I order to have an arrangement deliver, But they just left it on the porch. And is far to expensive for what it brings... It had a nice presentation all tasted fresh and good.

So at first I was disappointed because I couldn’t walk into the store to buy smoothies, fruit and order my arrangement. I ended up calling to place my order for a birthday arrangement and when I went to pick it up the girl was awesome and remembered our conversation and that it was for an employee at Walgreens. Our fruit arrangement was perfect and she was so sweet so we will definitely be ordering soon again for another birthday.

Very disappointed and upset with this edible arrangements. Got activated for the military and set up a delivery for my girlfriend at work to surprise her. She was supposed to get a card, covered chocolate strawberries and flowers. The card and strawberries she got, “were amazing,” but she didn’t get the flowers. When I called them the delivery guy tried to say he delivered the flowers but I told him she never got them. They made me feel like I was lying and that it was my fault. I then asked for them to deliver the flowers the next day at her address and they said they couldn’t at first because that would be a charging fee... after showing that I was upset they said they would deliver it. Well today they never called or reached out to deliver the flowers they forgot to give my girlfriend the other day. So when I called them today they said they would reimburse me for the flowers which were $40 dollars. Meaning the chocolate-strawberries and card were $60 bucks??? I honestly asked them for a refund and they said sorry there’s nothing they can do. Also they never took the time to even apologize for their mistake. Never doing delivery here again and probably never buying anything ever again too.

Received a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries from my husband for Valentines Day yesterday. Well the strawberries were mushy and almost rotten and one of them had mold on it. We tried to contact the store and was just left on hold by the automated system. My biggest problem is edible arrangements is not cheap and I expected a better product and service from them. I definitely do not recommend unless you want to waste your money like my husband did.

I really enjoy edible arrangements when donated to my job. Wanted a little pick me up and was disappointed to call in for curb side pick up and get denied the strawberry cones. Instead of paying 5.99 a half dozen they said they only other option was a $40 box .. unfortunately I dont have an extra $40 for a pick me up. In todays economy sometimes I barely have the 5.99.....

Had a platter sent to a friend who lost her father. Wow was it gorgeous!! It was all chocolate covered fruit and she was absolutely thrilled with it. Fruit is always fresh and delicious. And they dont skimp on the chocolate. Thank you once again!

They would not fill a request for an arrangement with few or no strawberries due to food allergy of child in family of a returning customer. Their excuse was they have plenty of other orders. So I will never use their services again

I love my edible arrangements!! A little expensive but WELL worth every penny! My favorite it the banana dipped in chocolate and coconut!!!

Great place. Ordered a platter 3 days before Christmas. It was delivered the very next day. So easy to send something. Many different things to choose from, wide price range. The person I sent it to loved it. Worth checking it out.

I made a order at like 10pm to be delivered the very next day. Called and asked them to have it there by 2pm and it was no problem. Very friendly customer service, will definitely be ordering again. Thanks a lot!!!

Loved the arrangement...cheesecakes are deliciousI got an arrangement from my son for Mother’s Day and it was so nice that I sent the cheesecake one to my friend for her BirthdayWe were both very satisfied....I called early in the day for an early delivery since she was going out later....was happy they accommodated me on that.Totally recommend Edible Arrangements !!

I was so excited to place an order for my mother the weekend of Mother’s Day. With the Covid situation it was my only chance to make my mom smile on a day I couldn’t physically spend with her. After seeing that their website brags about last minute and same day deliveries I though wow this place is great. I spent time choosing the perfect gift and was able to place an order albeit with a 15 dollar delivery fee. Although I received a delivery confirmation email I was later informed that the delivery would occur three days after it was scheduled. Don’t advertise you can do something you can’t. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.

They didnt have an arrangements you could look at and pick. Otherwise they were fast and effective. Next day free delivery if you visit the store

I was surprised at how quickly this arrangement was delivered! My daughter loved it. Not only was the fruit was fresh and tasty but arranged just as pictured. I received a phone call that they did not have the exact balloon that was pictured so they made a generous substitute- so kind, especially since I didn’t really mind if the balloon was there or not!! Great service- will definitely use them again!!

Call in order for delivery. Staff very assistive and the substitute balloon that was different from on-line pictures truly made my loved ones day! Had one delivered Christmas Eve day! The fruit was terrible. The cantaloupe was not ripe hard as a rock, strawberries were not ripe. The melon was ok. For the money that they charge and the money I’m sure my relatives paid it should taste wonderful.
