Highly recommended! Everyone at Youngstown Granite is so kind and easy to work with - they are very customer oriented and I really appreciated that. No request I made was denied or treated as a problem. They did everything I asked even when I changed my mind on some things. I initially worked with Mike, he was very patient with us and answered all of my million questions. We had a bigger project (large kitchen and 3 baths) and he never got frustrated or irritated when I changed my mind on things or went back to change the slab selection. He turned pricing around very quickly and made it very easy for us. Reed and Nick came to measure and they were also very kind, patient and knowledgeable. They gave us sound advice on various things. They were at the house measuring for several hours and did not complain once - such professionals (thank you guys!). Pat and Giovanni did the install for us and they were also wonderful to work with, careful and clean. I’m very impressed with my experience and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. We built a house and this was by far the least stressful thing I had to do - THANK YOU for the above and beyond customer service!

We recently purchased granite counter tops from Mike for our kitchen and outdoor grilling area. We could not of been more pleased with the whole process from picking it out to installation. Im so happy i chose Youngstown Granite. I called around to many of places and they picked up right away. I talked and dealt with Jackie the entire process. Only had one issue with template person as far as not being the nicest person to come through my doors, but he knew what he was doing because when the granite got installed all the measurements were dead on. The installers were Jerry, Tyler, Eli, Aaron. They were nice and polite and careful in my new home and super respectful. They were installing for 6 hours as the kitchen had a little over 100 SQFT of countertops. By the time they were done they felt like family! They cleaned up and left the place spotless. They will be coming back to install my laundry room, and guest suite kitchen counters and i cant wait! A+ all around. They also did my mothers and sisters kitchens as well and one thing i will say they are not the cheapest and theyre not the most expensive, but theyre the best and when it comes to installing counters in the most important part of the house you dont want to go wrong. After going to Youngstown Granite with my wife we selected the granite we wanted and scheduled an appointment two different times. The first appointment came and went. A no show, no call, no follow up call as to why they didn’t show. So I called them again and rescheduled another appointment. Asked the salesman to please just give me a courtesy call if a problem comes up and he can’t make it. Again a no show, no call. No nothing? What kind of customer service is this? We try and support local businesses but can’t understand their attitude and disrespect. Will go to Granex.

We recently had granite countertops installed by Youngstown Granite and we were extremely happy with the whole experience! The salesman at the Beaver Falls location was very knowledgeable Reid was one of the installers he and his partner were extremely polite they arrived on time they did a very good job! After they left we noticed there were some rough edges and the seam was more visible than we had expected. Today Jeremiah came to our house and fixed the seam & the edges. He was very professional and friendly. Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

Have used them so far on 2 big kitchen remodels. They have done a great job on both. I have chipped my new counter top 3 times and they come out and fix it for free every time and it looks like nothing happened. Their work is great and I have not had any trouble with them on any aspect. I have noticed that most of the negative reviews are from people who have never even done business with them, so I dont think they should have a reason to complain. Great business to deal with!

The office lady is classless and ignorant to say the least! If it wasn’t for the other salesman coming In to save the sale we would of left, the couple behind us did leave. The face of the company needs some education on how to greet and help clients.

We have a small kitchen and looked all over the Pittsburgh area for a remnant piece with no luck. We were sent by Steel City Granite to the Youngstown location and Im glad we went. We were able to find the perfect piece of remnant granite for our kitchen at a price that couldnt be beat. The installation did take longer than it should have, because they forgot my sink at the warehouse and someone had to bring it to my house. However, the installers were very apologetic and in the end Im very happy with the finished product.

My experience was great. Kuddos to the 2 very nice men who installed. My cabs were moved at the last minute and they truly went out of their way to make it right. Besides the wait time... which I was told in the beginning, I would use them again.

So I am very disappointed to say that Youngstown granite will not be getting a dime from me. I went in there and did not see the sign on the right of the wall that says office. I went immediately left into the warehouse where I heard guys and vehicles. They were driving loud vehicles with granite on them so I raised my voice saying hello hello and waving my hand in a nice way. The disheveled office manager came storming out of the office saying you do not have to come in this establishment screaming- if you read the sign on the wall you would know that we were in the office with the door closed! I absolutely could not believe my ears. I said to her seriously, are you OK? I said I only went into the warehouse because I did not see the sign on the wall and I raised my voice in a nice way only because they were driving the vehicles and they would have heard a normal tone. She was like whatever... Whatever ... What can I do for you?? 😳😳😳 I said you could have replaced every countertop in my home if you would have dealt with me professionally, but I will have my husband call ERIC KENNEDY the owner and let him know why we will buy somewhere else. Have a good day! This office manager will lose many customers. Money is hard earned - someone else will gladly receive my 2000.000 for kitchen counters. Sad to say that I Would never recommend anyone to try this company.

The officer manager was horrible. Customer service is very important to me and even though they had better prices I chose to go with A&D granite. I just stopped in one day to check out the granite and find out their time frames and the manager was uninformative and rude. Then I went to mont and was ready to write a check for the deposit and she wouldnt give me a quote. I asked her when she would be able to give me a price so i could bring in the check and her exact quote was when I get to it. She was so mean and unprofessional. So I took my $5200 else where. My husband and I work hard for our money and im not going to spend it with people that are disrespectful and rude.

The people here are nice. They do not know how to install granite unfortunately. I am havin them come out for the 5th time because once again my back splash on my island is cracked. They have tried to cover it up multiple times and I have found it. The caulking job is awful and the countertops are shimmed on 1 side because they cut the back splash wrong so no it is bowing in the center. Stone does not like to bend. Take your money elsewhere!

On November 30th, 2016 we had a scheduled delivery for granite countertop for our basement bar. There were 3 installers on site that day to do the install. They let me know they had finished. Directly following that they had left. I then went to the basement to inspect it I had noticed that the cut on the slab was not correct. I called my husband, who then called Youngstown Granite and they had their installers come back and grind off the corners that were wrong. Again leaving shortly after letting me know the work was complete. Once my husband got home that evening he went down to inspect the granite and found multiple issues. There was a cracked tile from where they dropped the slab entering my house (that they did mention to me), 4 damaged areas to our freshly taped and painted drywall walls, and also a chip on the granite from where they dropped it coming in the house. We immediately reached out to our salesman to find out how to resolve these problems. He said he would talk to the owner Eric and find out what he wanted to do. My husband did receive a response from our salesman on Friday December 2nd, 2016 stating that to cover the damaged walls and tile they would reimburse us $100 and they would send out a repair man to epoxy the chip in the granite. I was giving my father a tour of the basement on Saturday December 3rd, 2016 we also noticed that the basement window had been broken and repaired with drywall screws. I would like to add that the ONLY people who did any work in this basement besides carpet and granite, was my husband. He again immediately called our salesman who told him that the best way to resolve this issue would be to call Eric the owner on Monday December 5th, 2016 @ 9:00am when the shop opens. He said he was surprised that the installers were that sloppy. So to get this taken care of he called Youngstown Granite on the 5th and asked to speak to Eric. A lady answered and told him she would leave a message. He called again in the afternoon on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and followed up with one last call on the 12th. Every time he called he got the same run around: “He’s not available, hes not in the office much, he knows you’re trying to reach him, its out of our hands we cant force him to call you back, etc. On December 12th, 2016 my husband let the lady on the phone know how disappointed we were with the installers and the owner. He said that as return customers we would never be back and that we would be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to resolve it. She told him I would suggest you do reach out to the BBB because chances of him getting back in touch with you are very slim. We gave him one additional week to return the calls and still no response. We are now waiting on a response from the BBB. I will never return to their business, nor recommend anyone I know to go there.

I am very disappointed with my experience. my wishes were completely ignored on multiple occasions. Due to lack of communication between the staff and owner My countertop was cut prior to my viewing it. I called and requested to see it before cut. They told me I could come in and see it but, when I got there it was cut. The young lady said she told them to pull it not cut it. I explained that It didnt look like the color I chose. I was fully aware that every piece is different and that is why I requested to see it. She basically dismissed me saying well it is already cut. She assured me it would look different once it was cleaned and sealed. Well is wasnt. I have gray cupboards and chose a grader countertop. The one the installed is mostly brown. If that isnt enough my bathroom piece was cut wrong. The sink and faucet did not line up. Not to mention a piece of the countertop bike not even 24 hours after install. In the end the owner Erik was screaming at me on the phone telling me I broke it and it was my fault his man cut the bathroom wrong. I have never experienced anything like it. He does not want to except responsibility for the total disregard in which my job was handled. He never Evan came out to see what was wrong. They sent John out to look at it. He even commented on the roughness of the seam. He also stated that he was one of the staff that I spoke to on the phone when I called to request for the third time to see it before it was cut. He even said he would talk to Erik about replacing it Unfortunately he refused and accused me of changing my mind. He also call me a lier. He claims I never asked to see it. How would he know. He was not the one I talked to. If his staff were honest about it this may have turned out better. Now I have to fight for my money back so it can be done right. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! GO TO SOMEONE ELSE.

Yesterday, I noticed their truck running red lights and speeding down Mahoning Ave at about 4:50 PM. He then flew into Circle K to buy gas. Very unprofessional in a commercial truck.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Unprofessional and unreliable. I curse the day I ever hired them. My husband and I are working with the BBB as we speak in order to recoup some of the money we paid these clowns.
