Three stars because pharmacy is professional and friendly. Withheld two stars because the employees at the front refuse to answer the phone, instead allowing the voice-mail to play, which claims theyre too busy helping other customers to answer the phone. For two hours. I doubt it.

I I get my vaccinations here I just got the pneumonia shot and the shingles and Ill get the flu shot in September. You cant beat it 20 minutes out of there.

The pharmacy has the rudest bunch of pharmacist and technicians I have ever had to deal with. They all act like you are a nuisance, any question you have, they act completely annoyed, just picking up or dropping off a script, they act put out. They are such jerks, every single one, I have yet to come across a smile, a warm greeting or friendly personality. I wish I didnt have to ever go back, but unfortunately, my insurance mandates that I have to use them! I miss my Giant Eagle pharmacy, I wish I could still go there.

The pharmacy manager was really mean. They were somewhat busy but I didnt understand what she was trying to tell me, after their voice-automated system called me 4 times that day to pick up my prescription. Take the time to listen to your people... Im now going to use a local pharmacy, instead.

They are unprofessional, lazy and rude.
