Had an issue with my son’s Asus ROG laptop, brought it in on Friday midday and had it back, fixed and working like new by that same afternoon! Matt really took care of us and the price was incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend and will use again!

The guys that work here are some of the sweetest, most fun people. I was having issues with my laptop mouse pad and being slow, as it is about 4 years old. They fixed it up without charging me an arm and a leg, allowing me to keep my laptop longer. They finished up with everything in about a week, and really seemed to hook me up. I couldnt be happier.

Was pretty much in and out, my PC ran into an issue with its ram. Started looking around my area for places with good reviews and decided to come here. (Note that Ive never been here before) I told them my issue and requested an 8 GB ram stick. Got it, payed for it. The ram stick was also nicely wrapped. Customer service was also great, they told me if my PC still had issues to bring it down so they could take care of the problem. Came home installed my new ram and my PC is up and running again. Will definitely pay them another visit in the future if needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place. (They also attended an elderly woman and answered all of her questions without hesitation before attendeding me and my mother)

I would like to say to everyone reading this, that small business is in danger during this pandemic let alone competing with big corporations. If you have anything that needs done to your computer please bring it to these guys they will help with anything while also giving you a much better price . As a community we need to help the blue collar just trying to make a living. And when you have a problem and help isn’t available immediately don’t get upset they will help ASAP. The guys at PC Express LOOK like computer techs. And that they are . They first changed the battery in my HP Envy and then recommended a solid state drive. I needed a one TB drive, so the transfer took a while. Now my 3-year old laptop runs better that new. Boot time cut in half. Pro Tools loads in less than a minute. Couldnt be happier with their work,

The entire experience was positive as soon as I entered! I got a call in about a half hour after dropping off my computer with repair suggestions. Will definitely use their services again. My 7 yr old laptop had a major problem involving fraudulent activity. I took it in 4/17 and had it back by 4/22. They replaced the hard drive and it is running good as new if not better. The price cannot be beat. They are very professional. Being in the early stages of pandemic, came out to vehicle wearing a mask to retrieve it and returned the same way.

I was in a jam and needed my labtop fixed right away. I called other places and got put on hold. These guys took my labtop and had it fixed in less then 24 hours. I will bring my business here for now on.

Could not have had a better experience here. Great customer service. The repairs took less time than what I thought they would and the price was much lower than the big box stores. Would go back and highly recommend to others.

One word GREAT! After crashing I took my computer to Best Buy for repair, BB inform me that my computer was done, and if they could save any files it would be a send out at $400-500. And it would be returned in 3 weeks still unrepairable as a running computer. Took it PC Express and in 6 hours they saved and backed up all my files, repaired my computer (even faster now) at a fraction of BBs quote. Im never post public reviews but I highly recommend these guys.

Very unprofessional. I was told my motherboard was fixed and was tested to ensure it was working properly. He told me I could retrieve my things the next day but no one was working during their posted business hours. When I called, I got no answer or no returned phone call. When I was able finally retrieve my things, I got home and reassembled everything Immediately, the problem still existed. I called to tell him I was still having the same problem, he told me to take it somewhere else. I ended up having to fix the problem myself. This was a waste of my time and money. I suggest to anyone looking for repairs, to just google it and try to fix it yourself. If you cant, send it to a more reputable business.

Oil change was fast thats the only reason Im 2 starring it and not 1.. I wss told it would be 39.99 for the oil change and they were going to discount me 10 percent because of a coupon. After they changed my oil and finished it all up they apologized they couldnt use the coupon, and charged me 65 dollars instead. I told them nevermind thats way too much and they said its too late. Its already done. I will never ever go back.

What wonderful wonderful people they are. My dad had a cyber ice virus and could not do anything with his computer. With my dad being 91, he was in a panic. I called and brought it out at 4:00 on Friday. By 4:00 on Saturday - we had it picked up all done. GREAT SERIVCE - GREAT price and the most friendly, customer service I have ever experienced. Matt, Tony and Cameron never once got annoyed at our millions of calls to see if it was ready. WOULD HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely a complete waste of your time bringing anything to these guys. Dropped mine off 3 weeks ago, still not even diagnosed what’s wrong. Going now to pick up my still not working computer and taking it to an actual business that knows how to treat a paying customer.

Took a couple old, unusable laptops in to recycle.One was my (recently passed) moms PC. It was so obsolete they didnt want it but offered to crack pw to see if theres any pics I may want. Matt even took time to help me with an unrelated phone issue!I was blown away at the great trade in they gave me on a commercial grade laptop with lots of extras.Like when you finally find a good mechanic; you dont ever want to lose them...thats these guys.It felt like I was dealing with old, long-time friends!Matt & Tony; youre the best!

Crooks. Do not deal with them. Supposedly put files on a usb flash drive from our old computer. When I tried to retrieve them their were no files. They accused me of damaging it when I plugged it in. It’s not rocket science it’s a usb. I find it hard to believe I damaged it by simply plugging it in. Stay clear and go to someone reputable.

I had a great experience with this guy fixing my computer. There wasnt a huge issue but my macs screen was blacked out whenever I turned it on. The guy fixed it the day I dropped it off and just charged me for the diagnostic. I plan on returning if I have future computer problems.

Not a bad business at all but could more fair. The things I sell to them are worth a little more than what they give me. But all in all they always work with me with my broken electronics and Matts a cool dude.

Horrible service. Had to call multiple times about the computer. When it was finally fixed went to pick up and of course they had left early. When I finally got the computer back it had a whole new problem and was there almost 3 weeks without a single call back. They are a bunch of lazy ppl there who dont know what they are talking about. Absolutely horrible.
