My daughter has purchased prom dresses here and her wedding dress and we have only had positive experiences! She told them what she was looking for in a wedding dress and they immediately found it! Suzie did her alterations and everything was perfect! Her train stayed up the whole time and she was such a beautiful bride!! Thank you all for making this experience so easy and fun!!! ❤️

Needed some adjustments done before an event I had coming up. Customer service from Sara was excellent and the fit was better than ever. All in all I had a seamless experience.

We were visiting from out of town and needed last minute alterations. My friend, Al, recommended Treasured Moments to us as a place to get alterations done quickly and accurately. My wife and I are tremendously pleased with the staff there. We walked in with a wedding to attend that weekend and a dress that didnt quite fit right. They got us in right away, made the alterations, and got us out the door, in time for the wedding we were attending! Thank you to the entire staff at Treasured Moments for getting us back on the road quickly and being so kind to out of towners! We highly recommend them to anyone is the area who is looking for old fashioned customer service at a reasonable price!

I love great customer service! That is exactly what I received. I called the store and spoke to a very kind and knowledgeable woman. I explained we were looking for a prom dress for my daughter, asked about a few designers, she checked and said they carried the styles. I explained we live a couple hours a way and would arrive close to closing, she advised she would be there and come on out. I am so HAPPY we went, from the moment we walked in the energy was warm and pleasant. The shop was very clean and well organized. Everyone wire mask, every dress was covered in a protective plastic covering. All of dresses were beautiful and in great shape! The fitting rooms were private and clean! The new owner and her mom were absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, helpful, and they know gowns! The store, people, dresses, and overall experience was AWESOME!!! I recommend any lady with a special day coming, who needs that special dress, and a lovely shopping environment to go and see for yourself. My daughters prom dress is Gorgeous by the way!!!!!!!!!!

This is trash treat you like it. Was told by someone that she would have manager come out to speak with me. She was obviously too busy to even bother talking to me. Guess my money was all they wanted. Will never do business with this place.

Purchased a dress from TM Bridal after stopping in for measurements and recommendations. I was taking this dress along with others to be hemmed the day I picked it up. My initial try on revealed a dress multiple sizes too large on me. Not sure if the measurements were wrong or the wholesale size guide was incorrect, but it left me with a very hefty alterations bill. They were not willing to work with me or provide any refund. They referred to their “contract” you must sign when making any purchase and would not be held accountable for their mistake, instead it’s at the expense of the customer. Would not return & in the future will choose another local shop that stands behind their brand & customer’s satisfaction when dealing with a day as important as someone’s wedding day.

So I know this is really late and I suck at this!!! But back in 2018 I got a dress from Treasured Moments for a Marine Ball... VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! And beautiful dress too!!! Most likely will come back for another occasion forsure (:

Sarah and her staff are the kindest, most down to earth and helpful people I’ve met. Going through the alteration process has been a breeze! They made me feel amazing and so excited for my big day! This bridal shop is the best one that I have ever been to! I am getting married next month, and was looking for a simple wedding dress. The ladies worked with me to help figure out the perfect style. Even with my short time frame they even worked and got the dress ordered and will be in within a week! I would highly recommend them. The prices aren’t crazy either.

I just love this store. The store is clean, the selection has both quality and quantity, and the prices are very reasonable! Ive found tons of dresses here. The staff seems knowledgeable, as well, which isnt always the case at bridal stores.

I highly recommend this bridal shop! I went in without an appointment (this past Saturday, January 19th) to just look and see the options they had with hopes to then book an appointment. When I walked in they were extremely pleasant and greeted me right away. I worked with Joan who then asked my budget, I told her and she lead me straight to the dresses in my budget. She didn’t pressure me to increase my budget at all. (Another shop had pressured me to increase my budget to find my dream dress, they weren’t keen on my budget.) She then said I could try on the dresses even without an appointment since they had an open dressing room. Needless to say I tried them on and found the dress I loved. Joan made this such a memorable experience for me. The owner, Sarah, also brought us a celebratory glass of wine and was so pleasant and sweet as well. I am so incredibly happy I was referred to Treasured Moments Bridal and would highly recommend them to anyone! I can thank all the ladies enough for being so amazing!

Good service, while trying on dresses. when went back to purchase dress, was never thanked for my purchase. didn’t hand me my dress, just left it on the rack for me to take and leave. poor customer service at point of purchase. will never go back.

Wonderful experience! I worked with Elizabeth (Liz) who was the perfect balance of friendly, accommodating, and patient! She worked with me to identify what dress type I was interested, and then ready my reactions well - always being able to tell if I *actually* liked the dress or if I still had some hesitations. She had great suggestions, but always prioritized my interests and budget (which not all places do!). She even obtained price estimates for us when we got down to the final few dresses - even bringing over a seamstress (who was also SUPER nice) to give us estimates of what adjustments would need to be made and how much they would approximately cost (which was very affordable). Her thoroughness and professionalism just made the entire experience just perfect!Thank you Treasured Moments for giving me the perfect dress shopping experience!! Girls always dream of this day and you really made it special for me - and my mom! Im happy to give you my business! :)

My daughter and I went in to look at wedding dresses. She knew what she wanted. The sales lady was fabulous. My daughter tried on 4 or 5 dresses that she liked, but wasnt quite right. They had one more that the lady said lets just see. Not what my daughter had in mind. When she walked out of the dressing room I was speechless. There was no second guessing that gown was made for her. The staff has been nothing but superb. They have gone so above and beyond. With helping us find the perfect veil. A beautiful piece for her hair at the reception. I ordered my dress from there. And last but not least, Susie who has done all the alterations, amazing. I trust this staff with no hesitation. Wedding in one week and I cant wait to see my future son in laws face when he sees my beautiful daughter. Almost sad its coming to a close. This staff has been like family through this journey.

Treasured Moments is by far the best Bridal Shop I have ever been in. The other shops left me to look for my dress without any help. From the moment I walked into their store I was treated nothing short of amazing. They helped me find the perfect gown and helped my whole bridal party as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

My mom and I took my little sister here to look for her winter formal gown and prom gown a week ago and after looking in 12 other stores we finally found one that truly had beautiful gowns! My sister found both her winter formal and her prom gown here and she couldnt have looked more stunning. The staff was so nice and helped her find just what she wanted. I wish I knew about this place when I was in high school! We will be sure to tell all of her friends about this shop.

Today was just unbelievable....I found out last week that this shop had recently reopened. I’m the matron of honor in my best friends wedding and she has made some changes, so I directed her to this shop to find a more suitable dress that fit her theme. She was excited to hear they reopened! I drove almost 2 hours to accompany her to look at their dress.When we entered the store we saw two women at the desk, the new owner and a saleswoman. The saleswoman did not greet us, instead she pointed to the front corner of the store and stated “homecoming is over there”. (Now I understand that maybe workout pants and a sheriff’s office shirt isn’t the nicest attire, but with all the driving I did on my free day I was going for comfort. I wasn’t looking for judging eyes and to be brushed off.)I said to the woman, that we weren’t here for prom we wanted to look at the wedding dresses. She then quickly referred us to the clearance rack. Now again a good deal is fantastic, but when we leave that rack we don’t need to be told with every dress we touch that it’s full price. Never the less we brushed it off and collected five dresses for her to try, four in preferred style and one that I liked and requested she tried on just to see something different. The dressing room was a whole other fiasco. She tried on dresses and as the her friend I gave critique where I felt it was needed and praise where it was wonderful. I wanted to be completely honest with her and wanted her to be completely happy with whatever she took home. When we got to the one I loved, she of course hated it. LolI critiqued in the same manor and even joked around a lot about how I wish I had found it when I was getting married because I hadn’t worn a dress. We had a good laugh and she went to change. It was then that the sales person proceeded to tell my friend that she shouldn’t have brought me because I didn’t like anything and maybe I was jealous that I didn’t get to wear a dress for my big day. This irritates my friend a lot. She attempted to shut the woman down and put on the final dress. When she came out we were both in love and she wanted crinoline to put under it to get the full effect. The saleswoman very rudely argued with her, stated you couldn’t wear a hoop skirt with it. We both told her we were aware of that, we just wanted to see it with a crinoline slip. When she finally went and dug one out of the closet she started stretching it, and then proceeded to yell across the store “is there a bigger one, this doesn’t have enough give to fit her”. Mind you she’s only a size 8. That was the final straw. My friend was done and went to change. When she attempted to talk to the owner, the saleswoman proceeded to intervene repeatedly yelling “I did not, I did not”. It was unreal. Dress shopping for you big day should be stressful like this. No one should feel this insulted and the end of the day. Being made to feel like they shouldn’t be there, when they had a very nice budget in place to spend is awful. If a bride wants to look at dresses she shouldn’t feel like she’s being judge because the clothes she came in wearing are casual and comfortable. I will never return to this shop nor will I refer any of my friends or family to shop there. Especially since now the bride has zero desire to try on even one more dress.

I had a wonderful experience at Treasured Moments Bridal! I was torn between (but not in love with) two dresses from another store, that were two totally different styles. I went in to try on one of each of the styles to see if I could make a decision about the other two dresses and absolutely fell in love with the first dress I tried on.I came in with a pretty good size entourage, without an appointment, about an hour before close. The ladies were very accommodating and extremely helpful!

I went to this shop yesterday as I was searching for a homecoming dress. I picked one out on the rack and headed towards the dressing rooms where they were all full. After standing there for 20 minutes and attempting multiple times to get the attention of one of the workers, I gave up and put the dress back and walked out. I will never come back! Horrible service, nobody even noticed I was standing there. Come here if you want horrible service and to be ignored the whole time!

It was absolutely horrible Joan was the worst.. she kept pushing dresses on me that I didnt like.. I said it wasnt my style she said I was crazy it was a 3,000 dress. Order my dress 7 months ago and still not in they said 6 months... I wont recommend them.to anyone. They will say anything to sale you a dress.. shut the store down!!!

I went to this location a few weeks back looking for my wedding dress. I knew exactly what I wanted walking in to there. 1. Their selection was very small and 2. Right when I walked in, it was beyond awkward. The older lady and a sales person just stood and stared... I finally had to just say hi and that I was looking for a wedding dress. THEN they asked me what I wanted and I pulled up a few pictures of the look. I was very clear in what I wanted. Like I said, I walked in with exactly the image i was looking for. So i showed the picture and explained everything while they were looking at dresses to pull. They had to ask about 4 times what I wanted before they FINALLY stopped to listen. They kept grabbing some that was FAR from the pictures I showed and they started to get irritated when I would say no and explain that it isnt what I wanted. I kept trying to pull the pictures up for them to see, once again what I was going for before the sales lady stopped helping and the older lady just said lets try these on. Unhappy and feeling bad that I even walked in, I felt the obligation to just put the dresses on. It was humiliating to feel ignored while I kept trying to explain what I was looking for and they werent even listening and then when they started obviously showing irritation in their facial expressions and the way their body language was when going through dresses made me so uncomfortable. I did find one I ended up liking but because of the customer service I ended up paying for the dress from another location.

Our experience was very positive from our visit to pick out a dress through the alterations. Everyone was super nice and the attention was very personal. It was a great experience.

Kim was very helpful and kind! She was so easy to work with. I didnt feel like a bother! She actually had interest in my prom ideas!

SOOOO RUDE!!! checked their hours online, showed theyre open till 7pm on thurs. Entered the store 4:55 the girl said were closing in 5 mins. Told her online says till 7! Said yea I just changed it now. We changed our hours yesterday. Then another woman came telling me WERE CLOSED & escorted me out as if they hate you entered their store. VERY RUDE & hostile!!!

My experience at this bridal shop was absolutely horrible. I went in to get a prom dress, I loved it! But it was the sample dress, although it fit me perfectly there was A LOT of beading missing. So we asked if we could order a new dress the workers were very rude and gave us a discount but then raised the price of the dress to fix the beading...which was $60 more than the original price! Since I loved the dress we paid the amount and I went to pick it up yesterday and there were beads missing!! The material was falling off and I asked the lady if she could fix this (even though she had a whole month to complete this). Im very disappointed and I hope this place gets shut down! DO NOT go to treasured moments bridal....Horrible place!!
