Have been here several times for breakfast/lunch and the food has been excellent! The owner has done a great job the the interior and love the the old home feel. My wife and I have had multiple mac n cheese from here and all have been perfect.

My daughter and I came there for breakfast for the first time yesterday. We wanted to try something new in the area and we made a really good decision. She got one of the University bowls and I liked it so much. It came with fresh fruit, toast, and its huge bowl of potatoes, eggs, vegetables and your choice of bacon or sausage. She just couldnt eat it all there was so much food. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits. It was very delicious also. We both really enjoyed our meals. We chose a table out on the porch because it was a beautiful day and love the ambiance. Although there was construction going on in the street so we got to listen to a hydraulic drill or something LOL it was a really nice visit and we will come back. Prices are reasonable, you bus your own table which is fine by us, the inside of the restaurant is charming. The tables are made out of old finished doors and I cant wait to sit at one of those next time to eat. Bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is clean and everyone there is very friendly because they are happy.

Macaroni and cheese!!! Delicious!!! And yes they have fantastic carrot cake!! Just wish they were open later!!And they are located in this cute old house that they did little changes to it, so all the original woodwork was there. VERY charming place. And the owners were very sweet and care about their customers.I almost forgot to mention all the tables are old doors with plumbing pipes for legs. Very very cute. I highly recommend if you can make it there for lunch GO!!

Heard good things about the place and decided to try it for lunch. Love the decor very rustic and quaint. The owners were super nice people. Will definitely go back to try other dishes. Great first experience!!

This place is a gem! I first went 9 months ago and have been going back ever since. I live in Columbiana and its worth the drive. The owner is a wonderful cook and very personable. Ive tried multiple things on the menu and everything is delicious.

Terrific atmosphere, had the mac n cheese it was ao tasty! Salad was fresh and dressing was good. Great atmosphere in a old home on the North side...adds to the experience. Will definitely return :)

My husband and I ate here for lunch and the best mac and cheese specialty with Gruyere, served hot with a salad and breadsticks. The combination of flavors pleasantly exploded my palate! Great daily selections too and open now for breakfast!

Cozy atmosphere in an old house. They serve amazing mac and cheese, a great vegan burger, and some really great cake! Friendly service too!

For $14 the portion you got was four little bones not worth the money I paid. The Ribs were good. But for that price I could of went to the store and bought a whole slab for that price. I will not be getting ribs there until I hear the portions is right.

I was introduced to this diner for lunch by my sister and brother- in- law. The diner is in a house very unique setting very relaxing. Owner is very personable and does the cooking. Ive only been there for lunch as of now. I live in columbiana so when I go to boardman for something I will go out of my way to come here. The mac and cheese I am hooked on the carrot cake is to die for. Gives you good a portion and serves it in a container that is easy to take home for left over. The left over when reheated is excellent as well. Elm street diner is way better than the chain restaurants, you know who the cook is, I feel very at ease eating here. Love the Elm street diner.
