They have a Mechanic on the afternoon shift. His name is Rich,he is awesome Technician and knows everything you may want to know about your truck. He is extremely friendly towards the customers. And always tries to get them back up and running in a timely manner. So again Thank you Rich.

Replaced ac condenser and damaged core, refused replacement and except responsibility then sold me the same truck with a federal inspection and upon bringing it home found 2 transmission bolts missing from the bell housing . Save your time and money and go to Hill international, they have a more professional service department!

Dont fix trucks here!!! Turbo cartridge dead after 20000 miles. They told me you dont have warranty because I installed used DPF and DOC from same truck. I Dont wanna Buy their dpf for 6000$. Dont fix trucks here! Go around!!

It was just ok. As usual not much experience on the parts counter and they cant give much information even with the serial number international made it so the parts man cant see or read the parts diagram if you have international you have no choice

Staff was friendly easy place to get in and out

I own a truck service repair shop and we order parts on a from Cerni’s and I’m YET to have a good experience. We do fleet maintenance and try to run a pretty tight schedule ordering parts for the next day and multiple times the parts just don’t show up. The rule is to call Cerni’s in the morning to double check to make sure it’s on the truck even though they say it will be. Final straw was I had a drag link not show up and they said it was en route conveniently the time it takes to my shop from theirs at 3pm. Tabby was respectful and said if it happens just to get a hold of her on a separate line. I said ok well I ordered a special no2 sensor from “Ed” in parts and that it’s supposed to be here tomorrow and she said she’ll check on it in the morning. Needless to say, the part didn’t show up and tabby said parts knew nothing about it and there’s no open orders. I have a unhappy customer because I can’t force regen their truck when I was supposed to.

I had a problem with Enterprise Rental truck, and they send some mechanic to check on it and he say it’s the intercooler on a brand new 2021 truck, after I stop in Cerni Motors and this people are awesome they found right away what’s wrong, they took the truck and fixed . 5 stars keep up the good work and Thank You very much for the help .

Too many things overlooked coming out of the service department that should be fixed. When things are fixed, it is just enough to get down the road.Too many things that are obviously going to be an issue not addressed at all

Professional & accommodating from start to finish! I had a coolant leak & was in a pinch to get it fixed. To make things worse it was a Saturday & the shop I was going to use wouldnt be open long enough to complete the repair. I called Cerni Motor Sales & to my surprise they said bring it in! Not only were they quick with the repair they fed me. I was going to walk to a nearby restaurant to get some lunch. They had food brought in for the employees & insisted that I help myself. I am in Oklahoma going to purchase a bucket truck from cortland Ohio.I sent the truck here to get a clean bill of health. prior to purchasing I talked to ray and am confidant that I will get a honest opinion of the health of this truck prior to them shipping it to Oklahoma. it is Tuesday 24th they are going to inspect in the morning at 7:00 a.m. I will give my full review when I get the report and invoice.

Dear Johny truck driver - Im sorry that you had a bad experience at our dealership however, you did not mention that after review with our parts department we did issue a credit to you for the overage of that part. It is also noted that the location you had the vehicle at for service did not have the part in their inventory and you had to source the part from a different location. We are not in the practice of overcharging for parts, however, if we do and its addressed, we always do whats right buy the customer, just as we did in this situation. did you receive the credit? did we make this right after you brought the concern to our attention?

Matt Razz in the parts department is extremely rude. I called around to other parts retailers to price out a part and a few referred me to Cerni motors. The first time I called the part # was non- existent to him and he was rude .... and the second time rude after addressing who I was again his reply was I already spoke to about this. I called with the # of the part listed in the book .... what do you know he found it. Terrible Service

Good place to buy or fix a semi truck. Good people, they sold me a very good truck.

I stopped here to get diagnosis and estimate for repairs. I told them to add a Full PM to estimate. It so happens it was my EGR coolers and DPF filter was cracked. Coolant was going thru my system, hence why I wanted oil change in my estimate. I chose not to fix it and just salvage the truck. Just to find out I owed over $700 Because they done a oil change.. Why??? I didnt give my ok to do so, it was supposed to be in my estimate. Manager said it was a mis understanding, I say B.S, why would you do a oil change if Im not repairing the DAMN truck!!! Use your heads!! Then he said, we can drain the new oil and put used oil in it and replace new filters with used ones and knock off $200!!!! WHAT THE HELL ARE THESE THIEVES THINKING!!!! DONT STOP HERE!!!

They think bc they have ur truck in the shop for less than 30 min and a computer doesnt tell them whats wrong theres nothing wrong with it. The mechanic wasnt even going to tell us they pulled it back out and was waiting to get paid. On top of that when my husband wrote it up the Guy started cussing him out. Not very good customer service.

6 MONTH UPDATE: Its been 6 mos after the purchase of a 2016 9900i and I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I am seriously questioning whether it was certified International technicians and factory workers/employees that built this tractor or a bunch of 3rd graders. Let me start from the top: 1) tractor had WRONG fuel filter 2) WRONG water separator 3) Lights on back ceiling in bunk in-operable 4) 4 months in, cruise control and jake break stopped engaging, was told by International (Linden, NJ) that since the truck sat for a while, Cerni Motors shouldve made sure all updates were were made to the computer BEFORE the truck rolled off the lot 5) Hood was loose and needed to be tightened 6) refrigerator door loose 7)Decorative molding on bunk cabinet doors fell off 8) (MOST RECENT) Left directional inside cab stopped working 9) Uneven tire wear left front wheel (was told that it was most likely the king pin) 10) Cracking noise coming from left side of cab when cab goes over certain bumps and lean on turns. Was told that this problem is most likely cab bushings on left is bad. THIS TRUCK IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD!!! and just in case youre wondering, I NEVER HAUL LOADS OVER 25,000 LBS. The first seven things have been addressed under warranty at Mid Atlantic Truck Center in Linden, NJ. I REALLY HOPE CERNI/INTERNATIONAL CAN help me straighten out the last 3 things that are mentioned AND I HOPE THEY are covered by warranty . Every time I have to take this truck to be repaired, IT COST ME MONEY. THAT IS DOWNTIME FOR ME. I DID NOT WANT TO POST THIS BUT I AM VERY UPSET AND HAVE EXPRESSED MY FEELINGS TO KELLY (FINANCING) AND MY SALESMAN (JERRY)

O/Os be weary of this place. Quoted price for a PM on a ISX was $510. At Goodyear across the street $289. International dealer in Iowa $325. Needless to say, I did not have them do the work, too bad because they have nice people working there, but I am not making the owners Mercedes Benz payment. LOL
