Terrible carpet installation experience with this store. Here are the issues: 1) Jim is very rude to clients. 0 customer service, 0 problem solving. 2) Jim will ask you to pay before they start. NEVER do that. They can simply leave without doing the job and cash your check. 3) Unprofessional workers with limited tools. They don’t have certain tools such as scraper or vacuum cleaner. You will have to let them to use yours. They even took away my tool (a black pry bar) during the work.I would suggest you avoid this store and shop around. You will find better pricing and service.
