I’m very pleased with his help in finding me a new car!!

Visited the lot a few months back and they didn’t have anything in my interest so nick sat me down and asked what I wanted and we found 2017 Ford Fusion and it had some issues a little down the road but nick didn’t hesitate to fix any issue he could free of charge ! And if it was something under warranty he guided me to a local Ford dealership where they handled it. Great service great people. There’s nothing American auto center couldnt do or can’t help you do ! Great place would give it 6 stars if I could.

We were traveling from FL to PA. Only a few hours into our trip and had a tire blow out on the FL turnpike. Not only did it blow out but it pulled the brackets off of the back fender, the gas cap disappeared and it bent the filler hose down towards the ground. How were we going to put gas into our truck. I found All American Auto online & they were fabulous. Cory was able to get us 2 tires within a few hours and Saleh was able to fix the truck enough to safely head to PA. 3 1/2 hours later we were on the road again. Thank you both so much.

On June 8th, I spoke to a representative at American Auto Center about detailing my car. I asked for the car to be buffed/waxed in addition, and scheduled an appointment for June 9th. I dropped my car off as scheduled. Prior to picking the car up, it began to rain. I called American Auto and asked if they could store the car in a garage until Thursday, as not to ruin the washing and waxing. They already had the car outside on the lot, but offered to re-wash the exterior on a better day. The next morning I went to look at the car and noticed a huge spot of damaged paint. I took it to back to point this out. It was explained that the clear coat peeled, and that it shouldnt cost more than $200 to fix. I asked if they were going to make the arrangements, and thats where it went bad.The guy looked me in my face and said I brought the car to them with the damaged clear coat. I vehemently stated that I did not. I even said, they would have pointed that out in the walk through if I had. They told me to go through my warranty, to which I said no. The guy insisted on calling me a liar. Im a combat veteran with no reason to lie. The reviews that state he will lie to your face are accurate. The situation triggered my PTSD, and things escalated rather quickly. I went into the car upset, but realized my PTSD was in over drive. I apologized for my outburst and the guy agreed that we should talk on the following day, when we both cooled off. I went the following, day and they were closed at the time. I went back and left my number, and never received a call back.I took my car to Maroun’s Motors in Boardman. They are experienced with foreign and exotic cars. They explained how the pressure of the spray peeled the top coat, and even showed where the peeling began.If youre a veteran, they have no respect for you. For the sake of your mental health, do not patron this place. They will trigger you! I was willing to work something out, but being called a liar was just unacceptable. Someone who fought in a war would lie about $200? Highly unlikely!A month later, with no return call, I have decided to share my story. I have pictures of the damage, and documentation of meeting with my therapist for the PTSD, if anyone needs proof to this post.

Did a great job helping us get what we want. They promised me that they would repair the check engine light when I purchased the vehicle and they have not done so. It seems like they do not know what theyre doing. Now they changed their whole staff and theres a dog in the office that stinking up the whole place and it seems like the place is very unorganized. I would advise anyone whos interested in a vehicle not to buy it there because they dont keep their word. 9 months later my check engine light is still on after numerous tries to repair it.

My daughter purchased a car today and it was a easy and quick transaction. Everyone was pleasant and no pressure. I had been communicating with them on messenger until we could get there and they responded immediately. Very satisfied! Plus there was a beautiful dog which makes me trust and like people even more.

Bought a truck off them And paid cash. There was an issue with the truck and I told them the only way I would buy it if they would fix it. Which they agreed to. Then it took them three weeks and my truck is still not done yet. The office manager has a great personality but will lie straight to your face.

I made an appointment. Confirmed that appointment. Drove 30 minutes to that appointment. All to be told they couldnt get me in, it was a possibility they could at the end of the day. I get things happen - we are all human, but how unprofessional is that. A simple phone call, to reschedule, would have been more appropriate than this. A complete wasted hour. Now Im stuck with GroupOn bucks because I couldnt get an actual refund. Im all about supporting small businesses, but I wouldnt recommend this location to others.

Went to look at a car the guy Brandon had a lackadaisical attitude i was going to buy the car but his disposition turned me off. Thought he could have been a little more engaging and friendly no matter the price of the car.

Had my brakes and rotors changed 2 years ago. Bout 10 months ago brakes were sticking and heard grinding. . Was happening on and off .8 months ago called to have it looked at. All they did was drive it down the road said it was fine and just must be rust that got caught in between pad and rotor 😡. Very upset got dismissed like I was goofy . Why because I am a female and Dont know stuff?. Well 7 days ago my 16 year old daughter was driving the car came home bad grinding. I drove it wow it was bad.. husband looked at it calipers were sticking and actually frozen on drivers side. Inside pad gone and the rotor looked like it was never changed!🤬. Called auto pro only give 1 year warranty, wanted to charge me full price to fix.. they should have never dismissed me months ago when I was having problems they should have looked at it properly! Never again will I take anything there or recommend them to anyone. Now I have a mojor problem with car and have to fix that could have been avoided before it was this bad!🤬

Edit update: they fixed the flag issue. old- They fly the colors of a gang above the American flag. Very disrespectful to everyone who sacrificed something for that flag. No Flag shall fly above the flag of the United States, all flags must be of equal height.

Installed wipers for my wife improperly and it flew off while she was driving. I bought a replacement, which was easy to size as they had a QR scan to search your make and model vehicle. I installed the replacement myself and its fine.

Ive had 2 of my vehicles serviced here and I will continue to bring them to this shop as well and recommed this shop to others. (Had 2 brand new tires mounted and balanced. Left the shop. 1 tire was flat the next day. Called and let them know I think I had a leak. Frank told me to bring it in as soon as I could. I was back the next day and he informed me the tires were okay. The valve stem was leaking and without going any further into it. He had already had his guy change the stem for me and fixed it. Was not his shops fault for the valve stem but he took it and fixed the issue without question.)

Trusted that my car was getting fixed.. I’ve been getting my car fixed there for 2/ yrs. trusted Frank. Took my car in about 2/wks ago to get fixed heard a noise. Told it was fixed. Went to pick it up drove it down the street, still heard noise!! Called frank told me to bring it back.. don’t sweat it. Have been there almost every week end to see if I could get right part fixed! He has been through 2 Mechanics since I’ve been going there in one sales person. Drop off car this morning wanting to hear what was wrong and he tells me I Need two tire rods. I asked well what about other part that was fixed. He said well I’m not going to just suck it up. That I have to pay for a part that didn’t help my car noise. Or he wasn’t going to give my car back to me. If I didn’t pay! So basically you can’t never trust anyone what they say.. cause In the end people get greedy.. instead of helping a loyal customer That has been there before. I just payed for my car to be returned to me with I don’t even really no if a new part was even put on? Never even shown. And a new part he said !! That didn’t fix my noise...

Bought a Groupon to get my oil changed there, I called ahead to make an appointment and when I got there the salesperson was busy selling a car and asked me to wait so after about 10 minutes I see the mechanic in the garage smoking a cigarette not doing anything so I ask him if he can help me and he said I have to talk to the sales guy I was waiting for... After about 30+ minutes of waiting I just left. Very unprofessional

I have to say, they helped me out when my truck broke down! They did the research to see what was wrong with my vehicle although they couldnt fix it! The only reason they couldnt do the work is it was a GM part only that it needed. Auto Pros did the research and didnt charge me a penny! Thanx guys because thats unheard of anymore!! My differential broke in Youngstown, OH while driving from NYC to Portland, OR. Auto Pros was the first shop I saw after exiting from I80. The head mechanic Charles quickly diagnosed the issue while the owner immediately got on the phone to find the replacement parts. I broke down on a Thursday and was back on the road by noon Monday thanks to Auto Pros.

I was a loyal customer that brought other people to his business when he first opened up. As time went on Frank has had such a high turnover in employees it has turned his business for the worst in my opinion. My car would run but once I turned the car off it would not start back up so I got a jump to start the car. I went to Auto Pros talked with Frank he got in touch with me and told me it was an electical issue connected to the battery that was the problem with my car he charged me $197.00 I paid him. The next day which was a Sunday I was driving went to the gas station turned the car off went inside and when I came back out to start the vehicle the car would not start. I called Frank one of the owners of the shop he stated to me he would have the mechanic look at it so I left when I came back to the shop he was not there so one guy who was sitting at the desk I asked him where Frank was he replied I dont know talk to the mechanic when I went to talk to the mechanic another guy came out stating he was one of the owners and the mechanic stated he started my car like twenty times and it started up just fine the guy that was the owner stated I owe them seventy five dollars for diagnostic test and he didnt find anything wrong so I told him I wanted to talk to Frank he wasnt going to be in till the next day so I left. I returned the next day and talked to the manager with the dog and I asked for Frank he responded he is with his mom and gave me my keys so I went to get in my car sure enough the car wouldnt start I went back in the shop told the manager the car wont start he went to my car tried to see what the issue was then changed the battery in my keyless remote that wasnt the problem so the guy that was sitting behind the desk told him to change the battery back and what did he do with the old one the manager stated I threw the battery in the trash he told him to get it out so the manager dug deep in the trash to get the battery and took the new one out and put the old one back in he then went to the mechanic to tell him what was going on mind you an hour has gone by the mechanic tries to start the car and says the fobs not working so he go get his diagnostic test he is completely puzzled after he does all this he comes to me and states it is somthing else not what I brought it in for and that it was end of discussion I was floored needless to say I was completely upset also the manager that was there was talking to the guy earlier behind the desk asked him where is Frank and he stated he needed a break.. Auto Pros lost a good loyal customer by being incompetent and a liar the bad thing about the whole situation Frank is giong to try make excuses instead of being accountable for wrong doing.
