By far, the best people and the best pawn broker around. They are very understanding and will go out of their way to work with you. Mike is a great guy and manager. The first floor has tools and electronics. The second floor has jewelry. We went there to buy an engagement ring. They have an incredible selection and it is organized by price. Ashley helped us and guided us. Once she knew what we were looking for more spefically, she was able to recommend trying some specific rings. I appreciated that she was honest enough to tell us if a ring didnt look great on my finger and if one didnt have the quality we were looking for. Since we were paying in full, she made us an incredible deal right off the bat. We are so happy with our purchase! I highly recommend this place.Update: I had my rings evaluated for insurance purposes. They came out with 6.1 times the price of the rings!!!! They are worth 6 times more than what we paid!!!!!! 6 times !!!! We are so thrilled! (Disclaimer, this is the price the insurance would give if something happened, not the price a jeweler would give us to buy them. Thats very different.)

Went there the other day for the first time and Mike was more than helpful, pleasant and friendly which made me getting a loan on a very important ring a bit easier. Wanted 500$ for a canon eos USEDwUSED no lens. You can get one WITH a lens brand new for 449$. They must only know about power tools and televisions obviously dont know how to use Google.

They offered me $250 on a ring I know it worth around $1300. The guy didnt clean it off before testing it so the diamonds came back fake. They arent.Good way for them to get real diamonds for cheap from people who dont know what they are talking about and dont know what they have.Edit: in reply to your reply, the guy did Not retest the ring. He was asked to but said again that the diamonds were fake. I took the ring somewhere else and got Way more than you tried to give me.I was told in the 1st place to go to austintown paen because you supposedly give more than all of the other pawn shops. I clearly have been misinformed.

I was disappointed with this company. I found them online and chose them because of their rating. Their website encouraged people to call about our products, so I called and explained what I wanted to get rid of. I know it wasnt a top of the line tablet, but I no longer needed it and was just looking to get a little money back off of it. The guy quoted $20-50 but closer to $50. When I arrived, the guy at the counter told me they didnt accept that brand of tablet, until another guy told him to take it. Then he said he couldnt find anyone online selling them to get a ball park for how much their selling for, so hed buy it off me for $20, not even taking it out of the original box to look at it. He then said I would be better off selling it on my own. I left very upset and checked on the same website he supposedly checked and found at least 2 people selling the exact tablet, same condition, for over $100. I guess I will have to sell it on my own!

We have had numerous dealings with this company.Not once have I ever felt taken advantage of.Particularly in the jewelery store portion.They have made every purchase a pleasure.Each and every one of the ladies there have become more like friends than salespeople.They can be assured of further visits from Linda!

Lots to look at different way to buy something because you have no clue what you are getting its like going to a repo car auction you throw the dice and hope for the best the people are friendly and helpful parking is good handicapped accessible I did not try to pawn any items so I cant tell you how that goes

I think its a great place, I feel for a pawn shop they give fair and reasonable prices. All this complaining is just horrible. Dont expect full price they are a business that is based off of profit not retail.

Big rip offs...Im trying to get rid of portable bandsaw and I was told the brand new saw is valued at 150.00 and they were trying to give me 20.00 for it they are nothing but cons and rip offs...just because you want to tell someone what they paid a certain price for something doesnt make it true so for your information you cant tell someone what you want them to pay for something doesnt make it true so keep telling yourself that youre correct when youre not and you want to keep ripping people off as long as you feel better to get something next to nothing to mark everything up so you can try to make 100.00 or more keep telling yourself that
