Had the best experience checking out and picking up an online order pretty close to closing time tonight in your store. The older gentleman in the pick up area was so sweet and just pleasant to work with, he made us both smile while he was checking us out and even the woman in line behind us couldn’t help but smile as he was chatting with us. Still a really nice store. Not super busy when I went but it sometimes is, Im sure. Got good back to school deals for back to school. Better clothes and prices than going to other Big Box stores. Definitely worth going into the mall.

Had to return an on line ordered item because a return label wasnt included with it. The whole idea of ordering on line was so I didnt have to walk the mall because Im handicapped.Then after 45 minutes of searching for my size, No Luck. I was told by a very nice associate to use the JCPenney app to make my purchase. Refer to the first part of this post.

Found a pair of shoes for the bride for our wedding. Id have never thought of it. Lets keep this great store going.

Good selection of merchandise but only having 1 fitting room open for women and men was not good. Long wait times and my niece was uncomfortable in fitting rooms with men

I recently shopped online there & got some great deals!Though their website seemed to load a little slow, their customer service is excellent! Growing up, my mother took me school shopping there. Great store very well set up available products and merchandise is usually in all sizes I love these places that advertise sales but then when you go to the store they have two of the item one of them is a quadruple x and the other one is a small it just makes it seem like theyre were being led into the door to just purchase random things that we dont need long story short ladies and gentlemen I am a baby boomer and I believe in getting most bang that I can for my buck I love sales theres no sales like JCPenneys 80% off amazing stuff good products

I was looking for a formal dress for my wedding...so my daughter finally found one for her...tried it on...it fit perfectly...once we got to the register we noticed that the dress was frayed and dirty on the hem...obviously returned...so we asked the cashier for a discount...she called her manager and you know she only gave us a 10% discount...10%...really??? This was at the Southern Park Mall on Saturday March 20th around 2:30 pm...Totally not happy and will not be returning!!! Thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth for JCP....I will go to Macys from now on....😠😠😠

No one to help you and can not try on landurie.....may as well guess on the internet!! The number 1 reason for having an in-person store, is so we can try on all clothing!

This JCP has very good customer service & a decent selection to shop from, recently i’ve shopped here and spent some hard earned money. x amount ya know. well last year i bought a ring for my girlfriend around $500 with a lifetime warranty purchased separately for the ring. Money well spent she had the ring stuck on her finger at work and had to pry it off bending the ring. i turned the ring in March 29th 2021 and got called April 13th 2021 explaining my rings at this location repaired waiting to be picked up anytime. i showed up April 14th 2021 and spent an hour watching two people search around and come up empty handed. they also asked if my girlfriend already came & picked it up. we both work full time and have a crazy schedule it’s hard to find time of our day just to make these special trips so no she did not pick up the ring. I was told to leave my information and they’ll call me back.. hopefully..

Kids clothes are always so cheap here and always a great deal

There isn’t much help in the store and sometimes it’s very messy and hard to find things throughout the store. If there is help sometimes it’s met with attitude, but it does have a wide variety of things throughout the store.

JCPenney has been having some good sales lately.

Many moons ago I used to work in the drapery Department at JCPenney. New to the area, I needed to to get some curtain rods and I was deeply disappointed at the selection not only the curtain rods but of everything in general. I guess because of covid-19 you will have to look online.

Was pleased with my selection for gifting and though it was Super Saturday specials going on and crowded, the staff was courteous and pleasant.

The store is nice and clean. It was kind of hard to find a person working there upstairs it was pretty dead up there. I felt like each time I found something I liked it was not available in the size I needed. They did have some cute Disney for kids though.

Just came from the shop with my family and this was a nice experience at the Southern Park mall JC Pennys. I used to grow up on this exact store. Had to make a return for the first time. The customer rep was really nice and helpful. This is a beautiful store.

I always like their clothes, but this time, they really didnt have a good variety of things. Also some departments were bare.

Great items, now 40% off on most things.You can walk around downstairs and see 200 thousand make up items. Then go upstairs and check out any color towels and bedding you can imagine.Also, quite a few clearance tables for additional savings.Great floor. It looks like its been polished to a new shine.

They have gone waaaaaaay downhill. I remember when the employees dressed and acted professionally. Now, they wear jeans and are even less casual about customer service. They still have generally nice clothing for sale, but the attitude of most of the staff make it hard to shop there any more. One bright spot is the older gentleman in the Mens department. Unfortunately, I dont know his name, but he has not forgotten how to serve a customer and ensure a happy customer.

Used to be the best. Dont know what happened last two times food was not very good. Yesterday ordered fried dumplings they were just greasy and all stuck together just threw them away food had very little flavor. Wont go back... And its to bad they were good👎

Omar in Jewelry has great customer service skills. After having to send my new Invicta watch out twice for repairs, I was a tad bit upset. Came in Thurs 10/3 to pick it up, and explained the repair center wanted to charge 40.00 to put a new battery in it. This great kid put a new battery in for me, free of charge for the trouble. Keep up the good work Omar, your kindness and knowledge did not go unnoticed!

I always liked this store. They have a good selection of clothing. The prices are fair because of the sales. They also have cute Christmas decorations. Tis the season I guess

The clearance racks had really decent things on it. I love the prices, it was extremely hot in there today though definitely didnt have the ac on. But regardless of being sweaty the deals where too good to pass up. I love the clothes I bought.

They have great employees that go above and beyond to help you look for stuff but their clothes are cheaply made and never fit right. And its not like Im a weird size that could make things difficult, Im a 3 regular in jeans and a small in shirts. But their clothes are always made to where they just dont fit. They used to be great, now theyve gone downhill.

I had a $15 off coupon & lucked out with all the final take clearance that had an extra 50% off the lowest price. I ended up finding four tops I love & are ridiculously comfortable & I paid less than $2 total! The gal that rang me out was kind & efficient. The store was very clean & well lit. The dressing room I picked was clean also. I love the styles & selection they have & the coupons of course! Hope this anchor store never leaves our mall!
