Great little spot with an awesome selection of craft brews. Bartender was friendly and the Toxic Brew is a tasty brown ale.

Every time we visit, the staff are always very friendly and approachable. If you have any questions, theyre happy to answer them. You can try the beers before buying them. The food is great, particularly the pretzel roll with beer cheese. And the owner is such a nice guy! On our last visit he came up to us directly to tell us about the new beer on tap and when I commented that it was I what wanted, he went to get it to bring it to me personally. For a place where you order at the bar, that kind of direct interaction with a customer doesnt go unappreciated. We really love going here and recommend it to friends all the time. (If youre ever unsure what to get, you can always order a flight. They have some great options to choose from.)

They always have great beer and their food selection is awesome for a little snack to assist you through your drinking endeavors.The staff is super knowledagble and so friendly. We enjoy seeing Krissy, she is always so sweet and has great beer recommendations! We came out to the casual pint a few nights back for the last stop of my buddies birthday. We were able to get some of our favorite beers here and relax. It truly is a casual place to come. Come as you are. Will definitely be back soon. Such a great selection of beer. I have not had the food yet but man did it smell great.

We had my 70th birthday party here and it was so good. Justin had everything arranged and the food came out amazing. His back room is perfect for a small group up to 30 people. We ordered our food from his menu and all the guests had a bracelet to order their drinks. Worked out so well. We generally go there at least once a week as the atmosphere is great. Indoors and outdoor. Justin is extremely knowledgeable about his beers and wines. Once you go there you will.continue to come back. Great place. Highly recommend you try it out.

This was my first visit to The Casual Pint & I really enjoyed it! Theres indoor & outdoor seating. The seating at the bar is nice because you can see the list of their beers, which also shows the abv content & where the beer is from. They have an extensive list of beers on tap & theres a cooler which has a nice selection of beers in cans & bottles. The staff is friendly & helpful with answering questions about their beer & you can try a sample for free. They have a menu which is good. Its easy to find The Casual Pint & theres ample free parking. If you enjoy trying different ethnic beers then you should definitely visit here!

No beer other than craft beers or IPA. Great if thats your thing but stopped for a beer while shopping and was disappointed

After a bad first experience, i went back and gave them another try. Super simple menu with a large beer selection. Nice open design to patio/bar area. Decent prices. Similar to the other craft beer places around here with less food. Food isnt that good either, I would avoid it. But overall decent place if you just want to have a beer or two.

The bartender was polite and personable. Great beer selection. Great atmosphere. The problem started when I ordered the kielbasa sausage and pierogi platter. It was absolutely horrid. I would literally not feed that to my dog. $50 for 2 platters, small fries, 3 beers, and an Arizona tea.... I expect food of at least decent quality. Not food overcooked in a microwave. Ill never step foot in there again.

Wow! I was super impressed with the managers knowledge of beers and he even let me have a few tastes of different options till we found something I loved! The taps are always changing and bringing in seasonal options that are all unique and offer a wide variety. I really enjoyed the small plates of food that were perfect to go with my delicious beer and the available board games. Great place to unwind.

I want to thank Justin for saving me a rare Imperial Stout from the Flying Monkey Brewery. Your bottle shop stocks some fantastic beers. Great place to stop by for a pint or growler to go!

The location is a bit odd, sandwiched in between a Famous Hair & a Lane Bryant in a suburban strip mall. The space itself is nice, with a roll up garage door up front and a fairly roomy patio.The draft beer selection features a good variety of styles, and also showcases a lot of local/regional/state breweries. Prices for draft and to-go beers are above average, especially the packaged beer.I no longer live in Boardman, but visit a couple times a year, and would usually stop in for a beer or two and maybe some beer to go. However, the last time I was there I had a very negative experience & will very likely not return.When I arrived, there was one other person in the bar (it was a weekday afternoon). The bartender did not bother to say hi, ask if I had questions, ask if I wanted a sample of something, etc. It was as if he had no clue that he worked in the service industry.Then, while drinking my first beer, I got to listen to the owner tell an in-depth tale to another patron (I guess a friend of his?) of how he fired the manager recently. Pretty unprofessional, and probably a conversation best had in private.Next, while perusing the bottle selection, the owner continued his conversation without once stopping for five seconds to ask if I had questions or needed help with anything. He was less than 10 feet away from where I was. It would have required zero effort on his part, but his conversation with his buddy was more important, I guess. Needless to say, I didnt buy any beer to go.Lastly, when I closed my tab, I noticed after the bartender ran my card that he had overcharged me a dollar for one of my beers. Rather than offering to fix it, he just said, ok. I dont even care about the dollar, but his indifference was extremely off-putting and further demonstrated his lack of customer service skills.If this is the kind of customer service I can expect at the Causal Pint, I can take my business elsewhere. Vintage Estate is right down the street, and I know Ill always be treated to exceptional customer service there. And they always have a better tap list anyway.

Visited for the first time last night and thoroughly enjoyed the selection of brews, snacks and atmosphere. Ill definitely be frequenting The Casual Pint and filling up growlers and grabbing beers to go. Finally found a spot with Gangsta Frog from Hoppin Frog Brewery in Akron.Beer-to-go is insanely expensive and I’m use to over-paying for good beer. I bought 4 cans (1 was a 16oz) and the total came to $17. I know he carries a lot of beer you can’t get anywhere else but the stuff like Mystic Mama should be on par with what every other place in the area is charging. I’ll keep going back but just for drafts and growlers.

Beer selection was great, nothing under 5$ though. The bartender wss unfriendly, awkward and i could not tell if it wss friendly banter or just being rude saying the man could not get the meal he wanted. Had an appetizer and bailed.

So never been there before ...Food was ok, hot and decent flavor. Service so something else seemed more concerned with current customers . Had some special event going on wasnt included or asked even when I over heard,and asked what it was all aboutTold them I would have played if I was asked!!!! Left dont think Id go back, seems like you would been concerned with NEW CUSTOMERS??? But wasnt...Dont know if I will come back???

If you are lucky enough to find the owner behind the bar he is incredibly knowledgable about wine, burbon, cigars and ofcourse beer. Each time I sit at the bar I learn just as much as I enjoy my beverage.

Stopped in for the first time today and LOVED IT! There were 35 beers on tap, many of them from local brewpubs and ohio breweries. Staff was nice and friendly. Lots of bottled and canned beer for sale also along the whole back wall. I got the philly cheese steak sandwhich with bier cheese to go with my beer and i really liked it. I will be going again!

Justin and Caitlyn are both wonderful people. Justin knows everything about their beers. Caitlyn knows a lot and will make you feel at home.
