We were shopping for an engagement ring in Boardman Ohio at the Southern Park mall. I was truly undecided. Denise and Anna were very helpful. Anna helped me decide by helping me with what I wanted to try on. She even gave suggestions. I ended up picking her suggestion 😊 I appreciate the time that they spent with us. They even stayed passed closing. I will always pick this store!!!

I was mislead by customer service representative inqunelda B. When she assured me that my initial order had been cancelled, in order to get me to place another order. Now I am essentially told, I can return the item when it comes.

My fiance Caleb and I were looking for engagement rings. I had my heart set on a 3/4 cttw Marilyn monroe ring, but they didnt have it in-store. I really wanted to find something I loved. Sandy and Anna were SUPER helpful! I ended up picking a 1 cttw 3 stone Vera Wang engagement ring and its STUNNING! Im so thankful to the Zales crew at the southern park mall store. Ive been going there for a few years now, and they are like family.I highly recommend going to see them and allow them to show you an amazing jewelry experience 😍

Great quality prices are reasonable. Service and products are amazing deals are regular but great. You got to check out the inventory its worth it. Worth a buy.

Go see Teresa- she’s super friendly, patient and will work with you until you find exactly what you’re looking for! She spent 2 hours with me and my fiancé looking for the perfect ring, she worked her butt off until she found exactly what we were looking for!

Zales started off great no problem we will have your ring back in a week. But after issues upon issues and finally me calling the corporate office and a month later I have a new ring because of their screw up.

David and Anna were so friendly and patient! I will only be returning to this Zales for ring inspections and cleanings instead of a closer location in PA. Thank you for a friendly smile and welcoming attitude!

The gentleman I delt with today did not give me great convidence in this Zales store.

Every time my husband and I walk into zales, we always look for Anna! She’s the angel of zales and no matter what issue we are having she fixes it and she is such a joy to be around!

Please please please save yourself a headache and do NOT buy your jewelry at this awful place!! If something goes wrong they are so unwilling to help you fix it and the manager, Sandy, is so rude and disrespectful!Go to Kays!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

They screwed up my wifes engagement ring years ago. Now a ring thats not even a year old has had to be repaired 4 times now.

Horrible service. Will never shop again. Bought a life time warrenty only to be told that I have several things wrong with my ring all of which are listed in the covered part of the warrenty I purchased only to be told sorry the warrenty coverage changed. Nothing we can do.

Never buy the protection plan they will not recognize it and can change the policy when ever they want
