Great and enthusiastic service in terms of taking care of the customer. Was in a time crunch to get a car and they were able to get me in one after a few days. The car I purchased was being serviced for the braking system and get told when I pick up the car that they wouldn’t replace the parking brake, not a big deal. But, shortly after having the car for a week there’s an issue with the suspension or possibly even the cvc joint/ axle assembly. Wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from here unless test driven prior.

I initially wrote a review saying I would give the service department zero stars if possible due the fact that I had an very dissatisfying expirence. I can now say that they are truly understanding, realistic and customer satisfaction is important to them. After voicing my concerns and feeling defeated, as if Im not being heard I personally recieved a phone call from the manager himself who was willing to hear what I had to say and offered to look at my sons vehicle again with an attempt to try to make things right and I GREATLY appreciate his efforts. Anthony in the financial department was extremely rude, told lies and falsified documents to prevent me from receiving a loan and When this was proven he still lied and denied after being confirmed from the bank. He was very deceitful and for that reason I would advise to stay far away.

I took my car into get fixed on Friday. The next day my check engine light came on and the car was acting the same as before I got it fixed. It’s an issue related to my TCM so I can only get it repaired at a Ford dealership. I called back Monday and they told me I would have to wait a week unless I drop it off and they can work in between cars. They said they have no loaner cars even though I told them I need a car for my job. It took a week and half to get the appointment and the next day the car acted like the same. I left a voicemail for the supervisor to call me back. I have never taken my car for a repair and left with same problem even form backyard mechanics.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle. Sales people, service departments very helpful. Finance people are out of this world. They bend over backwards to find you the best deal.

I was contacted by one of the sales reps on Facebook marketplace inquiring about a car I had for sale. I just closed all information and set up a time for the car to be looked at at the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I had once again given all of the information regarding the car just the same as I did through Facebook messenger before I had left to go get it looked at. After wasting about half an hour of my time Plus an hour drive they ended up coming back and telling me that the car was exactly as described but they were going to pass on it. They essentially had no interest in buying it before I had even had it looked at.

Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Zach Jones was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was actually enjoyable. They were very fair in their valuation of my trade. We were able to come to terms rather quickly on the truck I was interested in. It honestly felt more like getting together with friends than the adversary environment I’ve become accustomed to when car buying. This would have been a 5 ⭐️ Rating, but Quality control is needed. Let’s begin bought a Cadillac CTS 4 from sales rep Mr. Wayne. Drove in to pick up my Mercedes that had brake line issues, I have been coming here for 3years now since I left San Diego. When I seen this Cadillac at a glance I knew I wanted this car. Asked if there was any damage nope they just took this car in I was told. So great let’s negotiate. Had a interesting buying experience with Fred Martin. This would have been a absolutely GREAT buying experience, if this Dealership would have took accountability and made sure they straighten this out by fixing the problem, but I guess the only time you are important is during signing. When I picked up my car at night I did not notice the scuff marks on my passenger front side until the daylight and when I had to put air in my tire. I already had issues with my tire pressure sensor, so I brought it in. I also came in to speak to my sales guy Mr. Wayne but he decided to take a vacation, not bad at all... I’m sure he deserves one. But since he was gone I ask the guy at the repair shop who can I talk to about this body issue. They sent me to the Sales Manager. Which totally gave me the run around, then this COVID-19 hits and I’m forgotten. When I bring it up because now there open for business. I was pretty much told that it was not their problem. I would NEVER BUY another vehicle from Fred Martin AGAIN. CHECK your vehicle before you LEAVE. The last person I spoke to was Nikki the one I signed my contract with, she was very condescending left me with a very disappointing outlook of Fred Martin dealership. Because she pretty much made me feel like she thought I damage this car. I have a warranty with them. If this experience was bad, who knows what the warranty service would look like. I was bamboozled. Customer service and quality effort is everything in this business. I get a lot of compliments on this car, but always stated I’m waiting to here back from Fred Martin about this scuff marks. Now I can officially state they SOLD it to me this way and had no problem doing so. Learned from a mistake today.

Not even two years yet, and when I signed the papers to get the car the warranty paperwork did not match up with the correct vin number on my car. I was told that they would mail me the warranty papers. My mistake I completely forgot about never receiving them in the mail. Now that I’m having mechanical issues with the car I can’t even see if the warranty will still cover it. I’ve called the dealership over 5 times and can’t get ahold of anyone. I was sent to leave a voicemail and I left my name and number and a brief explanation as to what’s going on and still haven’t received a call back. I would not recommend!

My wife and I purchased a Mercedes from Fred Martin about 2 months ago. When we first arrived we stood around for almost 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. He had the car we wanted (S550), never pressured us one way or the other and negotiated the deal we wanted in a matter of minutes. Gave us plenty of private time to discuss what we wanted to do - never felt any pressure at all.Entire staff (we worked with four different people throughout the process) was friendly, very knowledgeable about their product and very relaxed.Well go back for another M-B soon.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of my payment were way higher than I was told. Also the finance guy wasnt the friendliest. A great experience and they helped me get the vehicle I wanted. 2020 Escape is a beautiful car. Is very comfortable and quiet like an Edge, only better economy. Has plenty of power and towing ability with tow package. Definitely would recommend Fred Martin Ford, and the all new 2020 Ford Escape. Really nice features they have added to this years model.

Service department could not even fix a flat, had to bring the vehicle in 3 times for them to finally find the leak. Unskilled, even though they tell you that the mechanics are skilled. Really? 3 times to fix a flat...sigh. (there where also other negative repair issues to long for me leave, there answers are we cant find the problem). Your so called master mechanics are NOT master mechanics they are in training and learning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but do yourself a favor go else wear and much better pricing all the way around at other dealers. Look at all the negative reviews, this should tell you something.

Fred Martin Ford called me to come in and look at vehicles. I was not currently looking, but told the salesman that I was open to checking out what the had. I even told him the price I would be willing to pay to get into a new/used vehicle. They completely disregarded the amount that I was willing to spend and they also would not give me my keys back for my personal truck. I just wanted to leave and they kept trying to push any vehicle they could down my throat. Even a truck much older than the one I currently own with 40,000 more miles. Finally, after asking numerous times, I did get my keys back and left. This was all witnesses by my close friend and attorney. I will never come back to Fred Martin Ford.

After 50 miles my truck started missing .Took it back on Saturday morning.They checked it out told me the parts would come from Ford warehouse got truck back 8 days later

5 years ago I bought a new F150 from Fred Martin Ford. That sale was not an experience I was at all happy with. I was heavily taken advantage of and ended up paying thousands more than I wanted to but I didnt have a choice at the time. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I went in to check out their COVID deals. I walked away with a more than fair price and they gave me more for my trade in then anyone else was willing to. They redeemed themselves and at this point if I plan to purchase another f150 down the road theyll earn my business for a 3rd time for sure.

I do not live in Ohio, but I figured that in order to replace my car that I would give this dealership a try. I purchased a Previously Owned car from Fred Martin Ford. They were very courteous, prompt, and helpful. They arranged the shipping of the car to me as well. In addition, they found the best price as to transporting the car. They also followed up with my purchase to be sure that I was completely satisfied. They also made sure that my temporary tag was good for 45 days to that I would have time to receive the car and register it in my state. I am so grateful to Fred Martin Ford and all of the help that they provided for me in replacing my car.
