If it wasn’t for the blue haired girl with the nose ring and glasses(think her names zennie) or something like that. This would be a 5 star for sure! The store itself is nice and the products they have are great!…. They just need to clean house and get better people to work because the female I’m referring to was very ignorant and she made it feel like She didn’t want anyone there(we were the only 3 people inside myself and two friends). If you had any questions she would get annoyed and I hope she actually loses her job for the way she treats people… I’ve been there twice and both times she’s been this way. She needs a job working in a brick room away from society. Not one we’re she even Remotely has to engage with the public.

This place has everything you would need, the prices range from cheap-fair. The only high priced items are custom glass pieces. Check this store out you wont regret it.Update: recently visited for an electronic dab straw. Got one for 37$ and it works. If you have smoke needs and are in this area, you will love this shop!

The worst kind of professionalism I have ever experienced. The sales rep with the ratty excuse he calls a beard, obviously couldnt keep up with the amount of people and the store, and ignorantly took another customer ahead of me and my friend even though we arrived before them. Then when I proceeded to ask where a certain product is, he decides to be condescending and show me the basic perimeter of the store. Go elsewhere like PA or even further out in Ohio. Pipe Dreams hold nothing but incompetence in product knowledge and an absolute ZERO in customer service. Spend your hard earned money on another establishment.

BEST. Thats it BEST. Everyone here is knowledgeable and will almost absolutely always have a good or great answer to any question. They also have a huge selection of items. For example pipes and pipe accessories but also candles, incense, and some cute shoulder bags. Awesome place 10/10

I wouldnt recommend this place to someone I dont like nor would I send a friend or a family member there. I received this AMG glass piece for XMAS and upon opening it from its what I would assume factory bubble wrap I notice the sliders stem was missing. Went into the store to see if they sold a piece for it and got no where real fast. The sales girl asked me if I used the item and told me I left the store with it and theres nothing they can do for me. I didnt leave the store with it I explained it was a Christmas gift and I simply wanted to get what I need to make it work properly, which became an issue. I went to another place a couple of miles away told the guy my issue and he just gave me the piece I needed for FREE. Needless to say i wont be going to Pipe Dreams ever again or sending my friends or family members there.

The guy there is really nice. I said I was smoking tobacco out of it. I am pretty sure he saw right through that.

Let me start this review by saying that I am not a smoker of anything that would require a bowl or a bong but, WOW! I wanted to buy one of each just because they were so extraordinary! The prices sure seemed reasonable to me and the two gentlemen that were working were very pleasant and fun. I purchased a quick fix for a friend so they do sell a lot of different products. Such a fun place!

The store has a good selection of products but honestly everything is very overpriced. Your better off shopping online or at other vape stores in the area. The woman I interacted with was very rude and I will be taking my business elsewhere just because of her.

I have been in there twice and both times the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Watch what words you use though lol I use the cbd cream for my back which helps a lot. They have a great variety of products and arent extremely expensive.

Came in a few weeks ago, had two teeth extracted and needed something that wouldnt cause a dry socket. Employee Josh I think his name was incredibly helpful and friendly. Went out of his way and took his time rigging me something affordable, effective and easy. Great employee and very knowledgable. Sure enough it worked perfectly for my tobacco product. Extremely satisfied.

This place is a joke they sell you batteries and say it works with all cartridges and even try to sell you more than one then it doesnt fit the cartridge and when you go back to have them make it right they tell you its your problem and their batteries only fit 30% of the cartridges 😠 so now I have a $40 battery that is useless. I never would have bought one if they were honest about their batteries only working with 30% of the cartridges when I first bought it instead of selling it to me telling me it works with all!!!

It was my first time ever being here. A friend took me. I dont smoke pot but if i did this is the place i would go for pipes an stuff. Lots of cool stuff. It didnt seem like they sold anything for other drugs. My friend got a little pipe and it was dirt cheap.

Terrible customer service. My wife called asking for information on a certain product and the guy who answered was rude and refused to give any information. He went on to say that if we bought it online it would be coming from a third world country from people with bad hygiene. Their products might be good, but its not worth dealing with rude people with no customer service skills.

Friendly and helpful staff, always nice and willing to answer any and all questions. Lots of different and awesome products in all price ranges so theyre almost guaranteed to have ever youre looking for. Will never go to another smoke shop again.

Friendly staff, clean store, a little difficult to locate, I would recommend running a strip of rope lighting down the side of the building to lead you a little more towards the shop. Other than that, keep up the good work guys. Looks good and of good quality.

Was a big fan of this place in the past. Used to have quality glass and titanium. Just purchased a 10mm titanium nail from here and took it home. Decided to test it to see if it was titanium. First test I did was a magnet test to see if it was magnetic. It was slightly which raised red flags because titanium isn’t magnetic. So I got out my metal testing solutions. After a few tests I realized it is aluminum plated steel, and not fit for being heated several times. I strongly recommend not purchasing titanium from this retailer.

I have to wonder what they are really selling. That is a nice location and the rent cant be cheap, and what is the margin on pipes and t-shirts. Im no businessman but I bet if the DEA stopped by there would be some question answered.

I stopped in for glass screens, and was disappointed to find they had none. What followed was some of the best customer service Ive personally experienced from any place of the type. The gentleman working called three different people to find me the screens I was looking for, gave me directions there, AND got me a discount for them for the hassle.

I wish I could rate this place lower but I cant..I went in on Saturday (12-8-18) to buy a battery.. Was talked into spending $30 on a battery I didnt really want, but I bought it since they said it was worth it. Well, it didnt work with my carts and I was told too bad when I tried to return it (I went back twice, because the first battery was dead) and get a different battery. I will never go back and I will tell anyone who will listen to not go to Pipe Dreamz and always go to Naders Vapors. The lady working was a treat as well, I was told This isnt Wal-Mart and agreed with me when I said, essentially I bought a $30 paper weight.. Customer service must not be a priority at this place and I dont think shopping at this place should be a priority for anyone.

Bought a DaVinci MIQRO for $179. Got home and checked the DaVinci website and they sell it for $119 with an extra battery and a small canister. I cannot help but feel I was taken advantage of.

They have a bunch of cool stuff but the first item i purchased was an incense burner and the lights broke one day after i got it and the second item was broken straight out of the box and they don’t allow returns :((
