The menu seemed pretty standard. The atmosphere was pretty cool: lights were dim and there were interesting lighting elements throughout the shop. The reason I gave 5 stars was the friendliness of the staff. The owner personally introduced himself to me and my friend. He recognized us as first-timers to the shop. This kind of customer service is rare for sure and greatly appreciated!

What a great little spot in Boardman, it was very clean and comfortable. I loved the atmosphere and my smootie. I took a first time and his nephew and they also had a great time. I would highly recommend this location for a quiet night intimate night.

It’s a perfect place to relax and chill to wind down during the week and also the perfect place to party with your friends on the weekend(especially during a Greek night!). This is easily the best and most consistent hookah lounge in the area. The owner is extremely personable and obviously takes pride in what hes doing. Every flavor hookah Ive had has been excellent though I do recommend the Fire Fox house blend. Their smoothies are also very good and pair well with the hookahs.

The ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE!! Myself and a few friends went their on a random Tuesday for my friend’s birthday and it was the best decision we could have made. Mike the owner was personable and came to our table several times to take care of us, our server went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Wow, I wish there was an establishment like this closer to home!My boyfriend and I like to come here as much as we can, but I live almost an hour away, but let me tell you this place is well worth the drive! The service is exceptional and everything weve tried has been great! Also, the staff makes us feel like family when we go there because they make it a point to remember us! Truly a remarkable place and experience. The owner walked over and chatted with us for a little while. My wife and I tried their food, milkshake (she got a smoothie), hookah, and dessert. My girlfriend and I love coming to Firefox cafe, the service is always really great, some of the best hookah weve had came from this place, their selection of hookah flavors is huge and my personal favorite, they sell great cigars and theres always a really good price on most of them. Most weekends they have a themed night so they will have a belly dancer, live music, a DJ or some kind of feast

Have never been here yet since king hookah cafe . I loved Kristine and the old place . I was in there 1 time and although very beautiful was very heartbreaking to see it transformed with an entire new staff . After 5 years of singing there every weekend and going to hang out with the owner or meet up with other regulars I just don’t know if I could see myself going here .

We went there for a bachelorette party and it was the most beautiful place to sit down and smoke some hookah everyone was super nice it wasn’t very expensive and the atmosphere was very relaxing! 10/10 would recommend!

Since the owner of this place is a creepy dude, Im giving it a 1 star instead of a 3. He got offended that I gave him a 3 star so he decided to look me up on Facebook, write to me about it, and continuously harass me about some stupid review on Google. It isnt even that great of a place to begin with. It didnt feel relaxing, you sat at some table like you were at some formal restaurant. This review is based off of the multiple occasions that I have tried to visit the establishment and was told several different things when being denied entry or service. The first time was 3 weeks ago and we were greeted at the door and told they did not have their liquor licence yet and to come back in about a week. We visit the following weekend and were told it was a private party (understandable if that truly was the case), and we were turned away again. Finally, we visit this Friday and are sat at a table in the dining area. We wait for around 10 minutes and still are not greeted by anyone. A table gets sat right next to us and not even 2 minutes later is greeted and their order was taken. Being a patient person, I convince our table to wait another 5 minutes or so and still no service. We get up to leave and finally one of the waitresses notice and ask if we have been served. I tell her we had been sitting for over 15 minutes and then we left and went to the hooka downtown. At this point, I will not consider visiting this establishment again after the poor service or lack there of.

Best place in town to just pass time hang with friends play board games, study for school ect. Great hookah flavors but I wouldn’t call it specifically a hooka only lounge, even if you don’t smoke hookah the food and atmosphere is great. If I can’t sleep at night I’ll come here play on the computer and have a hookah.

It was a great experience, from the atmosphere to the staff and all the way up to the owner. Me and a group of friends went there last night and were shown great service, the owner came up to us and had a good conversation about the cigars we were smoking which they had a nice selection of themselves we ended up buying 3 but he wasnt offended that i brought my own. being the first time any of us were ever been in a hooka lounge we were all pretty sceptical but i can assure you as the night went on we had alot of fun.

Owner is a fantastic guy, he always introduces himself to new customers if he is in the building. Very friendly staff. Service is quick even on busy nights. The place is always clean. The owner listens to customer feedback. I asked for a favorite shisha flavor of mine and next time i was there he had it. I have been many times and i will go back when i am in town (since i travel alot for work and am not in town all the time). When i was was home i was going once or twice a week. He has hosted live DJs, theme nights, bellydancers and a variety of other live events, and i was never disappointed. I am very glad to see a venue like this and town and i hope it stays.
