Great golf store. Since they expanded, they have a lot of product. Their shoe and clothing selection is extremely well stocked. Their selection of Foot Joy and Sketchers golf shoes is very full. They have every line of golf equipment at competitive prices. Sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The Boardman area is very lucky to have a competitive golf shop in Golf Headquarters.

Perfect place to go for ALL of your golfing needs. Large variety of shoes to pick from. Bought a pair of ECCO brand golf shoes from here. Ive never worn something so comfortable in my life. They were totally worth every penny.

He is very knowledgeable and Id recommend working with him to sort out any issues with your game. I just wanted to provide some feedback in regards to my recent experience at GH. Over the course of 3 weeks I took 4 lessons with pro Seth Zigway. My time with Seth was some of the best golf instruction that I have ever received. I having been playing golf for 30 plus years but was looking for a fresh set of eyes to dissect my swing. Seth was Professional and a wealth of knowledge but probably the number one thing that I will say is that he had patience and was very positive. Stopped in cause I was in the area. My visit tho unsuccessful was rewarding. I spoke w Ryan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has a great stock of shoes. I tried on a few and learned what to keep looking for. I wear a small size so availability was limited otherwise I may have purchased.

I took some golf lessons from Seth Zipay at the Boardman Ohio Golf HQ and he was fantastic. Zeth didnt try to re-structure my entire approach but looked at where I was and put together a set of tweaks and exercises that allowed me to see measurable improvements in a couple of lessons. Id recommend Seth to anyone looking to improve their game.

Recently, I purchased a new set of irons here and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The fitting was thorough and the attendant was tremendous to work with. Went in for a driver fitting with Seth and was very satisfied. Vast knowledge about equipment and got me fit into a driver where I gained 20+ yards. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be going there for all my equipment needs from now on.UPDATE: My driver was phenomenal all year long so I decided to get fit for irons as well so I went back to Seth. They had the technology that made the fitting happen in the most time efficient way while finding the best clubs for me. I recently received my clubs and the results have been fantastic. I cannot recommend Seth and GolfHQ enough. I will always make the drive to Youngstown to the best golf shop around!

Great experience. I ordered one dozen Pro-v golf balls and a Mizuno umbrella. They were able to put the umbrella and golf balls in the same box and the packaging was excellent. Very well packaged and great experience. I will order from your company again!

What an outstanding company and professional staff! I was extremely impressed with the great selection of womens clubs, clothing and accessories available. When I called with questions, their sales staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, giving me the information I needed and then some. When I needed to return 2 items, they were quick to send me what I needed and happy to help walk me through what I needed to do. They have great quality products at fantastic prices and I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

My father and I had been speaking with Seth Zipay, the head golf professional, via email about visiting the store. Though Seth was not there when we visited, he told us to ask for Keegan while we were there. We had a wonderful experience at the store. Keegan -- and the entire staff -- were extremely attentive and helpful. This was my first time ever being fitted for custom clubs and they made the process incredibly simple while also respecting my budget, i.e. they did not try to upsell me for things I did not need or want. My dad and I walked out of the store with a bunch of new gear and a great experience. We will undoubtedly be returning to the store in the future.

Went there with all intentions of buying a new set of irons (actually had $900 in my pocket from a win at the Rivers the night before)....the guy who helped me was less than knowledgeable on clubs and almost acted like I was bothering him....hit the new Callaway Mavericks and then wanted to try the new Pings but said they reserve the screen for rentals....I was one of four people in the whole store.....but ok I guess...then an older couple came in and he ditched me for them....so I went to Dicks and gave them my money instead....so Golf Headquarters you can thank your poor sales man for a lost sale of $900.....prob wont go back for anything because Dicks and/or Amazon can fullfil any golf needs that I would have from here on out

Walked in the store at 3:40pm on Sunday and guy 1 at the register was counting change, when he got to a spot he could stop he greeted us. Two other guys in back of store talking. My husband and myself are wandering the store looking at drivers. Guy 2 & 3 walk to front of store with guy 1. We walked the store for a good 10 minutes and never once was asked if we needed help or wanted to try anything out. Nothing...not a word!! I understand you close in 20 minutes, but you are still open for 20 minutes!! Very disappointed in the customer service skills these boys had! They definitely need a lesson!!

This is a horrible company. I placed an order and waited for two weeks, then I learned they do not have the item that I ordered. I spent two weeks of wasted time without being informed, I need to make a new order somewhere else. In addition, it is very hard to connect with them as their customer service line is always busy and they sometimes hung up on me. Plus, service inquiry with creating tickets was a complete joke as they just deleted my ticket. All in all, I dont know how this company even exists with bad service and communication.
