New Life Hearing Aid Center changed my life! My hearing is night and day compared to how it was before! Overall it has made me so much happier not having to deal with the pain for having to ask people to repeat themselves over and over. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

I took my grandma to their location in Boardman, and the customer service is wonderful! Also- the hearing aids that we got are great and she can hear perfectly now. I would recommend this place.

I would like to say say my experience with New Life Hearing has been remarkable. I have struggled with my hearing for years, and have tried hearing aids from another place in the area before coming to New Life. I was at the point of giving up on hearing aids, and just accepting the fact that I would have to read lips. My wife saw an add for New Life Hearing, and urged me to give them a chance. Ed and his staff took care of me from day one, and recommended that I try a new hearing aid style. He recommended I try a small behind the ear hearing aid, rather than a hearing aid that fills up my whole ear. His advice paid off, and I immediately started to notice a difference with my hearing. I could finally hear my wife speak to me when she was not in the same room, and could reduce my tv volume by over half of what I had it on. Not only could I hear better, but my hearing aids were also rechargeable. I no longer had to change an annoying battery once a week. I cant thank Ed and his staff enough for giving me the gift of hearing, I am forever grateful.

Ed fitted me with a pair of remarkable hearing aids. Now I can hear clearly again, like when I was 18 years old. My old hearing aids, from somewhere else, were cumbersome and didnt really give me a clear perception of the sounds and voices around me. Purchased my first set of hearing aids from New Life Hearing last week and could not be more pleased! My family has been on my case for the past few years, especially my wife. Now I have the tv volume so low that my wife is asking me to increase it for her. The entire staff at New Life Hearing was extremely nice and helpful. They took the time to really show me the best type of hearing aids for my hearing loss. Ive been coming here for 5 years. Ive been to multiple places and none of them compare to New Life. They are like family to me. No waits, very concerned about their clients and their needs. I have referred clients to them and would again in the future. I can hear things I havent heard in years!

We told the audiologist that we were very sensitive to cost. When we came back to be fitted for a hearing aid, he showed us one (a Siemens) that was OK. I asked the price and he wouldnt say. Then he showed us an Audibel, which seemed nice. Again I asked the price and he wouldnt say. Finally after being fitted - he handed us the box and bag for the Audibel and said, Heres your hearing aids. Umm...So how much are they? 65, he says. You mean 6,500.00? Yes. I was flabbergasted. I just returned them a few minutes later and said, Were not interested. He tried to saddle us with the most expensive hearing aids he had. As far as financing there were no explanations to their Wells-Fargo plan. They just handed us a pamphlet and we were told its all in there.
