As a contractor Ive used Modern Builders Supply quite often over the past twenty (20+) plus years. They carry a large supply of not only building and home improvement supplies and materials but also a wide array of tools and equipment, Ive found some tools here that I could never find anywhere else, especially masonry tools. They have multiple locations throughout North East Ohio as well so their not to far from most of the job sites Ive worked at. The Akron, Ohio location even had a break set up in the back warehouse that is for contractors use to bend/break aluminum coil stock with, Im not sure if the other locations have this convenient amenity. I highly recommend M. B. S.

There quick to sell you there windows..but quick to tell you that the guarantee only covers glass only ..labor is extra..but after talking to them..i got them to honor there warranty...
